04/10/2025: A hotel that claims to be "3 stars," but deserves to be demolished and rebuilt from scratch. The building is dilapidated, with hideous rooms, moldy walls, and the smell of dust and dirt permeating everywhere. The bathroom? I've never seen anything like it—pitiful conditions, rusty faucets, broken tiles, and fixtures that look like they belong in another era. Plaster falling from doors and doorframes, peeling paint, dusty curtains: attention to even the smallest detail is a completely foreign concept. Another couple of friends received an equally awful room, but at least it had a decent bathroom. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that Booking.com reservations aren't allowed on the first floor, and that we had already occupied the room we were given 10 minutes earlier. Absurd! I asked for double pillowcases: they gave them to me, but I had to put everything on myself. No assistance, no customer service. We're forced to sleep here tonight because we have no alternative, but I can guarantee they'll never see another cent from us. It's a disgrace for those who pay for a decent night's sleep. If you're looking for at least a decent hotel, with clean rooms, a modern bathroom, and honest staff, I would avoid this place at all costs. This isn't a 3-star hotel; it's a terrible joke. 28/09/2025: I should have known from the fact that there was only one table at 8:30 pm, but I wanted to try it. The first course was incredibly salty, and also very expensive. It was the worst pizza in Pistoia and the surrounding area, tasteless, with little topping, and barely edible. The price was not commensurate with the poor quality. Returned after about ten years, and it's gotten much worse. In my opinion, it could close.

31/08/2025: Lunch with friends, one appetizer. 5 first courses: spaghetti with seafood and fish that tasted like rubber. 4 second courses: inedible fried seafood, tough, and too little. Frozen shrimp, thawed and re-frozen. Wine tasted like agricultural diesel. Total cost: €40 per person for lunch, which is worth €20 at best. I'm giving it one star because there's no way to give it zero. Highly not recommended.

24/06/2025: Very nice place for the excellent view and the high position. It's okay that it's a club but it's been a pizzeria for years frequented by many people, it doesn't have a less visible order so without knowing prices you don't know how much appetizers, pizzas etc. cost, not equipped with a Pos another inconvenience not a small one. I repeat, I agree you are a club, but when you do business you have to be transparent with customers
