However, if you are hungry and want to eat a decent portion of excellent food then this is the right place. staff very attentive to customers' dietary needs (I can't eat gluten and I was fine afterwards). Excellent tuna steak. I'll gladly go back.

23/04/2025: Mientras nos alojamos en Pistoia, Italia, esta fue una de nuestras cuatro cafeterías favoritas. Los pasteles son deliciosos y mi favorito es el Chantilly Croissant. Además, hay una pared de vidrio para que los clientes puedan ver a los pasteleros en acción. Los capuchinos eran maravillosos y el ambiente es genial. El personal es genial.

11/03/2025: 15 - 2-2025 Pizza da asporto buona, ma quando sono arrivato sul posto mi è stato negato che io avessi prenotato, quando, invece, io avevo parlato con uno dei titolari il pomeriggio stesso. Una dimenticanza può capitare, ma ciò che mi ha VERAMENTE infastidito è stato l'atteggiamento della ragazza che impastava la pizza e che ha continuato a negare imperterrita!

17/05/2025: Mientras queríamos pagar la cuenta, los camareros intentaron estafarnos, ya que nos enfrentamos a ellos y se nos ocurrieron excesos. Tan dijeron que los costos adicionales eran el costo de la mesa para sentarse. Entonces dijeron que el dueño lo quería de esta manera. No se nos dijo de antemano que las comisiones de mesa ni cuando pedimos la factura que había un cargo de mesa. Cuando preguntamos por qué la cuenta era tan alta, los camareros de repente dieron excusas y fue muy molesto. Definitivamente no recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que visite Atenas Grecia. Muy decepcionante, nunca volveré de nuevo.

18/05/2025: It had been more than twenty years since we went there, unfortunately the disappointment was huge!... The food was tasteless and not up to the price, the place very dated.. and the service a bit awkward. Too bad, because once upon a time going to eat at Polveriera meant going to a top place and you came away satisfied and happy. It would have been better to leave it in our memories...!!

14/05/2025: We were here with a tour group this evening and had an excellent meal! This restaurant has an amazing view of the city. Service was fast and efficient. Every course was excellent. I would especially call out the farro soup. It is new to me and I really enjoyed it. Could not be more pleased with this establishment!

10/02/2025: il locale è alla buona, vicino al centro storico di Pistoia. La mise en place, semplice, casalinga, il servizio veloce e il personale gentile. Menù non ampio ma con scelta di pesce e carne. Bellissimo il menù scritto a macchina con termini di pistoiese arcaico (braciola=fettina di carne ai ferri; svizzera= hamburger). Presenti i tortellini in brodo buonissimi un piatto tradizionale ma che non si trova più nei ristoranti pistoiesi. Dolci non proprio il top. Bagno pulito e prezzi modici

16/03/2025: We stopped here to eat a sandwich, or at least with the idea of ​​not having a restaurant lunch. Very attractive menu, generous portions, slightly high prices. The good quality. There were 6 of us, we took 2 Italian style burgers (good, served with fries and sauce), 1 margherita alla pala (normal), 1 fried chicken with potatoes and dried tomatoes, 2 portions of chicken wings (portion of 8, but for a child one of 4 is absolutely enough), 2 french fries, 3 drinks, 2 medium beers and 1 small one, 2 coffees, 1 bitter. Total €126. Good quality, final bill a little expensive.

24/02/2025: Normal pizza, carbonara strings too dry, they don't go down well, the worst thing is the price, in my opinion too high, "11" and on the menu not updated, there are no excuses.

05/10/2024: I'll start by saying that I had a good time and ate well, but I wasn't fully satisfied with the place and I think it's not a restaurant suitable for everyone. I ate an excellent cut, tasty and well seasoned. The sausages and focaccias were of a superior category and not battle stuff. The wine served by the glass is also truly excellent (a rarity). The cantuccini are also good. The baked potatoes were not baked potatoes, but boiled potatoes with tasteless skin and well behind cooking. They were very quick and kind in serving me but unfortunately the service was subsequently completely absent. I would have liked to order another glass of that good red but no one was present, I would have liked to ask for two slices of bread or focaccia but no one came by and I finished my meat without bread and without wine. To pay I had to wait a few minutes, again due to the usual problem, no one in the room. It is normal that if a girl in the dining room alone has to serve, prepare desserts, coffee, wash glasses and other things, she cannot have time to look after the customers. The service in a restaurant is fundamental and especially when you start traveling in a medium/high price category it becomes essential.
