13/02/2025: READ IT ALL PLEASE: ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE ZERO. August evening, we decide to try this restaurant made famous by Alessandro Borghese's series. BAD IDEA. Let's start from the beginning: to get there you have to cross a restricted traffic zone. The restaurant is located on a cliff, prepare your shoes... the restaurant geniuses ask you to communicate your license plate to avoid fines. SORRY THAT, EVEN DESPITE THE LICENSE PLATE WAS NOTICED, THE FINE ARRIVED anyway! Why? Simple: they forgot to record it…Scandalous… And here's the fun part: we write to the restaurant and they reply that they can't do anything. Are we kidding? Why do I have to pay for their mistake? Because their word is worth more than mine, on what logical basis? €150 wasted due to their incompetence. Obviously behind it there is a municipality run by incompetents who are not capable of doing their job, because instead of thanking a consumer who contributes to the economy (since if it wasn't for us they wouldn't even have money for the streets) they give random fines... And the food? Nothing special, very normal dishes that can be found everywhere on the island, but with EXAGGERATED prices Moral of the story? An anonymous dinner, poor service and a €150 fine. SHAMEFUL. AVOID IT.

05/12/2024: the place is located in an area that you have to pass through a restricted traffic zone to access. On 08/27/2024 I received a fine of €98.00 due to the owners of the place who forgot to bring the customers' license plates to the municipal police and like me all the customers of that day were fined. Fine arrived at the end of November so I couldn't even contact the restaurant which was closed.

03/01/2025: Vale sicuramente il viaggio passare qui! Se siete indecisi se mangiare pesce o pizza questo posto fa per voi con una grande varietà di piatti per soddisfare tutti i palati. Pizza gourmet buonissima qui potete trovare anche la famosa pizza con il patanegra e menu di pesce con abbinamenti insoliti e interessanti. Risotto con gamberi e scampi super! Grande varietà di crudi, fritti e grigliate. Buona la carta dei vini e dei dolci che hanno un menu a parte 😍 Carina e buonissima l’amouse bouche servita appena si arriva, insieme al pane fatto in casa ed ad un olio buonissimo apre lo stomaco e invoglia alla lettura del menu studiato nei minimi particolari. Il padrone di casa è appassionato lo si vede dallo sguardo, dall’ attitudine, dalla gestione del locale dall arredamento studiato e dal menù sofisticato. E’ generoso e disponibile innamorato del suo lavoro e lo si vede nei piatti. Vi consiglio vivamente di prenotare per mangiare al ott88tto presto perché il ragazzo farà un sacco di strada!

27/03/2025: I'm sorry but pizza is definitely to be avoided. If you want to serve pizza you have a lot to improve, otherwise remove it from the menu. Without oil, with cheese that has nothing to do with mozzarella and boiled vegetables and even the dough .....

02/01/2025: I really enjoyed this restaurant where I went twice already. Sicilian cucina the sea food is superb. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the evening, it beautiful to be on holiday in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, and enjoy a lovely dinner here

03/10/2024: Unfortunately the most disappointing restaurant experience during our Italian vacation. We sat in a kind of “side room” without a classic, pleasant restaurant atmosphere, but with an uncomfortable draft. One of the two service staff tried very hard at first, but after the first drink and food order was placed, we were literally ignored. The portions were so small that even the combination of Primi and Secondi Piatti wasn't filling. In the end we paid almost €100 for an uncomfortable evening in which we went home hungry and disappointed.

21/03/2025: We had dinner with some friends and we were very happy with the choice. Excellent quality of food, prepared and plated in an excellent manner. The service lived up to the situation. Note: the room is very spacious and bright. The best way to enjoy the view is at sunset.

12/02/2025: We went there for a couple of summers, the second time only because dogs are allowed and you can have lunch/dinner on the porch bringing your pet with you. If the first round went "well", the second was tragic, to the point of interrupting the holiday and retreating elsewhere. The owner's behavior is questionable, rough bordering on rudeness. The most hateful thing is that one is immediately "selected"..according to unknown criteria, for the owner there are series A and series B customers. We, considered second class, had an unhappy room on the street side, adjacent to the reception.... we were not at peace. Furthermore, this big man with the big voice, laconic where he wants but excessively verbose with the A-list clients, has truly made a bit of tranquility impossible. With dog poop (not ours) right in the transition from our little square (garden) to the street, with traffic of vans, cars etc. We had asked for a room with a terrace... oh no, if you have a dog you have to have a "garden"..then you see a poodle calling my dog ​​from the terrace...so to speak, double standards. The food was terrible, poorly made, fortunately for lunch we found an excellent restaurant a couple of km away. so as not to remain fast. Oh yes, the waitress (who the year before was all confidant and told us how much she was harassed by the bosses) pretended not to recognize us, she abruptly apologized "because the kitchen wasn't at full capacity". Minestrone indigestion, few dishes and poorly made, the only time my husband dared to ask for a sea bass (there was never fish on the list), he was told "sorry, finished". Really painful. Not to mention the swimming pool, poorly maintained and dirty. It's a shame, because it would be the flagship of the structure, on hot days. My fault, I admit, was spending one afternoon, for fun, in the swimming pool, the dog inside a dinghy, without obviously ever letting it touch the water. It was enough to say "look, you can't", I counted up to 6 dogs in the pool area. Instead, at dinner, we were attacked by the owner's partner who ordered us not to enter the pool area again. inhibiting our holiday. Packed up in no time.
