I stayed at this hotel for work reasons. Overall a good structure, normal but clean room, the bed too soft for my tastes, classic international breakfast.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Bad bathroom light. There is no support for a PC and there is too much, even if symmetrical and "set" wardrobe. Beds with mattress and pillow that take your shape. Strange sensation but I slept and got up without pain... Recommended!

For a 4-star hotel I expected a few more things like disposable slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste but those are details. Large and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and perfect location. Then in the summer there is also the swimming pool which is great. I hope to be able to return.

The property is beautiful and has good potential. The superior room was generously sized, suitable for work, no slippers though. The morning reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit poor, not four star, apart from the good quality fruit juice. The sore point is the cleanliness of the room, the service of which was disorganized and inadequate. The toilet had some old dirt.

I was with my wife in the restaurant of this establishment and I can say that I ate very well, excellent service. I will definitely return. My niece also celebrated her 18th birthday with her friends with a good and abundant buffet in the park, with the possibility of speakers to listen to music and she assured me that she had a dream evening. I recommend this facility for banquets, weddings etc etc. Seeing is believing

Excellent hotel, quality service

I was here for an organized dinner and I must say a really nice environment, well accessible even with a wheelchair and really good food, excellent service and very kind waiters. The dancing is great in the hall, I have also been there on evenings dedicated to Argentine tango.. Ideal for weddings and birthday parties when there are many of you or other occasions where you are looking for a place that can accommodate many people and in an elegant environment.

Rooms a little old fashioned and too sweet breakfast. Too much torta und Cookies instead of fruit salad and fresh fruit.

L’Hotel è situato appena fuori dal centro di Pistoia e dispone di un grande parcheggio. La struttura sembra enorme ma in realtà sono solo due piani. La camera era molto grande, parzialmente ristrutturata e pulitissima ma alcune cose andrebbero assolutamente sistemate/cambiate come ad esempio la presa affianco al letto si stacca dal muro e il divanetto è piuttosto usurato. L’accoglienza è stata top… mentre la colazione nella norma… un 4 stelle potrebbe fare un pizzico meglio. Complessivamente lo consiglio specialmente a chi si muove in macchina.

Ottima location tutto positivo, camera in ordine e pulita, colazione abbondante dolce e salata e ristorante annesso superlativo. Complimenti ritorneremo
