Today, Sunday, February 8, I went to this restaurant with my wife, Kia. It was beautifully managed, with very attentive waitstaff, and the food was excellent!!
The first course was a dreamy octopus ragù and spaghetti with clams. To finish, or rather, we anticipated, the mixed fried fish appetizer was a feast for the taste buds!
A lunch to remember.

02/02/2026: We’re there for a quick lunch. When we want to order a pizza from menu, they told us that pizza is not available. Ok, after we checked menu again, we would like to order some pasta. We just couldn’t get a waiter to take our order. I guess we are not their targeted customers and we are not welcome here. We left after a few minutes. If you are a tourist and want to have quick lunch, don’t bother to go there.

28/12/2025: Very good pizza! We had dinner with friends and were really pleased with the pizza. The service, however, was a bit rude. The location was welcoming. The price was average.
13/12/2025: The pizza was amazing, and for the first time I managed to eat it entirely. The waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I had a wonderful evening with friends and hope to return to enjoy the restaurant portion. We paid less than the average for pizzas that claim to be gourmet. The only complaint, purely for personal taste, is the color scheme of the location, which makes it a bit sterile. This pizzeria and its staff deserve more than the hype they offer.
I recommend it!

01/11/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Centrally located in an alley in Trapani, the restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere. The dishes were absolutely delicious. Along with a good bottle of wine, the two of us had caponata and raw tuna with fennel and orange as starters, followed by squid on chickpea purée and gratinated prawns as main courses, and almond parfait and pistachio cake for dessert.

23/02/2026: Nice atmosphere but as far as value for money is concerned, it was really terrible. My friend and I spent €40 without getting anything. The food was paltry and tasteless and the service was decent, but let's just say that for a place so expensive that if you look it up on the Internet it doesn't even exist, so if you're passing through, avoid it altogether... on the other hand, a few meters further on there is an excellent bakery where I went to eat afterwards because I was fasting!!!!
23/02/2026: We stopped by chance; we wanted to grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport. Excellent selection, top service, generous portions, and a more than fair price. Highly recommended. Well done!

07/12/2025: La Bisaccia in Alcamo, a place surrounded by greenery just a few kilometers from Palermo. A warm and welcoming place. If you want to be treated with a red carpet, I recommend this place. The owner and the assistant maître d' will treat you like royalty. From appetizers to dessert, everything is amazing: the dishes are delicate and made with high-quality, authentic ingredients. The owner even offered us more wine. Excellent value. Photos and videos tell the whole story.
28/10/2025: A very pleasant place. With a warm atmosphere and excellent service. The caponata, gnocchi, and pasta with ragu are excellent. I recommend it and would gladly return.

Really good food.
The homemade pasta was delicious. The fried calamari was excellent and light. The peppered mussels were tasty, and the dessert was also very good.
Excellent service, accompanied by friendliness and a smile.
The price was fair.
Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: We followed the Routard's advice. The restaurant is now called Aurora, and we understand that there's a continuity with the previous one. In any case, the comments still apply: it's very good, fresh, and fairly priced. We really enjoyed the bruschetta with fish and shrimp tartare, then the spaghetti alla vongole (delicious sauce!) and the pasta with tuna and bottarga.
Several of the guests were island residents, which is a very good sign. Friendly service. Thank you very much!
18/09/2025: I ordered a portion of tuna with sweet and sour sauce. The portion was quite small, the sauce excellent - I had to wait for the bread that the staff forgot to bring; the tuna did not seem fresh...

23/09/2025: Beautiful hotel on the beachfront in Selinunte.
A few minutes by car or walk from the Temple Park, and parking for 4-5 spaces is available on the street above, very convenient.
The staff is lovely and helpful.
One small drawback: the night bar is a few rooms down, making it difficult for a restful night.

The staff, both at the hotel and the lifeguards on the beach, were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was also good, with a wide selection.
