15/07/2025: Excellent pizza, very well topped, both gluten-free and gluten-free. Excellent attention to intolerances. Fast and courteous service. The outdoor seating area is a great idea for the summer months; it's simple and well-maintained. P.S.: It's wonderful to see such a young and knowledgeable staff. If you really have to find a flaw, there are few lactose-free dessert options.

04/01/2026: I was very disappointed with the beds. I booked a double room, and the bed was made up of two mattresses joined together, not a single double mattress, resulting in a gap in the middle. I also booked a triple room, and the third bed was a sofa bed.

02/01/2026: Short New Year's Eve getaway with friends, three couples. The apartments were spacious and equipped with every comfort, and were satisfactory. The food was absolutely terrible: two average dinners with no choice of dishes, and the New Year's Eve dinner was absolutely subpar. Even plates and cutlery were missing, and fruit was served to half the guests without plates or cutlery. The food was extremely poor quality, poorly cooked, and served well in advance, resulting in it being dry and cold. The waiters were rude and unprofessional. Recommended for bed and breakfast only.

16/01/2026: A relaxing weekend, although we found the indoor pool colder than other times. Breakfast was always top-notch, the rooms were clean this time, and our neighbors were noisy late at night, but that's due to the rudeness of the guests.

12/01/2026: Unfortunately, this hotel isn't up to its 4-star rating. At reception, the staff had to consult the manager to learn that a nine-year-old child, if accompanied by his or her parents, doesn't need identification: a waste of time that immediately created discontent. Upon arriving in our room, which initially appeared spacious and clean, we later discovered that the bathroom floor was covered in stains, which had never been removed and had already been reported by other guests, as confirmed by several previous reviews. It's shameful to sell a room in these conditions, and this speaks volumes about a management clearly "on the cheap," despite the advertised 4-star rating. Breakfast consists of low-quality supermarket products: packaged cakes and pies, definitely not up to the standard of a hotel of this caliber (and I repeat, we're talking 4 stars). The location is certainly very convenient for getting around, but everything else is paid for: the spa and pool are excluded from the price, when in many similar hotels they are included. In conclusion, I don't recommend it, especially considering the price paid.

21/12/2025: Simply the best Chinese takeaway in Valdinievole. The quality-quantity-price ratio is unrivaled. They've been open for over 20 years, and there must be a reason! A must-try for Chinese food lovers!

29/07/2025: Quick and punctual service, friendly staff. Prices were average. We ate a bit of everything, takeout. Everything was delicious, except for the fried foods, which tasted only greasy. Obviously, a very basic place, made for takeout. About €46 for 3 people Recommend. Updating my review: SWEET AND SOUR DUCK, amazing! Try it, it melts!

12/01/2026: The best of the best. Food as a sensory gratification of all the senses: visual, gustatory, olfactory. Quality at its highest level. If you can think of something to eat, they definitely have it, but be careful, they have better than you might think, the best. GO THERE NOW and you won't be able to do without it. Remember, Lunardi is a style of eating, not just any shop.
