16/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. Nice atmosphere, with tables facing the sea. Terrible service and mediocre food. We were here in August, and after ordering dishes we had to wait for a long wait before we could eat. One of the dishes was fish with a side of french fries, without any warning after more than 40 minutes they arrived at the table with baked potatoes saying that the fries were finished. I am of the opinion that you should first notify your customers and then agree on a possible replacement side dish, without taking any initiative. The fish seemed frozen, like the one made at home, the side dish was not the one requested and the wine ordered was not good at all. Experience not to be repeated. Having pointed out the inconvenience of the delay at the checkout, the evening ended with the entire bill paid (without any gift, not even a bitter) and we also heard "well what do you want!? It's August!”

11/02/2025: Fantastic beach reachable on foot from the fantastic town of Porto Azzurro, from the port of Porto Azzurro you can take the pedestrian street that runs along the sea, Carmignani promenade suitable for all those who do not have great mobility difficulties, the route is very simple with very little difference in altitude, the first beach you come across is the fantastic Cove of Barbarossa, where there is both an equipped and a free beach, continuing the route in half an hour you arrive at Reale beach, very similar to barbarossa, continuing for another 10 minutes you arrive at the black earth beach which is also fantastic, in short in one day three fantastic beaches that are absolutely worth seeing, have a good walk everyone

07/09/2024: For our first holiday on the Island of Elba we couldn't have chosen a better place. Hotel with wonderful views both from the rooms - it's just a shame there wasn't a terrace - and from the restaurant, helpful and courteous staff (the evening of our arrival despite it being really late they served us dinner), impeccable cleanliness, excellent service as well as the food . We chose the half board formula (for lunch there is however take away in the structure): breakfast with buffet and wide choice, fantastic dinner with the possibility of choosing between two first courses and two second courses. Private and shaded parking, the beach (rock, sand and lawn) is also private with umbrellas and sunbeds included. Spectacular sea with a natural swimming pool and the possibility of diving. Very quiet location - there are however essential services such as pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, newsagent, bar -, but close to Marina di Campo for an evening walk. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, there is no more enchanting place! Highly recommended!

05/09/2024: My husband and I stayed for a week from 23rd to 30th August in this fantastic hotel. It was a fabulous holiday, the place was beautiful, Maria and Francesco pampered and spoiled us, the landlady (Maria) was always present and uniquely kind. , the chef delighted us with his specialties, both at breakfast and dinner and also at lunch, with takeaway that you could enjoy in the cooler places, we don't want to forget Carla who was very nice on the phone for the reservation. What can I say next year we will do everything we can to return, thanks to everyone. P.S. highly recommended!

02/12/2024: A great place to start the day with an EXTRA DELICIOUS Cornetto Integrale and an absolutely 5-star cappuccino. How can a coffee and a croissant be sooo perfect! The croissant is not greasy at all but has a nutty taste with a fine filling.😋Please definitely try it.

26/11/2024: The sweet and savory pieces are very good but the real difference is made by the coffees, including cappuccino, always of the highest level both in taste and presentation, and the pleasantness of the operators

22/02/2025: Excellent ice cream shop, small and well looked after, few seats inside, it is located on the main street, difficult to find a parking space in the surrounding area, I have visited almost all the ice cream shops but at the moment it is in first place in my ranking. Tried about 9 flavors so far and all extremely good, delicate and tasty, rich in fillings, the artisanal cream is something amazing, it's a shame that the portions are not exactly generous, especially for the cream. The price is slightly higher than the competition, but when the product is of quality it is also normal. I'll try the desserts which look very inviting.

24/11/2024: Gelateria trovata per caso, nella zona residenziale di Venturina. Ci ha fatto un'ottima impressione perchè abbiamo visto diverse perone entrare ed uscire. Ci è piaciuto sia il gelato sia l'ambiente informale dove sedersi a gustare coni e coppette.

21/10/2024: Situato nel bel paesino di Poggio, frazione di Marciana, nell’entroterra Elbano. Ci siamo stati due volte durante la nostra vacanza a Sant’Andrea e ciò già fa intendere che ci siamo trovati bene. Bel terrazzino con pochi tavoli e vista sulla piazzetta del paese. La tovaglietta in carta descrive in parte i vari piatti. Menù ricco con cucina ligure ed Elbana. Abbiamo provato diversi piatti. Squisiti gli spaghetti con acciughe fresche,olive, capperi, pinoli,uvetta, così come l’insalata di sarde alla griglia. Ottima la zuppetta di totani in zimino e il Fritto misto di acciughe e baccalà. Nella norma la Torta al cioccolato della casa. Atmosfera rilassante. Cameriere e titolare cordiali e pazienti. Un pochino lunghi i tempi del servizio. Prezzi inferiori alla media del luogo. Parcheggio a pagamento fino alle ore 20 lungo la strada.

03/10/2024: Andiamo da anni a questo ristorante, ottimi i piatti, sia di mare che di terra, ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo, disponibile il personale e arredi vintage molto carini, con vista sul mare. Un riferimento fisso all'Elba, anche per chi non abbia alloggio nelle vicinanze: ne vale la pena.

25/02/2025: After we made the mistake of trying to go out to eat at 9pm and then spent 1 1/2 hours looking for a parking space 😅, we needed a restaurant whose kitchen was still open at 10:30pm. That's why we chose this restaurant. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was extremely inviting. A restaurant with charm and a beautiful view. We ordered a carpaccio (for 2) and as a secondi a mixed fish platter (for 2). Both were presented very attractively and looked delicious. The quality was top and the seasoning was spot on. However, two things weren't so great: 1. The carpaccio was cut way too thick. 2. There were 4 different types of seafood on the fish platter: 2 different fish fillets, shrimp and squid. Unfortunately, one of the fish fillets and the squid were cooked far too long and were therefore category shoe soles. However, the other half of the plate was perfectly cooked and very tasty! However, the competent service employee immediately noticed that the fish was not cooked well and gave us a €10 discount (!!) on his own initiative! That's what I call good service! All in all we were satisfied. Thank you. 😊

05/01/2025: Prenoto con largo anticipo in questa splendida osteria, spazio esterno molto suggestivo con vista ulivi e vigne della tenuta di guado al tasso, menu vario di pesce e carne cantina dei vini ottima, cibi di qualità e personale preparatissimo il sommelier vi spiegherà pure il vino scelto per la cena tutto curato nei minimi dettagli andateci non ve ne pentirete

13/03/2025: Visiting here was a very pleasant experience. The pizzas were made quickly and professionally with a lot of heart, tasted great and were also very easy on the stomach. The owner is very friendly and hard-working and he knows a lot about chilies, which he also grows and uses himself. We were with the choice very happy and satisfied.

07/11/2024: Since we were there in the evening, we can't say anything about the view, but you won't get tired of it either. The food was good but there is still room for improvement in relation to the price quoted. The high-priced wine at 7 euros per glass was poured very sparingly.
