23/01/2025: At the historic bar/pastry shop TODARO, located in via Palermo, 98 Trapani, it is possible to enjoy delicious pastries produced according to ancient Trapani tradition, and excellent rotisserie made with quality ingredients. Among the pastry specialties we highlight the "graffe" with a soft dough (free of excess oil) filled with excellent processed sheep's ricotta; the "Genoese" with fragrant dough containing milk cream and candied fruit), ricotta cassatelle, cream puffs and much more. On the occasion of the upcoming Christmas holidays, the master pastry chefs offer their artisanal panettone. In conclusion, I personally believe that the TODARO bar/pastry shop deserves applause for having, over the years, embellished the city of Trapani with their delicacies.

15/02/2025: My absolute favourite bar! Everything they make is honestly top quality. I’ve tried a bit of everything from this amazing bar and there’s yet to be something that I don’t find delicious. They have rosticceria and pasticceria, as well as ice cream, cakes and pasta. My favourite things to get from them are the mouthwatering “arancine” and for something sweet the “spagnolette” (which are in my opinion THE BEST in the area). The staff is also always super kind and cheerful making this bar so welcoming! I would genuinely recommend to anyone!!

03/10/2024: This pizzeria is very inconspicuous and has a not so nice ambience, which didn't give us much hope at first, but based on the reviews from others, we gave the pizzeria a chance. The staff was very friendly and the food was so delicious. This was the best pizza we have had in Sicily so far. The pizza was nice and fluffy and crispy and was baked in a wood-fired oven. The prices are completely okay. We paid €26 for 2 medium-sized pizzas and 2 drinks. I can recommend the pizzeria to everyone.☺️

Their Sicilian cannoli is exceptional: the wafer is crunchy at the right point and the ricotta is very fresh, enriched with grains of pistachio which add a crunchy and tasty note. The showcase is a riot of colors and flavours, full of traditional and innovative desserts that capture the attention and the palate. Each dessert is prepared with care and skill, making each visit an unforgettable tasting experience. A true jewel of Sicilian pastry making.

26/10/2024: Best pizza I've ever had. Heavy weight, stuffy, cheese tasty, not too salty, ingredients first class. Had Siciliana with extra ham on top. Make sure to bring friends along when you order the biggest size, it's barely manageable by two people.

07/10/2024: The best arancine in Sicily can be found in this small pastry shop in Petrosino. Perfectly cooked with a wonderful filling and a crunchy batter fried to perfection. It is very difficult to find better ones in the whole area and in my opinion in all of Sicily. Compliments.
