12/10/2025: Absolutely avoid. Greasy and soggy fried food, long wait times (the manager alone does everything), questionable oil quality resulting in a bad taste... high prices and small portions. Also, questionable hygiene! A truly horrifying experience... and let's hope we don't get sick 😱

17/09/2025: I'm not the type of person who leaves negative reviews, but this place really left a bad impression on me. I ordered a mixed fried fish dish, which was actually of terrible quality. I just opened it and it smelled like rotten fish, as did the fries, which were full of poor-quality oil. This isn't actually the first time I've eaten mixed fried fish, and I know what it's supposed to taste like. Terrible service (in 10 minutes, I actually ate 35). Altered products served to customers. I will never go there again.

25/11/2025: This is my second time here for a Negroni as an aperitif. The first time was €5, the second time €8. Everything was the same, but the cashier was different. The negative reviews are quite accurate.

26/08/2025: The owner is unfriendly and decidedly irritable. He's not open to new customers, as after sitting down at our table, we were rudely kicked out when we learned we hadn't ordered alcohol. Definitely not recommended; there are much better choices in terms of ambiance and service in the nearby area. I should add that after being completely friendly, I was kicked out in a decidedly grumpy and listless manner, with the owner himself adding a definitely unnecessary curse.

27/08/2025: Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent food, well-prepared and tasty. Fresh fish, otherwise it's not on the menu!!! Generous portions.

24/08/2025: The Emilian pizza on the menu listed tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto, parmesan, and arugula. The pizza we received was tomato, mozzarella, ham, and grated parmesan, and it was inedible. We won't be returning.

15/08/2025: In past years, under different management, I've always had a great experience, with a very kind and helpful bartender. This year, I found management to be extremely rude, the bartender surly, and unwilling to deal with any customers. We were rushed to fill our tables, and the lady bartender and the gentleman were almost nonexistent. They monitored our orders and how many seats we were taking up, like Big Brother, as if he were calculating a ratio of occupancy to profit. The fantastic bartender always replied that she didn't want to make a Moscow Mule, forcing us to consume something else. When we were then told to vacate a table because it was needed, when the place was almost EMPTY, in an accusatory and dismissive tone, because two young men weren't ordering anything at the time, we decided to leave, paying the bill with the dirty money they so desperately wanted. The overall impression is of a staff more concerned with profit than with their customers, using this fact as a means to justify the end. If I wrote all this, it's because I was disappointed with the bar where I had my first drinks. Highly not recommended, I'd give it 0 stars.

23/06/2025: water in paid showers, few showers present. the pool is only open at certain times.

29/06/2025: As for the cuisine, it's ok, but be careful if you book in a group, because you have to order the same menu for everyone, otherwise they can't serve you, but since it's not written on the menu, you'll find yourself in for a surprise, as happened to us.

28/06/2025: The expectations proposed by the site are not met, the menu that is on the site is not the one proposed... the service alas. After bringing us the menu, they "imposed" us with arrogance, that since there were 8 of us we should all eat the same, because "in starred restaurants it works like this". After other comments worthy of the "swear word" we ate, good octopus, good tortellini, "normal" seafood spaghetti, duck breast rejected, dessert I personally did not take it but from the look they had nothing to do with those portrayed on the site. Bottle of champagne brought without having asked for it, of quality. I don't know if we paid for it, because they didn't show us the bill, at the cashier they told us it was €40 per person! I expected more, but perhaps they assumed they had to make amends for their attitude. NB at the time of booking they absolutely did not mention the fact that since there were 8 of us they would "propose" a fixed menu to us. There were about twenty people so I don't think it was a request due to the wind.

31/08/2025: This morning I went to their place for breakfast. I asked for a light cappuccino with a little coffee... the sweet girl who made it for me said, "I made it very light. If it's not good, let me know." The cappuccino was perfect, and her kindness was even better. Thank you for the pleasant breakfast ❤️

02/07/2025: Everything was perfect!!! The fries we ate were delicious!!! We first got a water, a snaffle, a Fanta, and a coffee. And the prices for everything were very reasonable. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, but that's normal in a shopping center, but it's not bothersome at all. And the wait staff are super friendly. I asked for a stick to stick the fries in so I wouldn't get all the mayonnaise on them, and they gave it to me. And on top of that, they're very fast at delivering the food...
