28/07/2025: We ate very well and the staff were friendly.

07/07/2025: I enter this restaurant, unusually empty for lunch time. I am greeted by a kind and polite waitress. I order a plate of tagliatelle with fresh mushrooms: unfortunately, the tagliatelle are completely tasteless and the mushrooms have a decidedly unusual acidic flavor. I point out the problem and politely ask for someone to taste the dish. The waitress refuses to do so in front of me, only to then return saying that "the chef likes it that way". At that point I feel genuinely mocked, I give up the meal and get up to leave. It is then that the chef, a person in shabby clothes and with an appearance that is anything but professional, verbally attacks me, addressing me with gratuitous insults, all in front of a child. An unspeakable and unacceptable behavior, which far exceeds a simple culinary disappointment. I can only strongly advise against this place: for the quality of the food, but even more so for the disrespectful and unprofessional attitude.

11/02/2025: Very small place and smells of smoke inside. Price of pizza above average Very fine pizza. Asking 2 euros for a cover charge is a scam given the characteristics of the place.

25/06/2025: The hotel is located in a remote corner of Montecatini, surrounded by greenery. The room I stayed in is large, with old-fashioned cot-type beds. There is air conditioning, but it doesn't cool. You can't open the windows because flies will get in. The bathroom is average to mediocre to mediocre. Continental breakfast.

07/04/2025: In un posto così, un circolo datato, non si può fare pagare una margherita € 7,5 e una funghi champignons € 9. Pizze buone ma con quei prezzi, di cui peraltro non si può prendere visione perché manca il menù, non vale il viaggio. Grossi problemi di parcheggio.

01/07/2025: Unfriendly staff A menu was displayed for €6.90 (Pizza or sandwich + drink + fruit salad + coffee) The girl tried in every way to offer me something else and was visibly annoyed and rude because I insisted wanting that menu. The sandwich was not there (?) so only the pizza, the fruit salad was only watermelon probably cut for days in the fridge because it was sour. Every time I asked (first the fruit salad then the coffee) she giggled with her colleague. I used to go to this place when the previous staff was there NEVER AGAIN....

15/06/2025: I have been to this restaurant and unfortunately I have to say that it was a terrible experience. I ordered a simple plate of roast beef, but it didn't look good at first sight: the color was dull and the smell was unappealing. Unfortunately, the taste confirmed my initial impressions. The most serious problem, however, came later: I had lunch at 1 pm and since then I have been very sick. I can't say for sure that it is the fault of the food served here, but it is the only meal I have eaten and it ruined my day. I will not return and I honestly feel like I should not recommend it to anyone who cares about the quality and safety of what they eat.

27/07/2025: Pizza tra amici... Posto carino e curato,personale garbato e veloce, ma ci sono alcune cose che non vanno: Nel reparto pizzeria puoi mangiare SOLO pizza, avevamo chiesto dei semplici antipasti(tipo prosciutto e melone) e ci sono stati prontamente negati... La pizza non è nulla di eccezionale. Prezzi MOLTO sopra la media per quello che abbiamo consumato... Con la cifra spesa da altre parti avremmo fatto cena completa. Non penso che ci rivedremo.

24/06/2025: I have to say that I was not completely satisfied. Poor quality hamburger as well as the sandwich, as a side I had asked for french fries and they presented me with half a potato divided in two. There were 6 of us at the table plus a five month old baby, three times we asked to turn down the music and after the umpteenth request they decided but, just barely. Too high prices.
