30/06/2025: What can I say? A little slice of paradise! My partner and I reached the end of our stage on the Via Vandelli in this wonderful place. We were greeted with a smile, a cold beer, and after a shower, a dip in the pool. And what about the dinner? One of the best of the walk 👍

09/10/2023: Alla ricerca di castagne e visita alla casetta della befana di barga, con sosta per pranzo in questa trattoria. Cibo buono, tortelli che ricordano quelli della nonna, buoni anche i secondi e prezzo che ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta (solo 16 euro a testa). Unica nota meramente personale: non ero abituata al sugo di funghi insieme al ragù che copre un pochino il sapore del fungo, ma comunque buono.
Esperienza consigliata e da ripetere
27/08/2023: Pasta tutta appiccicata, condita male con sugo di carne e funghi inesistenti,il mio cane l'avrebbe sdegnata,con un caffe 20 euro avrei pagato anche di piu ma mi sarei aspettata un piatto che si presentava bene,dignitoso per chi paga.

28/10/2025: We had the pleasure of working with Sottovuoto Gastronomia for a destination wedding at Villa Oliva in Tuscany, and everything about it was great. The food was amazing, well-presented, full of flavor, and just right for the elegant Tuscan setting.
The team was professional, helpful, and a real pleasure to work with. Everything tasted amazing, and our couple and their guests couldn't stop talking about how great the service was from start to finish.
