25/07/2025: It was beyond an enjoyable experience to stay at the Hotel La Riviera. To begin, the room is a classical Italian design yet feels cozy. Uniquely this hotel has air conditioning compared to basically all of Europe. The workers, Elena and the main manager, were more than willing to help a customer and have helped our visit to Italy much better. Lastly, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the downtown area of this area and is filled with shops.

15/07/2025: We stayed at this lovely hotel for 5 nights with our large family. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the rooms are very clean and recently renovated. The staff is welcoming and friendly to help with any questions. I highly recommend staying at La Riviera. Ignore any negative reviews from the past because the hotel has new owners that are passionate about creating a wonderful hotel experience. We will return when we are back in the area.

08/06/2025: Che dire se non consigliarlo.Location davvero suggestiva,ben curata ed assolutamente di buon gusto.Sia il titolare che i camerieri davvero gentili.Menù tipico toscano con qualche eccezione.Ho preso gli spaghetti al vino rosso dal gusto particolare ma ottimi,il tagliere di salumi veramente buoni e non dozzinali, tagliolini al tartufo ben conditi e saporiti.Che dire ritornerò senz'altro magari di sera per godere a pieno dell' atmosfera suggestiva.

25/04/2025: Pessimo!! Il cibo era scadente. Male anche l’impatto con i camerieri. Il ragazzo che mi ha servito è stato scortese e al quanto scocciato perché siamo arrivati senza prenotazione! Non consiglio per niente. Tra l’altro girano voci che si tenga il personale a nero. Sono senza parole

31/07/2025: Pizze ottime.Ambiente confortevole

06/06/2025: End of school year party, pizza round menu: after an hour 5 pizzas arrive at the children's table (about 20 children), after another 20 minutes 6 pizzas arrive at the parents' table (about people). and so on for another round.. The girl tells us that the oven is small and we have to be patient (that's fine although, in my opinion, if you can't handle such a number avoid taking these tables. Tonight we were 2 classes plus the tables) I wait a bit and then I get up and go to see the oven: the two pizza chefs and do nothing and the owner who justifies herself by saying "we brought the pizzas to everyone". At this point I raise my voice a bit and simply tell her that if for them the service is over they can bring us the bill and at least we are free to go to dinner somewhere else. Magically in less than 10 minutes about ten pizzas arrive! In addition to this they made us pay for the last 2 "special" pizzas and the boxes with Nutella separately. I won't go into more detail because it would be pointless! I don't think I'll ever eat there again, but I promise that if I ever have to go back and find the same service I'll have Delivero come and deliver the pizzas!

19/07/2025: Disappointed, they have a business in a fabulous location and make you feel like you are a huge inconvenience.

09/06/2025: I have been going to this sushi restaurant for over six years, and for some time now it has become a weekly regular. It is rare to find a place that manages to consistently maintain a very high level in every aspect: quality of food, customer service and atmosphere. The quality-price ratio is exceptional. Many friends that I have brought here were initially skeptical because "it is an à la carte restaurant, I will definitely spend more than at an all you can eat". And instead, they promptly change their minds: you spend practically the same amount, but with a significantly higher quality. And since then, many of them have also become regular customers. The dishes are taken care of in detail, both in the presentation and in the flavors. The managers are extremely willing to accommodate customer requests: changes to the ingredients for dietary needs (vegetarians, intolerances) are always welcomed with a smile, without ever making anything a burden. Pets are also welcome, which for me is a huge added value. The environment is welcoming and suggestive, with an internal room that seems to transport you to another world: intimate, well-kept, with an atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy the experience to the fullest. It is the place I choose not only for a perfect dinner during the week, but also to celebrate my birthdays and important occasions in my life. It is now part of my history, and I could not be more fond of it. Needless to say, I am in love with this place. It is much more than a restaurant: it is a gastronomic and emotional refuge. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars.

03/08/2025: It's the best restaurant in Pistoia. Ramona, the owner, is a very kind person. When I call for lunch, she always finds me a place, and the food is amazing.

02/06/2025: Cucina molto buona, a parte che il cameriere e proprietaria sono visibilmente infastiditi che noi parliamo a pranzo rimproverandoci più volte che loro sono li a lavorare quindi dobbiamo prestargli attenzione (siamo dell'enel e ogni giorno gli portiamo tra le 10 e 15 persone), ci portano frutta e macedonia prima della pasta e dobbiamo tenerla sul tavolo (perché sì ) però quando c'è da riscuotere non ci fanno nemmeno finire il pranzo e siamo costretti ad interromperlo per pagare (è molto da maleducati). In sostanza si mangia discretamente ma la proprietaria e il cameriere hanno decisamente sbagliato mestiere

18/05/2025: It had been more than twenty years since we went there, unfortunately the disappointment was huge!... The food was tasteless and not up to the price, the place very dated.. and the service a bit awkward. Too bad, because once upon a time going to eat at Polveriera meant going to a top place and you came away satisfied and happy. It would have been better to leave it in our memories...!!

14/05/2025: We were here with a tour group this evening and had an excellent meal! This restaurant has an amazing view of the city. Service was fast and efficient. Every course was excellent. I would especially call out the farro soup. It is new to me and I really enjoyed it. Could not be more pleased with this establishment!

17/05/2025: Mientras queríamos pagar la cuenta, los camareros intentaron estafarnos, ya que nos enfrentamos a ellos y se nos ocurrieron excesos. Tan dijeron que los costos adicionales eran el costo de la mesa para sentarse. Entonces dijeron que el dueño lo quería de esta manera. No se nos dijo de antemano que las comisiones de mesa ni cuando pedimos la factura que había un cargo de mesa. Cuando preguntamos por qué la cuenta era tan alta, los camareros de repente dieron excusas y fue muy molesto. Definitivamente no recomendaría este restaurante a cualquiera que visite Atenas Grecia. Muy decepcionante, nunca volveré de nuevo.

22/01/2025: I had the pleasure of trying the restaurant of the agriturismo, located in an environment immersed in nature, truly pleasant and relaxing. The menu met expectations: the appetizer of cold cuts and croutons was very good, as was the first course of ragù with mushrooms and a touch of turmeric, which I found interesting and tasty. The gnocchi with cheese and speck were decent, while the roast with baked potatoes was definitely an excellent choice. The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly. The price also surprised me positively: very honest for the quality and quantity of what we ate and drank. A beautiful experience that I highly recommend!
