We ordered the "Ze Wsi" (From the Country) and "5 Cheeses" pinsa. The dough was interesting and had a very good flavor. The ingredients used in the pinsa had a distinct flavor, and we unanimously agreed that they were good products. It was worth a visit. I recommend it 👍

Literally the best pizza in town. Fantastic local business that's been around for 10 years and the owner Roberto is a delightful man who's built a cozy local restaurant with sone of tge best pizza I've ever tried. If ever in Trapani this place is a must.

Amazing. We stumbled upon this place by chance. We weren't expecting such a good pinsa. Then we found the staff so kind and helpful. It wasn't at all a given that we'd find a table right away, since it was Saturday night and we hadn't booked. We're from Palermo, but we'll be back every now and then, even just to dine there and try other types of pinsa, as they were all so inviting.

16/01/2026: If you're Spanish, or of any other nationality, but with a love for wine 🍷, it's an unforgettable experience. The winery's history, so well told and conveyed by the owner, is wonderful. Now for the important part: THE PLACE IS WONDERFUL, the wines they make there with the estate's grapes are a 10/10 😍, and the olive oil is top-notch.
