16/08/2024: Nice enough place with ample parking. Very friendly wait staff. As far as the dishes are concerned, in my personal opinion they could be done much better. As soon as you sit down at the table, the owner welcomes you and explains what the strong points of the menu are. The proposal is a vegan appetizer, a bruschetta with smoked bacon cooked at low temperature, parmesan and balsamic, many choices of side dishes, boneless chicken thighs, rostinciana and pork sausages, cut seasoned in various ways and Irish Angus tomahawks as steaks. Even if it seems reductive that a steak house has only one type of steak, in my opinion it is always better to guarantee good ingredients and a menu that is not too broad. After all, Irish Angus tomahawks are one of the best steaks that exists among the imported ones because they are not too tasty, soft and able to satisfy every type of palate. Among what we ate there were some really good things: the bacon put on the bruschetta and a small piece in the grill was divine, the BBQ sauce reworked with honey and Jack Daniels was very tasty. What makes me leave three stars is the cooking since everything we ate was burnt. By now anyone, even if not an expert griller, knows what the maillard reaction is and that a nice steak, with that aromatic crust, is the decisive extra boost in every bite but if everything is burnt unfortunately what remains in the mouth is only a bitter aftertaste that covers the flavor of the meat. Browsing the reviews with photos I see that sometimes the cooking is perfect while other times the meat is burnt as happened to us, I leave a couple of photos of grilled meat and steak. For the bill, the price of the tomahawk may very well fit and perhaps other things are a little more expensive for the average of restaurants in the same category but in any case the total is adequate.

08/08/2024: SLUTTY IN NAME AND IN FACT. We went to La Porkeria BBQ last night and both my mother and my partner had a sleepless night. There can be many reasons why a person could be sick, but if the quality of the meat had been good, they certainly wouldn't have to spend the whole night up with vomiting and diarrhea. Nothing to say about the environment and the staff who were very nice and friendly.

14/07/2024: Conosco personalmente il cuoco del ristorante, e che dire, la sua passione per la cucina che ha già da quando andavamo alle scuole elementari (è sempre stato un amante del cibo!!!) la ritroviamo nei buonissimi piatti portati a tavola dalle accoglienti e gentili cameriere. Servizio ottimo, materie prime della zona di ottima qualità, e vi consiglio con tutto il cuore, tralasciando che tutto quello che c'è sul menú e trattato con la massima cura, gli spaghetti cacio e pepe con tartare di gamberi rossi, sono strepitosi! E se volete mangiare un polpo come si deve, siete nel posto giusto!

23/08/2024: I ordered two pizzas for home delivery, they arrived on time but I realized that one pizza was wrong. They confirmed to me that they would deliver the correct pizza to me as soon as possible, after 45 minutes I received the pizza which is the one in the photo with a cap inside the carton. Advice for the pizzeria if you can't manage all the orders take less, because tonight you lost two customers.

23/08/2024: Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. Apart from the seat, our experience was rather negative. We ordered a starter, a salad and a main course. Surprisingly, the main course was brought first, and the starter and salad followed immediately after. We pointed out that the starter should be served before the main course, which is why we initially didn't accept the main course, which led to irritation with the waitress. The starter, bruschetta, seemed bland - baguette with some tomato, which was tasteless, and no oil on top. Same thing with the salad, and the main course was not up to the standard of a good Italian. Shortly after we finished eating, we were asked twice if we wanted anything else. Otherwise we were indirectly asked to move on as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot recommend a return visit. If you need any further changes or customizations, let me know!

17/08/2024: We stayed with Sue on the advice of friends and immediately felt at home. The proposals of the day are incredibly good and the quality of the raw materials cannot be found elsewhere the girls are very competent, friendly, professional. I would recommend to anyone!

09/08/2024: We stayed on the campsite in August in a chalet. The campsite is very convenient to the beach and quite shaded. The housing unit, apparently clean enough, later turned out to be dirty, smelly and easy for ants to access; we proceeded to disinfect it carefully and put some powder and anti-ant spray. Having found some encrusted dishes, we asked for clean dishes to be delivered to us but the request was never satisfied. But, if we have personally remedied the cleanliness, we would like to inform you that the structure has no control over guest access or the control of cars entering and parking in the car park at any time of the day or night; only the area reserved for campers and caravans has a sort of barrier. We did not use the restaurants and the market. The pool lifeguard constantly reminded us to wear the obligatory cap when during working hours he bathed with the guests WITHOUT A CAP 😎. Sunbeds by the pool are subject to charges in the afternoon. However, the holiday was positive because we were surrounded by spectacular views

19/08/2024: Good bakery in San Vincenzo. It's a shame about the baking which, unlike other bakeries, takes place only once or twice a day, which is very penalizing for late customers (i.e. after 10.30). The quality is good, it's a shame not to have tasted the pizzas, which were already finished.

26/08/2024: Fast service and good food. The only serious flaw was the two waiters who insulted and mocked one of their colleagues in front of the customers throughout the service. Really a bad experience. Furthermore, the waiter in question is a very sweet person who never spares a smile for customers, despite being driven to exasperation.

15/08/2024: Super nice restaurant with fair prices. Family business with very honest and delicious cuisine. The four of us ate 2 pizzas and were very happy.

30/07/2024: Wonderful restaurant with great food, atmosphere and service. Having been to lots of restaurants in San Vincenzo, this is definitely our favourite. Great food served in a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere by a friendly and attentive team. Wide selection of amazing food, also with plentiful veggie and vegan options. Very good value for money. Great selection of wines, and great recommendations all of which exceeded our expectations. Definitely going back here.

29/08/2024: Nice place in Capoliveri, it has pleasant interiors, while it has outdoor tables on a street that is not very busy. I had dinner choosing a first course of fresh cuttlefish ink pasta with good sea bream and courgette flowers. I tasted my husband's spaghetti with lobster but it tasted too much like tomato and two small pieces of lobster where there wasn't much to eat are few. The second course left me perplexed because I ordered a fried dish which at first seemed like a nice dish but when I ate the first fried dishes (good) there was crumpled paper underneath so as to create a mound and make it look like an abundant dish, not it's done. In fact, for 22 euros it was little. I didn't like the service because the waitress handed me the dishes across the table and I had to take them and put them away. I find this to be unprofessional and also rude, but I must say that one of your colleagues went around the table correctly, let's hope that the incorrect waitress is a neophyte who needs to learn. Good desserts. Would I recommend it? No, it doesn't mean that the result is the same every time, it could be better and for 50 euros it must be better.

16/08/2024: Cenato ieri sera , crudi buoni ma il cacciucco mi ha lasciata davvero perplessa ,vedo dalle foto sul sito piatti fantastici e grande varietà ,nel nostro caso ieri sera c era un menù di tutto altro genere ,tornando al cacciucco era una teglia enorme che pareva il fondo del sugo per la pasta ,infatti ho mangiato il pesce cioè cozze ,pesce bianco ecc ma non c era liquido solo come fondo una distesa di pomodoro incomprensibile che non era altro che il condimento per un eventuale spaghetto .tutto per 25 euro . Una cifra incredibile per una teglia di sugo al pesce con tre pezzi di pane che infatti stavano in piedi perché mancava la parte tipica della “ zuppa “ stessa. Il resto buono probabilmente sono stata sfortunata io a prendere il pezzo sfortunato nel risicato menu .

27/08/2024: Situato fronte spiaggia, dispone di un terrazzino (da prenotare assolutamente) vista tramonto sul mare. Piatti ricercati ed abbondanti, personale cortese. Prezzi ovviamente "non popolari" legati al contesto della qualità del servizio e cucina. Incantevole

26/08/2024: ristorante favoloso circondato dalle dune, offre una vista sul mare meravigliosa, piatti ottimi accompagnati dalla gentilezza del personale. Vivamente consigliato.
