10/05/2025: Appena arrivati, Tando due ore prima abbiamo mangiato un buon minestrone baccalà alla livornese tutti i piatti della magica Val di Nievole toscani e soprattutto caserecci fagiolini lessi personale molto attento e gentile, soprattutto svelto questo locale lavora moltissimo ideale per pranzi di lavoro consigliatissimo

24/02/2025: Locale,in uno squallore totale! Da mandare i nas!! Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante e purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Il personale non è stato particolarmente accogliente e le pietanze non sono state all’altezza delle aspettative. Inoltre, i piatti erano visibilmente sporchi, il che è inaccettabile in un locale che dovrebbe garantire igiene e qualità. Mi dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma ritengo che ci siano margini di miglioramento significativi, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la qualità del servizio. Sebbene i prezzi siano accessibili, non posso consigliare questo posto."

18/02/2025: Siamo andati in questo posto per mangiare a casa una pizza. La signora che ci ha accolto, nemmeno un sorriso. Volevamo prendere una teglia ma ci ha fermati subito dicendo che andava prenotata, sinceramente, non mi ha dato nemmeno la voglia di prenotare una pizza a piatto da portare a casa. Veramente troppo seria e disturbata dalla nostra richiesta. Capisco che la teglia va ordinata ma bisognerebbe anche invogliare il cliente a optare per altro, il nuovo cliente va conquistato! Non esiste il cliente come ha sottolineato dicendo, adesso servo il cliente!

04/05/2025: I booked at the last minute in this structure, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. My girlfriend and I had a really good time 💯 before leaving we took some pieces of pizza made by them which were truly fantastic. I highly recommend

02/03/2025: Spectacular pizza, light dough and excellent quality seasoning. Even if the place is not big but it is really worth it just for the pizza which gives many name pizzerias a run for their money. Nice and kind staff

09/05/2025: Primo problema (imho), il marketing fuorviante: non avevo ancora provato la nuova gestione da alcuni anni con nuovo nome “storica pizzeria toscana” per cui l’aspettativa era per una pizza toscana sottile e croccante invece fanno la pinsa (o pizza alla pala) che comunque apprezzo. Anche i nomi delle pizze sono stilosamente pistoiesi, forse attrattivi per i turisti ma eccessivi e folkloristici per me. Ordinata per portarla a casa, quando sono passato per l’asporto ho notato un po’ di addobbi stile halloween all’ingresso, personalmente fuori tempo (maggio) ma se attirano i bambini e piace OK. Mi consegnano 3 cartoni da calzone piccoli (!) e quando li apro a casa le pinse sono davvero piccole, porzione baby più che adulto: margherita (8€)di media qualità con pomodoro insapore, focaccia non salata (6€) tutte croccanti ma molto unte. Il problema maggiore è stata la digestione, mai successo, pesantezza e sonnolenza a stretto giro per tutti. Menomale non abbiamo preso le pinse più costose, grazie ma NO.

13/12/2024: Ho preso 3 pizze alla pala da asporto, nei cartoni alti, eleganti, ben fatti, ho pensato”…cavolo che cartoni piccoli, saranno tagliate e messe una sopra l’altra…”. Beh arrivo a casa e la scoperta è stata dura da digerire, pizze poco più grandi di una mano…, avevo un ospite, ho fatto una figura pessima e ho speso 24 euro! VENTIQUATTRO EURO! 3 pizze che insieme non ne facevano una tonda tradizionale. Il gusto? Santo cielo che terrore! Prendete pure in giro i Pistoiesi. Ma a me non più. Passo e chiudo.

18/01/2025: Welcoming and pleasant environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Too bad for a couple of dirty cutlery that were immediately changed. A little wait between one course and another. Very good appetizers. Meat could have been better, difficult to cut (with unsuitable knives, although they were replaced with others) and in general served a little cold and not very tasty. Average dessert. Drank water and two glasses of red. Overall, the price is high compared to what you get and the quality of the food. (Total 138 euros). The "icing on the cake" was that we were not given the opportunity to pay via TheFork app with which we had made the booking, although the application told us that the structure also accepted payments via the fork pay. Among other things, there was a discount (25 euros) which we could not take advantage of. The staff of the facility told us that they were not sure that they would receive the payment, which is why, as we were hesitant, to accommodate them we paid by credit card to avoid misunderstandings. We were disappointed because, if the structure adheres to applications such as the fork, then it must be able to make people use the service, without making it a problem for the customer and making them feel even partially at fault. There was certainly a lack of transparency and we would have appreciated the possibility of resolving the matter by the restaurant staff.
