13/06/2025: Luogo apparentemente chic e con una sua filosofia che poi non si ritrova nei gelati che sono di livello medio-basso sia per qualità che per effettivo sapore. Cioccolato fondente di colore marroncino ad esempio, nocciola senza le nocciole e così via. Non dà ciò che prospetta nella pubblicità. I gelati vero sono altri. Forse una visita a Catania o Palermo per capire come si facciano veri gelati è obbligatoria.

10/08/2025: Without a doubt, an 11 out of 10! The flavors, the prices, the kindness of the staff. It's no coincidence that there's always a line at lunchtime; we ate here almost our entire vacation! Definitely a must if you're in San Vito.

Friendly staff, always attentive to the customer. Renovated outdoor smoking and non-smoking area with side closures.

07/08/2025: Très bel hôtel situé dans le charmant village de Scopello. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre que nous avions choisie était superbe. Le petit-déjeuner et les dîners étaient délicieux — je les recommande vivement. La piscine était très agréable et originale ! Elle paraît plus petite sur les photos du site, mais en réalité, elle est suffisamment grande pour nager confortablement. Le jardin est absolument magnifique, et le restaurant du midi, à l’ambiance décontractée, offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Le service était chaleureux et très agréable.

Location (panorama mozzafiato che permette di vedere la splendida costa di scopello nonostante il ristorante si trovi in una zona collinare), servizio impeccabile e cortese, materia prima di ottima qualità e piatti presentati con un’idea dietro la preparazione, bilanciati e saporiti! Si intuisce che il lavoro dello staff è volto a dare il meglio per la clientela e questo è possibile soltanto quando si mette passione ed amore per il proprio lavoro. Molto cortese e piacevole anche il gestore del locale che ha permesso di concludere questa esperienza con un ulteriore sorriso! Consigliatissimo!

15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato .

29/06/2025: Pizza orrenda immangiabile, prodotti scarsi di pessima qualità,per poi non parlare della mozzarella acquosa ed insapore, se non riuscite a fare una pizza nel 2025 ed accontentare la gente mettendo prodotti non dico top ma magari nella media ed essere in linea con altre pizzerie , il mio e solo un consiglio costruttivo,anche chi risponde al cell pregasi di essere piu cortese con chi telefona per prenotare, perche siamo noi che vi diamo da mangiare a voi ordinando le pizze! Scrivetelo bene in testa! Ps aggiornatevi che siete all eta della pietra!

07/08/2025: The first thing that strikes you as soon as you walk in the door of the El Jazira restaurant is the welcome... you feel at home, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Something that rarely happens in restaurants. The menu offers a vast selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and everything is delicious, top-quality. We're regulars now, so I think there's no point trying other places if you feel at home in one place. The couscous is divine, among the best in San Vito, and the fried fish 🔝. Last night I had tagliolini with squid ink, sea urchins, and burrata... poetry. Tagliolini with shrimp tartare, spectacular, various fried fish, and even the dessert was excellent. The wine list is excellent, good value. Our holiday is coming to an end, but we'll be back very soon ❤️ Thank you all again for the professionalism and expertise you put into your work.

05/08/2025: My experience wasn't a positive one. The food might not have been bad, but the presence of allergens not listed on the menu ruined the dinner. Be careful and always ask, as they don't list all the ingredients used on the menu. They justified themselves by saying I should have asked, but perhaps they forget that they were in the wrong for changing the information. I personally don't recommend it.

17/07/2025: Eccellente rapporto qualità - prezzo. Piatti abbondanti e molto buoni, durante la nostra vacanza a Pantelleria ci siamo stati diverse volte provando praticamente tutto il menù. Siamo sempre stati molto soddisfatti!!

13/07/2025: Eravamo due coppie e siamo stati da Strit Fud dopo aver letto le recensioni precedenti. Il locale si presenta in modo semplice, senza particolari pretese, ma ci ha sorpreso positivamente per la qualità del cibo e soprattutto per i prezzi. Abbiamo iniziato con vari antipasti fritti (anelli di cipolla, nuggets, crocchette di patate e panelle): ogni porzione da 5 pezzi a solo 1€! Il prezzo così basso ci ha incuriositi e spinti a provare più opzioni, e devo dire che ne è valsa la pena: tutti buoni e ben fritti. Abbiamo poi ordinato 3 primi piatti, abbondanti e davvero gustosi, e un secondo di calamaro arrostito, un po’ gommoso, probabilmente perché surgelato (era giustamente scritto sul menù) . Per concludere, abbiamo diviso 2 baci panteschi: forse un po’ troppo dolce, ma comunque apprezzabile. Con Coca-Cola, acqua e caffè, il conto è stato più che onesto: qualità-prezzo davvero eccellente. L’unico punto da migliorare è la lentezza nel servizio: tra una portata e l’altra abbiamo atteso un po’ troppo, già a partire dall’ordine. Nel complesso, consigliamo sicuramente questo locale!

25/07/2025: I order the fish couscous for 1pm and pick it up at 2pm, so there's little organization between the orders and the customers who take their food on the spot, so I wait for an hour. I notice several things including the lack of gloves, but I'm fine with that as long as the cook, after taking the mozzarella in water, removes the crumb from the sandwich and takes the tomato or slice or hamburger with his bare hands, doesn't wipe his hand frequently on his shirt (by the way, surely also sweaty in 40 degrees) and doesn't answer the phone or radio because the latter have a significant concentration of bacteria and germs! So be careful, cleanliness is the first thing! Then, to avoid ending up after the long wait, I go home to eat the long-awaited couscous but the fish was probably out so much that you could only taste the broth and I didn't find a single piece of fish even with the lantern! I call them to make them understand that doing the same job I wouldn't want to be taken for a ride. He replies, "Madam, bring it back and we'll give you your money back so I have done, but after a few minutes he calls me back to tell me that it had been eaten a little. Thanks, how could I complain without tasting it? For 19 euros I wouldn't have put my face on the line, but I definitely don't want to be made fun of! Improve yourselves!

26/07/2025: Bad choice, seemingly nice place.... too bad that in July without air conditioning you die of the heat.... non-existent service.... after 1 hour the appetizer arrived and after another hour the first course... with a little surprise.... a beautiful green worm that walked undisturbed on the pasta.... they remade my plate and even made me pay for it.... I will never go back
