01/10/2025: After Nani, I was lucky enough to eat arancini again... calzones and cake bought there for my dad's birthday a few weeks ago... excellent ingredients also because the taste is quite perceptible... I renew my compliments to this pastry shop and to Rittomil. The staff, as always, were kind... thanks again for making that evening not only fun but also tasty thanks to the products... thanks again

29/10/2025: We stayed at the Signorino resort and were greatly surprised to discover it's connected to this wonderful little restaurant. On our first day, at the chef's recommendation, we chose busiate pasta with lobster sauce and for dessert, an almond parfait (homemade). Everything was delicious, with chunks of lobster in the sauce and a generous portion. The dessert was fantastic.
On our second day, we chose pizza, which was excellent (especially the summer version with salmon and lemon slices), and making a good fish pizza is no easy feat. Glasses of Marsala wine were offered on the house. The staff were incredibly kind and smiling, despite the low season. I hope to return soon.
05/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant with incredible food and people. This was the best meal of my entire trip and the hospitality was wonderful.

We received a very warm welcome and excellent service.
Since we came off-season, it wasn't very busy, which made for a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The menu is simple but effective, with fresh and delicious ingredients.
I highly recommend the pizzas, which are excellent.
They're the restaurant's specialty!
But don't overlook the rest of the menu; everything is also very good.
The prices are a bit high, but since everything is expensive on the island, it's still reasonable.
In any case, I highly recommend this restaurant, both for locals and tourists.
27/10/2025: We had a Pinsa for lunch, which was very good. After our meal, we also received a map of the island and tips for visiting the magnificent island, without any commercial motive behind this unexpected approach to a restaurant.

02/08/2025: Dinner on August 1, 2025. The restaurant is downtown with indoor and outdoor tables. Friendly staff. The pinsa diavola and margherita are good. Prices are average.

02/11/2025: Super breakfast! A rich and carefully prepared buffet, with homemade cakes, fresh fruit, and excellent local products. Perfect coffee and cappuccino, and the staff are incredibly kind and always smiling. You can see the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. A fantastic way to start the day at the Hotel Centrale in Alcamo! ☕🥐🍊

23/02/2026: For the pizza, there is something better that I could not digest, after 10 minutes of having finished eating the pizzas, they told us to leave the table without warning beforehand. If I had known beforehand, I would not have gone there, I will never set foot in there again.
