The magic of discovering a genuine place, far from the usual offerings of the city center's renowned restaurants, has vanished. A real shame, because it was truly special.

14/11/2025: I ordered takeout pizza from this pizzeria for the first time via Just Eat, and it proved to be an excellent choice, as other reviews mentioned. The dough is truly well-made: soft, light, and pleasantly firm, without being too thin. The ingredients are top-quality, and you can taste it right away with the first bite: fresh, carefully selected, and with well-balanced flavors. The Rianella pizza has a harmonious flavor, not as salty as other pizzas. Another strong point is their punctuality: the delivery arrived at the scheduled time, super punctual (on a Friday evening). Highly recommended for those looking for quality, flavor, and impeccable service!

22/10/2025: We visited this place about a month ago, during our summer vacation. It seemed like a place frequented by several locals, judging by the relationships between the patrons and the owner. My husband took the burst mussels and made me try one. I had to remove them from my mouth because they had a bad taste, and he also thought they didn't know what they were supposed to taste. I tried another, but it didn't change anything. The mussels stayed there, on the plate, and my husband explained to the lady, perhaps the owner, why they hadn't been eaten. The lady expressed surprise, because the other tables had eaten them (their friends, perhaps?). Then she thought about it and blurted out, "Of course! They're Spanish ones because ours are sold out." Madam, you have a business to protect. Maybe warn them in advance? Maybe avoid charging us for them? In short, luckily we didn't suffer any particular effects from this experience, otherwise they would have heard about us, but I'd never eaten mussels this bad before. They may have been Spanish, but maybe that wasn't the only problem. The rest of the dinner is unremarkable. We just wanted to leave as soon as possible. And never come back. Luckily, there's a fantastic ice cream shop nearby that consoled us.

24/10/2025: The best service in Italy, and probably the first place where they speak English so well 🔥 Thanks to the waiter Diego, everything was delicious, precise, he took into account the guests' wishes and surprised us with traditional dishes, we will definitely be back! 👏

The most delicious mussels in Sicily😋, which surprised with their freshness and subtlety of flavors. The pizzas are unreal👍👍👍. The service is professional, sincere and attentive to every detail. 16/11/2025: We stayed for 4 nights, 6 of us. The place is charming. The rooms are well-kept, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. They provide natural creams and shampoos for the children, as well as cribs and a baby bath. There's a free playground with various games. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent, and the wine list is excellent. The dinner menu is equally impressive. The dishes are generous and well-prepared, from the receptionist Marta to the dining room staff, Andrea, Andriano, and others, who are extremely knowledgeable. The owners are super helpful and welcoming, always available, and the wellness center is top-notch, with Comfort Zone products that, for those who know them, are fantastic. I don't usually write reviews, but they deserve it.

09/11/2025: We had the most incredible wedding at Baglio Aversa!! From the very first message, Giovanni and Mariangela at Baglio Aversa were nothing short of incredible. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire planning process - they were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible. Giovanni and Mariangela shared their trusted suppliers with us and helped coordinate every single detail of the wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their careful planning and organisation. They truly went above and beyond, taking charge of everything so that we could just relax and enjoy the celebration. The venue itself is stunning - full of Sicilian charm and atmosphere - and the food was absolutely incredible. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was and how much they enjoyed themselves. What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of Giovanni and Mariangela. They poured their hearts into making sure our wedding was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more wonderful hosts. If you’re considering Baglio Aversa for your wedding or event, don’t hesitate - it will be the best decision you make! 06/12/2025: We came here on the last night of our trip and it was delicious. Not the best pasta I had in Castellammare, but it was flavourful and huge portions with lots of seafood. The addition of curry in the ravioli sauce was unusual but it worked. The staff are very friendly - we ordered a carafe of wine and only had the thick stemmed water glasses. They were quick to bring us proper white wine glasses and were welcoming of our attempts at Italian! The outside area is on a slant which isn’t the most comfortable but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. I would come here again!

08/11/2025: In September, we dined at "La.maidda" a few evenings and had a wonderful time. The first and second courses were incredibly fresh fish. The tuna and pistachio steak was fantastic. The house wine was excellent. The price was reasonable for the dishes. Recommended!
