08/12/2025: I liked the place inside, it was very warm and welcoming, the ramen was very good, the decorations were beautiful, in my opinion, at the end of the dinner a little something like the manga-themed cookie they leave wouldn't hurt, but for the rest everything was perfect, the only flaw was the parking, but you can't have everything in life.

30/11/2025: We had a great time. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. We ate very well. I definitely recommend the stir-fried ramen, which was filling and tasty. We can't wait to go back!

11/11/2025: We reserved a table for five on Sunday morning, specifying our arrival time as 1:30 PM. As soon as we arrived, we noticed a general discontent among the tables and people near the restaurant. I asked about our reserved table, and with extremely poor manners, they told us we could leave because there had been a mix-up with the reservations. Six other customers outside explained that they too were shocked, having booked. I ALWAYS excuse mistakes in the restaurant industry because I know it's never easy having to juggle all the myriad things that go on in this world. A simple gesture of apology, a voucher for a dinner, a glass of wine, and two appetizers, and a call to let them know of the inconvenience given the distance from any other activity in the restaurant would have been enough to ease the situation, but instead, nothing. I generally only review places I enjoy, so as not to discredit or negatively review places I don't enjoy, and thus influence other customers. However, given my politeness, I feel I can't help but share my, unfortunately, bad experience. Despite everything, I will try to rebook and have the opportunity to change my mind about the management of the place; I would be truly happy.

28/06/2025: Quiet place in the middle of summer, very pleasant, freshness guaranteed, we eat very well, excellent quality/price ratio 👍 the meat is tender and tasty, very good 👌 excellent service, a very helpful lady, with kindness and availability, we are very satisfied with our discovery ❤️❤️❤️we will come back ♥️♥️

29/12/2025: What I like about the Old Fox is its convenient location, close to the city center and next to the metro, the fact that it's always crowded with young people, and the beers from the Barona brewery. The people who work there are also very good. What I don't like are the prices, which are a bit too high.

06/12/2025: Both the ice cream and the chocolate are delicious. The owner is very helpful and very good.

22/11/2025: Small place, go there only if you like chocolate, anyway you will find the best hot chocolate in Pistoia.

08/12/2025: The most famous and also the best schiacciatine in the area, I dare say that the menu should be modernized with new combinations, perhaps seasonal ones.

10/11/2025: I recently moved to the city and have been to many restaurants. As for pizza, I have to say it's the only one who knows how to make it; it's really good. I still have to try the food, but it looks good. Excellent quality and professionalism, I give it five Michelin stars.

17/01/2026: What a discovery! The restaurant is a bit small, but really cute. We ate deliciously and will gladly return. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Recommended dishes: pelmeni and the delicious honey cake!

07/09/2025: Wow! Just WOW! We stayed here for 5 nights for a part of our 5 week honeymoon in Europe. This was genuinely a highlight of our trip so far. The room was clean, and as advertised. Everyone there was so kind and attentive. We hope we get to come back one day soon. Having travelled all the way from Australia we were so grateful to find a peaceful hideaway where we could get to other spots for day trips either via our hire car, or public transport not far away. Thank you again!

18/07/2025: I have one rule: I never return to the same place. This rule no longer applies. I've been there twice already, and I'd gladly go back, and more than once. A fabulous place, rest, regeneration, and a recharge unlike any other place I've been. A wonderful place with fantastic and welcoming owners. The pool is large, sometimes you're alone, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant serves delicious dinners. The view is breathtaking, and the space is so relaxing. I'll definitely be back again, and I already miss it.

18/11/2025: A magical place, extremely nice owners, peace and quiet.

29/10/2025: A fantastic villa perched atop a hill, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was lovely spending the night on the property and enjoying the peace and quiet. I also enjoyed strolling through the villa's grounds and taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding area. The drive to the location is a bit long, but manageable. We found parking easy, and the room was ready and clean. Our breakfast was excellent, with everything you could want, and served with great courtesy. Thank you. The villa is admittedly a bit older, which we appreciated. However, don't expect modern rooms. The location is superb for a villa "in the mountains," but of course, whether you prefer being close to the city or in a more tranquil setting is a matter of personal taste.
