29/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining again in this beautiful place and it was confirmed to be a guarantee. Excellent service, with friendly and always kind waiters, excellent house appetizer with various typical tastings, highly recommended. The first courses were delicious, of the 3 I took all were really excellent, but the spaghettone cacio e pepe with courgette chips was highly approved. Also the house tiramisu made well! I recommend it to everyone!!

27/05/2025: Duca di Castelmonte is located in an oasis of peace, a relaxed area, far from the confusion of the center. And with a view of Mount Erice. Clean rooms, new and modern bathrooms. Excellent division of spaces. Large and clean pool, excellent also the external rooms, even if I have not stayed in these personally I had the opportunity to see them from the inside. The food is excellent, km 0, of the highest quality, you can perceive the genuineness of the products: very good ricotta with various cheeses, appetizers, first courses and the complete menu. A certainly positive weekend.

11/06/2025: A perfect dinner, friendliness and cordiality of the staff and the owner. Raw materials treated with care and balanced with the other ingredients, good wine list, we will return.

10/06/2025: Everything was very good, the service was polite and attentive... the only small disappointment was the desserts... fruit tartare with sorbet and the fruit sorbet (the fruit was not specified) which in the end was the same as the base of the tartare... so thinking of trying two different desserts we found ourselves eating the same thing... for the rest everything was excellent.

28/05/2025: siamo entrati per due caffè di cui 1 a portar via. Locale trasandato, caffè veramente cattivo ed inoltre mi ha mandato via con un caffè a portar via terribile... senza cucchiaino per girare lo zucchero ho preso una cannuccia, un tovagliolo gigante per coprire il bicchierino di plastica bollente e da lì al mare mille attenzioni per non farlo uscire fuori dal bicchierino.... totale 4 euro ..preciso il caffè preso al bancone inesistente.... secondo me visto il mese di maggio con poco turismo, si avventurano a fare tutto anche i baristi ma è preferibile che lo facciano fare agli altri!!! Sono i dettagli che fanno la differenza.

16/05/2025: Clean, close to the city center, really good pizzas❤️ Good service, menu wasn't in English, but we used a translator, so it didn't matter. The regular size pizza was so big for me that I took the rest with me in a pizza box when I couldn't eat it all😊 I highly recommend it. Affordable prices👌🏻

17/05/2025: They do seafood, and do it well! Italian style and japanese style. i did eat myself through the italian menu in the time i was in Sicilia and i did really like it. did not try the sushi but judging from the oustanding quality of the seafood that i had it can be only good.

Lost commitment, ruined dinner. If this is the way to hurry, better to fast. Never again." I add that I also have a business and I know what it means ... but these are not ways.

12/06/2025: We went for dinner. The food didn't excite us in particular the meat was very very cooked almost inedible. The service was courteous and fast. We were at an inside table and our clothes got completely stinky because of the fumes coming into the room from the kitchen. 4 stars is a vote of encouragement to improve.
