Nice place in the center of Trapani, well done and looked after. Friendly, polite and quick waiter. We ordered a small starter of cold cuts, but they practically brought us a platter for 4, so we were already full. However they had ordered two first courses, certainly of excellent quality but unfortunately they proved to be very heavy to digest. They definitely have been "enriched" for more flavor.
A real shame to give only 3 stars, but the dishes need to be reviewed in terms of "heaviness" and "portions".

Porzioni molto molto abbondanti.
Ho mangiato un piatto di busiate veramente buone.
Ho faticato a mangiarle tutte perché erano tantissime.
Si sentiva il buon sapore del pesce.
Inoltre ho provato il tagliere Siciliano. Ottimo.
Personale gentile e accogliente.

Trovato casualmente, ci ha colpito l’aspetto del locale con la cucina a vista e l’arredo piacevole. Menu vasto incentrato sulla pasta. Per noi era un pranzo business ed abbiamo preso un ottima tagliata di angus, piatto ben preparato e grande cura degli ingredienti. L’accoglienza ed il servizio sono validi anzhe se un po’ troppo frettolosi nello sparecchiare. Ci torneremo per provare la pasta.

Siamo andati a pranzo dopo aver pensato tanto tra i diversi locali del trapanese e abbiamo sbagliato. Abbiamo ordinato una fettina di manzo con insalata, una frittura di pesce, ma la delusione più grande è arrivata con il primo. Purtroppo la pasta era precotta e lo si capiva dalla consistenza. Mai più.

Locale in cui si serve la pasta fresca prodotta nel pastificio adiacente, con produzione a vista.
Busiata con il pesto alla trapanese, rigorosamente servita con melanzane e patate fritte, come si usa da queste parti: senza ombra di dubbio la pietanza più squisita assaggiata in tutta la nostra vacanza siciliana. Caponata altrettanto notevole, personale gentilissimo, preparato e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
