This restaurant is a real hidden gem! The food is simply superb – authentic, fresh, and absolutely top-notch in terms of taste. A huge highlight is the owner, Umile: incredibly warm and a natural host who gives the place its soul. What also makes this restaurant perfect is the unbeatable value for money. You get a quality you would definitely pay more for downtown. You'll forget the tucked-away location the moment you take the first bite. Don't let the current construction put you off... This restaurant is fantastic. For my wife and me, this restaurant has been the reason to visit Bardolino for years. 11/07/2026: We ordered the "Ze Wsi" (From the Country) and "5 Cheeses" pinsa. The dough was interesting and had a very good flavor. The ingredients used in the pinsa had a distinct flavor, and we unanimously agreed that they were good products. It was worth a visit. I recommend it 👍

04/06/2026: Wow, we never expected this pizza to blow us away. The toppings were incredibly creative (mashed potatoes, ham, rosemary or yellow tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, lemon zest). It cost around €12-14 (as of June 2026). There's a huge selection of wines by the bottle and a small list of wines by the glass. We were offered two wines to taste, and they even changed the glass after we'd chosen one. The tables were set with cloth napkins, and the front tables offered a view of the harbor. The interior was pleasantly air-conditioned. The only downside was that they didn't clear the table at the end. You get up and pay at the bar, as is often the case in Sicily. Definitely a highlight of an evening with excellent quality.

25/05/2026: On our first day, we popped in for a quick bite and drinks. Encouraged by what we found, we decided to return for my wife's birthday dinner. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try anything. After a short wait for a table and the waiter showing us the right one, another 40 minutes for menus and an approach from anyone prompted us to leave. We turned out to be invisible and probably not a very attractive morsel for the staff, as there were only two of us, as the larger tables around us, even those that arrived later, were served without a problem. Attempts to contact the staff were unfortunately unsuccessful. It's a waste of time and hoping for a good day of service. I don't recommend this place.

25/07/2026: Excellent beach, excellent lido, very pleasant and discreet service. Calm during the day and music in the evening. The water is crystal clear. The staff speaks English and the clientele is very quiet. Perfect for rest, relaxation, and diving from the rocks to see beautiful seabed.

10/06/2026: We stopped here while visiting Erice. And it was definitely worth it. The staff were kind and attentive. The arancini were among the best we've ever had. The ingredients were high-quality. The couscous was delicious, and the busiate with Trapani pesto was spectacular. Super filling. And not to mention the Genovese, filled with excellent ricotta. Highly recommended!
