22/04/2026: This is a very nice hotel to stay at. It is quite large (conferences are also held there). But you don't really notice that very much. At the (amazing!!) breakfast and by the (beautiful) infinity pool, you are only with a small group of people. Otherwise, it is a traditional hotel. You notice this in the rooms (good but not very special), and the dinner is also good but not very exceptional. The people who work there are extraordinarily friendly, very helpful, and really want to make you feel comfortable. The price is quite steep. Before this, we stayed at two small-scale, top-notch places on the east of the island, but they were less pricey than Baglio Oneto. That is a bit out of proportion. That is why, all in all, it just misses 5 stars. I would come back in a heartbeat for the people who work here; the place itself needs something extra.

30/04/2026: Amazing dinner. We had the fish couscous for two, the restaurant’s signature dish, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had so far in Sicily. The chef really knows his craft, and the owner serves the food with genuine love and pride. Absolutely worth ordering.

13/05/2026: Even though I arrived almost at closing time (they close a little earlier than Google suggests), the staff was incredibly kind and greeted me with a smile. The products are excellent: the baked or fried cassatelle are sublime, with the freshest, most flavorful, and light ricotta. A true lifesaver for those seeking authentic quality in Mazara. Highly recommended!

You won't be disappointed by the catering for parties and birthdays, cakes, and traditional desserts: everything is top-notch. What made the day even more special was the welcome: the dining room staff were a true added value. 02/05/2026: Nice evening with the wife, house wine to start, off-menu dishes with the price indicated at the time of presentation. If you are true lovers of hearty and tasty dishes, you cannot miss this restaurant. Fair price, efficient service... you eat well guaranteed.

04/10/2025: Let's be honest, the staff was friendly but we got to have our worst dinner in Sicily there. There was, amongst others, this weird octopus marinated in half butter half soja sauce (I guess a lost attempt at making it "umami") served with super cold side and a traditional couscous which was rougly about pourring the whole package of couscous in the plate and not much more else (other than a pour-it-yourself fish soup, I'm sure my teen would do this meal when they're alone at home). Usually there's some music, maybe it's best to drink and avoid food?

17/03/2026: We're on a business trip here in Mazara, and after a couple of trattorias, we tried this one too. It's a quiet, welcoming place, with kind and friendly staff, and Giacomo, the owner, made us feel right at home. The food is second to none; he's now the one recommending what to eat, and after more than a month, we can't complain. IF YOU'RE IN MAZARA, I RECOMMEND IT! And I almost forgot... Pasta al Satiro, one of their exclusive recipes, you have to try it!!!

01/05/2026: He welcomed us even though it was closing time, very kind, thank you. Two ricotta-filled pasta dishes, two baskets with fruit and custard were super delicious. I forgot, a pistachio ice cream too. Excellent. I recommend it!
