03/11/2025: A charming, rustic, and welcoming osteria, with few frills, just like the food. We had lunch/dinner three days in a row, because it was worth it! High-quality meat and cured meats, the delicious mushrooms and truffles, the corned tongue meatballs, the pork rosticciana, the ciancia, and finally the tart and castagnaccio were top-notch. The service was courteous, friendly, and quick. Great value. Recommended.

05/11/2025: The restaurant is small, but welcoming and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The menu offers all gluten-free and lactose-free dishes, and vegan options are available upon request. They cater to all allergies and intolerances. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

26/10/2025: In Prato for work, my colleague and I found ourselves having dinner at "Grazie Rosa." It's more than just a sandwich shop; the variety of options (extensive and not generalist) amazed me. Vegans can find a variety of options here, but there's also great attention to those with food intolerances or those who prefer unconventional choices. The extensive selection of beers (including craft beers), if not locally sourced, then almost... allows for a diverse and satisfying experience. The owners and staff are very friendly, and although the place is small and the tables are quite close together, the service and friendly atmosphere make this a thing of the past, making the time spent pleasant and quality. The food is also good, and the owners' helpfulness is top notch. Congratulations!

29/10/2025: Rustic atmosphere, hospitality too. Everything is ok, except for one slightly shameful thing (and it's not the only place where it happens): an ice cream (three scoops of cream and chocolate which costs 2 euros at the ice cream shop) 5 euros. They also sell ice cream in a special ice cream department, I doubt they charge such crazy prices.

21/10/2025: A cool summer evening. Pizza with friends, away from the summer heat. Excellent pizza with well-seasoned toppings and a delicious dessert.

13/11/2025: A wonderful restaurant; I always visit it when I'm in Montecatini. The meat (steak) and Toscana antipasti and prosciutto with cheese are delicious. If you add some house (local) Toscana wine, it'll only cost €100 for three. I highly recommend it. The service is always friendly, it's a family-run restaurant, and they pay close attention to quality. We celebrated my sister's birthday here today. We asked for a good seat, and they gave us a seat by the fireplace. 😍 Thank you. However, for some reason, the restaurant doesn't offer a small birthday cake. You should reconsider that.

24/10/2025: The place is very nice and large. We went at night. The view is very pretty, but I recommend going during the day for a better view. They have seating both inside and outside. The food was delicious. We ordered a prosciutto platter as antipasti, which was excellent. Then we ordered pastas (ragu ravioli and fettuccine with mushrooms), which were also well-made. The portion sizes were perfect. We didn't like the dessert as much. A kind of dark chocolate pancotta was a little overcooked for my taste. We had a very nice wine. We found the wine list a bit steep. The service was good. I recommend it for the price/quality ratio. The service

11/11/2025: After returning for the fourth time in the last four years, with about a year between each visit, I can confidently say that Il Pellegrino is now an absolute must-try in Val di Nievole. Without a doubt, it's the best steak you can eat from Pistoia to Lucca, and in my opinion, it even beats many Florentine steaks. The quality of the meat is top-notch, but what makes the difference is their way of cooking and seasoning it; every four times, it melted in my mouth! All the other ingredients are also top-notch; mushrooms and truffles with an authentic and intense flavor. The restaurant, after its recent renovation, is elegant and welcoming. Just as elegant, kind, welcoming, and very competent are all the staff, from the owners Lorenzo and Mirko, to the entire staff!! Put your GPS on and go there; it's a five-minute drive from the center of Montecatini, but you won't regret it! The price is also very fair for the quality of what you eat and drink... Recommended above all!!

08/11/2025: The food wasn't bad, except for the overpriced appetizer portions, which were small for a group of 12 people plus a boy. The steak was decent, but the worst part was the surprise bill... because €80 each for an appetizer and a steak seems like a lot to me. It's true that we drank seven bottles of €20 Chianti, but where's the €1200?! 4 crostini each, a few mixed cold cuts, side dishes with the steaks, dip, and two potatoes. In the end, it seemed logical to ask for a receipt; I would have done things differently.

16/10/2025: I would recommend a stay here especially if you are looking to get away. It is well off the road and meals have to be planned as the restaurant is only open on the weekends (except for breakfast), but the staff and the pets more than make up for the extra effort. Our best to Stephano, Lilly, Lola, and Polpetto!

09/11/2025: Small but welcoming, just a few steps from the Duomo, it's a typical Tuscan osteria like those of the past. The dishes are cooked using authentic, original recipes and excellent ingredients. My Pappa al Pomodoro and Cacio e Pepe are exceptional. The desserts and wine are good. The attentive service and friendly staff are also excellent. The prices are also good. You can find them in Amsterdam and New York.
