An exceptional dining experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that truly showcase the best of Sicilian cuisine. Every dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place for both a relaxed meal and a special occasion. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire visit.
If you’re in Marsala, Ristorante da Saro is definitely worth visiting. A true 5-star experience that I would happily return to again!

The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, and Chef Sarò is very kind. The only flaw was the bill.
Having ordered directly from the chef and not looked at the menu, we had an unpleasant surprise: €50 for appetizers, which, while good, were still appetizers.
Considering the restaurant's casual feel, the Michelin-starred bill seemed excessive. For the food, we definitely recommend it!

My experience is simply a 3-star story.
The prices are a bit steep if you're only planning on having a main course and side dish for lunch... (1 medium-small gratinated calamari €16, for example)

A fantastic spot with a great canteen-style setup and amazing value. We had a huge spread including meaty pie, lasagne, seafood risotto, and 2
delicious arancina. Everything was fresh and flavorful.
You absolutely cannot skip the handmade desserts—the cannoli and chocolate cake were the perfect finish to the meal. The best part? All of this, plus drinks, came to only around €45! The staff were very friendly and the service was seamless. I have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended!
