What sets them apart is the cleanliness of the place, the speed of service, and the available and clean seating. Even if your order might be complex, beyond the usual sandwich or piadina, you won't have to worry about it here. A few seconds more than the preparation and cooking time, and you're already eating. It doesn't get any better than this...what more could you ask for?

23/11/2025: Pizzeria where 4 people work Two roll out and prepare the pizzas, one bakes the pizza, one serves at the counter. The locals are lacking in courtesy. We ate there. My pizza was missing an ingredient, so whatever. We can do without it. You go to get two more slices of pizza because the pizza is so thin that you need four to fill up. No one cares about you because you have to wait in line. So if there are ten people waiting for takeout pizzas, what do we do? When the person baking while waiting to take the pizzas out could be serving, it takes 10 seconds to give you a slice. A smile... not at all. Never again. Goodbye.

07/04/2026: Restaurant located inside the Zoological Park located in Via Pieve a Celle in the province of Pistoia in a welcoming and informal environment immersed in greenery and surrounded by nature and animals from all over the world, where you can enjoy good dishes of traditional Tuscan cuisine, excellent cured meats and good food also at the self-service in the structure opposite, all accompanied by local wines with a kind, fast and helpful service.

02/04/2026: We had lunch here on a Saturday and there was little choice on the menu, good appetizer but nothing special for the duck first course and penne al pomodoro not good... beautiful place and knowledgeable and friendly staff but based on my experience I can't say I ate well, quite the opposite.

03/01/2026: I've been to Giannini's pizzeria and restaurant, a place suitable for everyone. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pizzas, calzones, and necci are excellent. The price is fair. I asked for a pizza for my son, who was very hungry, and it arrived within 5 minutes. We will definitely be back.

02/11/2025: Excellent pizzeria (but they also serve a restaurant), informal and welcoming, rustic atmosphere. The pizza, made with whole wheat dough (or alternatively whole wheat), is very good; it's thin, crispy, and well-seasoned. The mushroom scallops and polenta are also very good. Fast and friendly service. Good prices. Reservations are recommended.

31/03/2026: Good evening, I'm here to leave a review regarding inappropriate behavior by an employee. In my case, I had to repeat the request for a packet of tea three times while the employee was busy chatting with colleagues, paying no attention to the customer... total disinterest. Even more unpleasant was what happened to my mother: she had to collect a €10 winning from a scratch-off ticket. A first colleague said the machine wasn't working to check the winnings, after which another employee (the same one as before) intervened and addressed my mother in an arrogant tone, looking her up and down, saying, "Ma'am, there's nothing here, can't you see?!" After checking more closely, it turned out that the winnings were indeed there. At that point, without any apology, the employee turned around and left, leaving the matter to her colleague. Truly impolite and unprofessional behavior. A minimum of respect and attention towards customers should be the foundation, especially when working in contact with the public. Otherwise, a nice place with good quality food and drinks.

18/02/2026: The pizza and first courses are good, the service isn't lightning fast but not too slow either, there's little parking available, but if you walk a little there aren't any problems.

28/07/2025: The authentic Bottega, as it once was, has retained the aroma of good things made with passion. The art of baking still exists here. Excellent bread, schiacciata, pizzas, and biscuits.
