I migliori ristoranti in Pistoia

17/05/2025: Mientras queríamos pagar la cuenta, los camareros intentaron estafarnos, ya que nos enfrentamos a ellos y se nos ocurrieron excesos. Tan dijeron que los costos adicionales eran el costo de la mesa para sentarse. Entonces dijeron que el dueño lo quería de esta manera. No se nos dijo de antemano que las comisiones de mesa ni cuando pedimos la factura que había un cargo de mesa. Cuando preguntamos por qué la cuenta era tan alta, los camareros de repente dieron excusas y fue muy molesto. Definitivamente no recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que visite Atenas Grecia. Muy decepcionante, nunca volveré de nuevo.

08/09/2025: A downtown bar open at 4:30 in the morning! How lovely. It's definitely excellent service, NEVER HAD BEFORE. I hope it continues... the salty food, however, is awful. You can see they've been there for 25 years, as the owner of the place said, referring to the morning opening hours. Anyway, arrogant. I, a Pistoia native for 51 years, don't seem to notice this tradition. Are things changing?! Maybe even the people?! Well, I hope for the better...

03/09/2025: Arrogant and rude female staff. How long have all these Prato residents been behind the counter, and perhaps not only them? Everyone, to their own home.

22/08/2025: At 11:30, the display case was almost empty and poorly maintained, in a mess. We ordered two savory items, and the guy who ADVISED us to heat them up probably showed them to him from afar because they were still ice cold. He practically threw them at us and, after twerking on his colleague, was wondering with goosebumps why I was so annoyed. The female colleague was using small plates like a Frisbee, which wouldn't be at a Jewish wedding, and anyway, people want to chat, not listen to her clanking the plates. There weren't even any free tables inside because they were already set for lunch. Anyway, I tried again...but unfortunately...train the staff, go on, it's better.

23/06/2025: We went for lunch for a family birthday, eight people. Beautiful location, free private parking, very kind waiters and the owner. The food definitely deserves 5 stars for the quality. The service was a bit slow towards the end. We had a room just for us in a rustic style but unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work. The costs are quite high, on average we spent 40 euros per person with a Tuscan appetizer for 4 people, a first course for everyone, 2 slices, 2 portions of chips, 2 portions of grilled vegetables, only water, coffee and dessert for everyone. All in all a beautiful day to be repeated.

08/10/2025: Not a particularly positive experience, perhaps because we were having a bad night. The place was noisy, the wait was long, and takeout pizza shouldn't be served during service. I ordered a rare fillet steak, which arrived well done, perhaps to keep it warm while I waited for the pizzas to arrive.

03/10/2025: Couldn't rate. According to the website and Google, it's open. However, it was closed, with no information.

20/09/2025: Minigolf was nice and fun, but the service was poor and we had to wait an hour for the pizzas.

04/09/2025: The pizza was really good, medium thickness, and made with a quality dough. The top was soft and the base crispy. For our first time, we tried the classic Margherita, and the ingredients and cooking were excellent. It was a very pleasant experience that we will definitely repeat.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience. I wait for 2 pizzas and they don't arrive. I call and they tell me they forgot they had a lot of people but at least let me know.
