Friendly and attentive staff with a smile, very reasonable prices, and a lovely atmosphere. Delicious coffee and amazing calzone. We'll definitely come back when we visit Trapani.

20/09/2025: Where do I even begin? Pure horror from top to bottom. (We didn't even get our food.) It took ages to finally get a menu. The slick waiter gave us a reproachful look when we didn't want to order wine. When we finally got a menu and were horrified to discover there were no vegetarian options, I reluctantly ordered two sides (again with a reproachful look from the waiter). I've now been waiting 45 minutes for my two sides. 🤘 The rest is anyone's guess. PS: The food arrived after we'd already made several trips to the restroom, which were more pleasant than the entire restaurant's ambiance. The side dish simply arrived after the main course, or rather, one of the side dishes never even made it out of the kitchen! The burger was okay. My advice to everyone: if your stomachs are already rumbling and you have a hungry lady with you, then I would advise against visiting this restaurant. Otherwise, it's okay. The city is beautiful, and you can find plenty of other good restaurants. 😉

02/05/2026: Compared to the swarm of restaurants along the seafront, this osteria is a bit hidden, but right behind the cathedral. We had the seafood pasta, which was delicious! Even though we hadn't booked, they found us a table for four. The wait was very short, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and above all professional. Reasonable prices. I recommend it!

06/07/2026: A wonderful, fortuitous discovery. Right after visiting the salt flats, we were looking for a simple café for a quick lunch and stumbled upon this restaurant and bar. The display case is a triumph of traditional Sicilian dishes and classics. Everything here is rigorously fresh and made to order, with the typical warmth of family cooking. The owners treated us to a superb mandarin granita, which we will treasure as a perfect memory of our holiday in Sicily.

12/08/2026: Excellent seafood dinner, with a raw fish appetizer, fried fish, and a seafood first course. Excellent service. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was poor; we were eating on the veranda outside, where there was no air conditioning or fans, and we suffered greatly from the heat. Otherwise, it was an excellent dinner.

08/08/2026: Good, but nothing exceptional! The burger was a little burned; I couldn't fully appreciate the horse meat. The service and atmosphere tried to be formal, but I didn't really understand why. As the waiter walks out the door with the sandwiches, he notices our table hasn't been cleared, goes back, sends someone to clear it, and then he follows suit. Well, there's definitely potential, but I didn't fully appreciate it.

01/08/2026: The food was edible, however, the music was very loud and unpleasant. The place is beautiful, but it wasn't worth the two-hour wait we had for our food. The cocktail had more ice than drink. The atmosphere was heavy and unrelenting, with loud music and a long wait. I don't recommend it.

01/08/2026: You don't have to have a wonderful place if the chef isn't up to par. We went for dinner last night, a wonderful place with a warm welcome. We had a seafood platter: tuna and swordfish were bland, without a drizzle of special oil or balsamic cream. The fried food was cold. I had to gut the red shrimp. The mussel soup was more boiled than flavored. The glass of prosecco was delicious with the glass of cricket. I expected there to be a chat at the cash register about the dinner, but no, it pisses me off to pay for something I didn't appreciate. It was our first time here, and we're not tourists. Could it be a coincidence? I don't know if I'd return. I hope you improve.

30/07/2026: I’m sorry to say this 😞… The staff were really nice, but unfortunately the food was not. Despite being top-rated in the area, the food we ordered didn’t live up to expectations. My pesto alla trapanese was nothing like pesto… oily and full of garlic and crushed tomatoes. Unfortunately, I couldn’t taste anything apart from garlic and undercooked pasta. The atmosphere didn’t help either.. instead of music, all we could hear were AI-generated soundtracks, played while we browsed the restaurant’s AI-generated menu.

22/07/2026: Exceptional! The mussel soup was recommended by the staff, delicious, and contained over 50 mussels for only €16! Beautiful place, also worth trying are the mussels (equally delicious and plentiful) and the pasta alla norma. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, we'll definitely be back! P.S. The name on the street is "Trattoria terra di mare" rather than "cozzeria di bonagia."

13/10/2025: FANTASTIC sandwiches. The bread is delicious, soft and doesn't break, and it's easy to eat. Really good, the meat inside is excellent, and every ingredient is just the right amount. They were big, and they were very quick. Congratulations!
