02/05/2025: I have already done a review or perhaps more than one for this historic restaurant, today I would like to try to explain the "behind the scenes" I was there helping for 11 days because one of the pillars of the restaurant, Vasco, fell ill and is now recovering from the onset of pneumonia. When you are a customer you don't understand the difficulty of managing such a place, but as a helper you open your eyes and say how is it possible to do something like this for decades? Let's start from the kitchen, the kingdom of the cook and owner, Lidia, with those who follow her and support her at every step Carla, every day you have an à la carte menu where you can choose what is prepared early in the morning, the various sauces, the vegetables, the meats, the game, the desserts (even the desserts because here they are always made fresh) the hours it takes to prepare this and more are many, to give an example think of washing the vegetables and fruit, and the appetizers? The first ones? Second courses and side dishes? From rabbit to game, including fallow deer, roe deer and wild boar, croutons, truffles, cheeses... everything you want is here. But then the time comes to serve at the table and it's not like they are served in canteen style, they are served and presented very well, the two rooms are served by Claudia, the waitress, by Andrea the owner... you have to organize yourself, set the table, serve, clear the table and prepare again for those who will come to eat, around 40/45 seats, a whole succession of arrivals and departures, it may seem easy but it isn't, just the fact of satisfying all the customers/tables with the orders placed which, once taken, must then be passed to the kitchen, which in turn will have to manage them in the order dictated by those serving the tables and send them back to the dining room based on reservations so that everything runs smoothly... Another thing is that here is a step higher than other places it's wine, here there would be a world apart and to write for two days and I can't, this is Andrea's KINGDOM, he knows wines from all over Italy, a great connoisseur, each wine is produced with particular grapes and vines for have the best results, those who make you say I like this wine rather than that one, this aroma, this flavour... Andrea knows his stuff about these things, my partner and I always take advice from him as customers, we ask him what we would like to drink at depending on what you like (fruity, scent of wood, dry, more or less full-bodied, etc...) and magically Andrea doesn't miss a beat. The wine list here is unparalleled, the truth must be told, you can't find commercial wine... a clarification: red, white, rosé prosecco have no secrets with Andrea and I personally really like to have him explain the where, how and when of the wine I'm about to make. drink... in summary Lidia and Andrea, the owners, form a great team together with Carla, Claudia and Vasco, there must be a reason if it is a historic place (it is also found in the Michelin guide) so I invite you to try this cuisine linked to traditions and more, lunch or dinner doesn't matter, you just have to relax and taste... just say "I read Massimo's review" if you are curious to try...

25/02/2025: My partner and I spent a delightful evening in this welcoming and peaceful venue. Very good appetizer! Light and tasty pizza with excellent quality ingredients! Fast service with friendly staff! Great prices! Definitely an evening to repeat!

28/04/2025: Having dinner at this pizza restaurant. Being Friday, paella and sangria night, we opted only for the paella. Discreet dish. Nice place with a nice view. Friendly waiters, but service a little slow. The music in the room was a little annoying, the volume was a little high. Some other tables also had the same perception as us. Advised.

08/04/2025: The Victoria Pizzeria Restaurant is located in a very beautiful panoramic location. Cocktails expertly prepared by expert hands can be greatly appreciated. The dishes vary from Tuscan cuisine to very tasty pizza. The delicious desserts, made by the owner, in the kitchen there is her who delights us with so much passion. There is care of the place, of the dishes served with immense kindness and professionalism. Once a month there is the Sangria and Paella Evening not to be missed!!!! Many years of activity, many loyal customers like me. Victoria makes me feel at home, it always remains among my favorite places.

26/05/2025: Comida excepcional a precios bajos! Muy limpio, pintoresco pequeño restaurante que ofrece comidas de calidad excepcional. Yo no iría aquí por pizza o calzone, definitivamente quieres ir por comidas más robustas. Caprese, raviolis y vieiras de ternera estaban deliciosos. Sin duda hacer reservas ya que es un lugar pequeño. Además, date mucho tiempo. Tarda un poco en salir la comida pero bien vale la pena esperar.

03/05/2025: Truly remarkable restaurant discovered by chance. Beautiful tasteful furnishings, clean and tidy room. Excellent food. Delicious potato croquettes (even if they were simple croquettes but fried in an exaggerated way). For me, divine mushroom pizza, light and tasty. For him, fried fish which, he said, melted in his mouth. Excellent superlative dessert with cooked fruit with its caramel and hazelnuts served with cream ice cream.

17/05/2025: 2 pizzas, one of which was raw Margherita with a rubbery dough, the other was burnt and salty sausage and broccoli rabe.

25/04/2025: Pessimo!! Il cibo era scadente. Male anche l’impatto con i camerieri. Il ragazzo che mi ha servito è stato scortese e al quanto scocciato perché siamo arrivati senza prenotazione! Non consiglio per niente. Tra l’altro girano voci che si tenga il personale a nero. Sono senza parole

29/05/2025: Hai fame, sei con amici e vuoi mangiare bene spendendo il giusto? Allora questa pizzeria fa al caso tuo. Qui la pizza non si misura in spicchi… ma a metri! Perfetta da condividere, ideale per una serata tra amici o per una cena veloce senza rinunciare al gusto. Impasto leggero, ingredienti generosi e una varietà di gusti che mette d’accordo tutti — sì, anche l’amico indeciso che cambia idea ogni cinque minuti. Il servizio è rapido, il personale gentile e i prezzi sono onestissimi: esci sazio e felice, senza svuotarti il portafoglio. Che tu voglia una cena tranquilla o un pasto al volo dopo una giornata intensa, questa pizzeria è una garanzia. Pizza al metro, velocità, bontà e convenienza: cosa vuoi di più?

25/05/2025: Despite the very spartan environment, the pizzas were very good. We took a shovel and a half with different varieties in 5 of us and I must say that they were all very well made with well-cooked and crunchy dough.

29/05/2025: Gelato buonissimo, di qualità. Le signorine al banco poco sorridenti e poi vorrei capire la differenza fra un cono da 3euro e uno da 1.50 perché la quantità è SEMPRE la stessa.

10/04/2025: Club with Bar, Pizzeria and Restaurant, in the greenery of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, excellent quality products, served in a rustic environment, where time has stood still, in winter welcoming you with the warmth of the lit fireplace and the scent of good things, the pizza is delicious, thin, well seasoned, not to mention the cuisine and desserts are all homemade.... Congratulations to Paolo and all his collaborators, who have existed and persisted for years, providing an excellent quality service, and providing a meeting and aggregation point in this sometimes complicated mountain of ours. I highly recommend it... better to book by phone.

30/11/2024: Cozy rustic place, kindness and availability in abundance, congratulations to the willing volunteers. Really interesting fish dinner with very generous portions. Excellent lobster strips and delicious baked prawns. Without a doubt, an experience to be repeated. Parking is not very convenient, but with a little creativity and improvisation you can find a place. 😜
