28/07/2025: In vacanza a San Vito lo Capo ed in cerca di specialità siciliane mi sono imbattuto in questo angolo paradisiaco di sapori. Calzone fritto al ragù sensazionale ed indimenticabile. Arancine spettacolari, il tutto accompagnato dalla cortesia.

27/07/2025: c'è tanto tanto di meglio in giro, i cannoli sia nella ricotta che nel guscio o crista, sono identici a tutti gli altri della cittadina e nn dovrebbe essere così visto il nome, o cmq nn se ne riesce a distinguere il sapore.

10/08/2025: We had dinner with friends. We had a lovely evening and a divine dinner. Excellent appetizers and superb first courses. Compliments to the staff, especially Danilo and Valerio. It's not our first time here...and we'll definitely be back!

06/10/2025: We arrived and were immediately greeted by a delicious aroma. After taking our seats, we ordered drinks, a mix of fried foods (panelle, croquettes, chips, and onion rings), and pizzas. Everything was excellent, especially the pizza, which left us speechless: excellent ingredients, flavorful, and above all, incredibly light! Considering we had also ordered an appetizer, we easily managed to eat the whole pizza! Good value for money.

For those who don't know what pressed meat is, here's what I mean: These burgers are made in factories, pressed with machinery, and the quality is obviously very poor. Furthermore, on Deliveroo they don't even mention what kind of meat it is... which gives you a good idea of ​​the policy of this pseudo-restaurant.

30/04/2025: Restaurant Steakhouse conseillé par notre hote local, nous n’avons pas été déçu. Chacun un Burger, les 2 composés d’excellents steaks, le mien "simple", à un prix raisonnable, bon sans etre exaltant. Celui de mon amie avec de la truffe, l’a par contre exalté. Service très agréable et assez rapide, par des charmantes serveuse disponibles et souriantes. Un excellent endroit pour dîner à Castellamarre del Golfo !

22/04/2025: Le porzioni sono siciliane per cui ci dividiamo una bufala al forno con il guanciale e gli asparagi. Molto buona. Poi due enormi porzioni di tagliata e di tartare. Entrambe decisamente appetibili. Come contorno una cipolla al forno, ricordo dei tempi passati.Una buona bottiglia di Nebbiolo dei produttori di Barbaresco. Non ho ancora pagato, ma il conto di sicuro non sarà impossibile.

23/09/2025: Beautiful hotel on the beachfront in Selinunte. A few minutes by car or walk from the Temple Park, and parking for 4-5 spaces is available on the street above, very convenient. The staff is lovely and helpful. One small drawback: the night bar is a few rooms down, making it difficult for a restful night.

21/09/2025: A beautiful place to relax, located right on the beach. The staff, both at the hotel and the lifeguards on the beach, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, with a wide selection.

05/10/2025: A truly terrible experience to forget... yesterday Saturday evening, we arrived at the pizzeria (after booking by phone) to spend a quiet evening with a group of friends and there were 7 of us and the staff immediately seated us at table 41, where we were practically attached to another table (I think 42 or 40), that table was already occupied by 8/10 customers and they were ahead of us in terms of orders... a guy at that table got up several times and without asking to be able to move (because the chairs were practically touching each other), he took off my jacket that I had hanging on the chair. So far, so tolerable... when the pizzas arrived at our table and we were starting to eat, a waiter approached the other table in question with a cake. It was clear they were celebrating a birthday. As they continued to take photos of the cake with the birthday girl, they lit some cake lighters. Once they went out, they smoked out the entire room (indoors), and the smoke itself (very annoying) gave off a strong burning smell, poisoning everyone at the adjacent tables, especially ours, which was practically next to theirs. All my friends and I felt sick, and almost all of us left the pizza because the unpleasant odor from the lighters was so strong that we couldn't breathe, much less continue eating. At this point, I decided to go to the pizzeria owner to point out the above-mentioned facts. He calmly and unconcernedly replied, "I can't do anything about it; the law allows it." Noticing this person's complete ignorance on the matter, I replied that we weren't against celebrating in a closed room, but the table where we were celebrating could be moved somewhere else, perhaps a little quieter, given that the canisters had caused such inconvenience. However, the owner continued to ignore my comments and pushed me aside. I just want to appeal to the pizzeria owner, who states that the canisters cause combustion and an unpleasant odor that can be considered an olfactory nuisance under Article 674 of the Italian Criminal Code. 28/12/2024: Great bar in the suburbs, quick breakfasts and lunches with excellent cuisine that surprised me because it produces a daily menu of good quality with simple and popular dishes of Sicilian and local cuisine. It is no coincidence that it is very popular with traffic police, police, firefighters from the nearby barracks, and many citizens who use a takeaway service of hot food, ready meals of first and second courses, pastries. Shared parking but nearby it is possible to park easily.

21/09/2025: We had a very, very delicious meal there. Our dog was also welcome. The service was excellent. The campsite is beautiful and well located. We had a lovely stay. The restrooms are clean. You can buy excellent olive oil on site.

Excellent appetizers, very peppery risotto, busiate pasta with anchovies, over-seasoned and very heavy with oil, hard to digest, and a very "showy" but unappetizing paddlefish. Overall, we weren't satisfied, even though the offerings were definitely more than the price. The wine was good.
