Sunday lunch with friends, in this restaurant found by searching online. The restaurant is simple, but correct for the typical Abruzzo cuisine it offers. The kind and attentive welcome. But the food is the highlight, because everything we tasted was delicious. We ate the frittini, the gricia, the carbonara and then the kebab and chicken kebabs with spicy turnip tops. Finally the hot cream bomboloncini. And it was really all very good. For us, the owner's choice to keep only one type of wine, from Abruzzo, good and well suited to pair with the dishes offered, is correct, as is the bill.

Very simple restaurant-style environment, very good cuisine mainly based on sheep.

Un angolo di Abruzzo autentico!! Arrosticini ottimi, peperoni alla brace pure! Eravamo di passaggio ma se torno a Pistoia ci tornerò volentieri.

Piatti molto buoni, ci vuole un po’ di tempo per la preparazione ma ne vale tutta la pena!!
