A young man who's worked hard (as we Tuscans say) and has turned his passion into a landmark restaurant. Ask him to explain the dishes and you'll be thrilled with his preparation; you can tell he really cares. For those who complain about the high prices, I'll give you an example: "In Marina di Vecchiano, two take-out beers are 12 euros." Are you on Elba in a fantastic seaside location and want to spend a fortune? Wouldn't it be better to stay home? Service, location, staff, food quality, and amenities all come at a price. Whether it's lunch, an aperitif, a snack, or dinner, you're in the right place; try it and believe it. Well done, Thomas (and all the staff, of course), keep it up.

08/06/2026: Reservations aren't easy. This restaurant only serves seafood, so if you don't like it, don't bother. Refined dishes, many featuring raw fish. Highly priced. A must-see location.

11/04/2026: This meal alone made the 1700 km journey worthwhile. Highly recommended!
28/01/2026: The restaurant is also open on non-holidays... and that's an added bonus in a town that's purely seasonal... the manager is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food is good and well-prepared. The atmosphere is small in winter, but... dare I say "homely."
