24/04/2025: In my opinion the best cake in Livorno. In terms of consistency and flavor it wins over the others, perhaps more famous, although they are also very good. The pizza is also noteworthy, not heavy and with perfect combinations of ingredients. Possibility to eat on site. Characteristic environment, frequented by people from the neighborhood and beyond, but certainly authentic.

30/05/2025: In addition to a camping area, Scaglieri Village also offers rooms. I stayed in one of these. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-organized. There are large wardrobes and chests of drawers to put your clothes in. The room also has a small balcony overlooking the sea. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large and I appreciated the shower with the option of having both a low shower head and a large shower head at the top, where you can select which one to use.

02/06/2025: We arrived in Livorno from Corsica by ferry, and hunger and chance led the three of us to this restaurant. We received a very warm and friendly welcome. Although almost all the seats were taken, we got a table on a Saturday evening. Drinks and pasta arrived quickly and were delicious. The pizza that followed was top-notch! Perfectly crispy, great crust, and very tasty toppings. Reasonably priced compared to the prices in Corsica and those in my home country (Germany)! So if you're looking for something delicious to eat before or after the ferry crossing, you're sure to find something here.

26/05/2025: For Neapolitan flavors it is excellent. Friendly staff. Environment not so suitable for groups of more than 10 people. Worth a try.

11/12/2024: Found by chance in Livorno. Bar that makes sandwiches that are not good, but spectacular! Excellent service and a really nice atmosphere. Recommended: Fabbricotti!

10/06/2025: Very nice café. We stopped here briefly for breakfast this morning. The coffee and croissants are highly recommended.

09/06/2025: Beautifully situated in the pine forest. The pizzas and mussels were good. My bruschetta was bland and the tomatoes lacked flavor. The gnocchi was surprisingly hot, probably from the microwave, with fish. Also somewhat bland. Service was okay, but not exactly enthusiastic.

The choice of pastries is small but the hospitality of the barmaids combined with the precision in serving make this place an obligatory stop for both cycle tourists and motorcyclists. 19/06/2025: Good, convenient because it is passing through for the ferry boarding and good prices!!! I RECOMMEND THE STOP... Definitely breakfast a thousand times better than the ships!

30/05/2025: Very clean and welcoming place. Polite and smiling staff. I ate 2 schiacciate, excellent raw ham and mozzarella.

26/04/2025: Spending 30 euros for spaghetti with clams and half a portion of fried food (without wine) seems a little too much to me.

24/04/2025: Excellent dinner before boarding. Fast and friendly. We had an appetizer (anchovies, onion and vinegar, their flagship item), Livorno-style cod and fried fish. Really fantastic.

04/04/2025: I have been there, I must say that the owners are special people, the husband is a professional in the kitchen while the wife is the best in the details of the whole place and the other is very kind and nice. If you pass by, stop and enjoy a good day

22/06/2025: We arrived at 12 at 10:30 pm and were welcomed without any problems. The waiters and the owner were really friendly, kind and helpful. Fresh fish and excellent dishes! The terrace where you eat offers a beautiful view. We were offered dessert, coffee and liqueur and also 12 hats that we wore for the whole dinner. A big thank you to the owner Giorgio, a fantastic person! Highly recommended

14/06/2025: Make yourself comfortable, enjoy the sunset, the scent of saltiness... Without haste, enjoy excellent cuisine, a good selection of wines, all accompanied by a sound that ranges from soul to r&b, from Mina and Pino Daniele to Marvin Gaye and Norah Jones. It is not a starred restaurant and does not pretend to be but surely the passion that is put in by the owner and the dining room staff will make you feel pampered, at ease, just like in your favorite restaurant.
