25/08/2025: A pleasant surprise: the place is modest, with a few outdoor tables, but the pizza is very good, Neapolitan-style with a high crust, well-topped, very light dough, and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The draft beer and lemon sorbet are also very good. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

25/08/2025: Pizzeria recommended by a friend who came on holiday last year.. very good pizza, small and well-kept environment, super super friendly staff and Mrs. Maria is always ready to welcome customers with extreme courtesy and most importantly "ALWAYS WITH A SMILE PRINTED ON HER FACE" we will definitely recommend it to any friend who comes to San Vito Lo Capo.. VERY GOOD

Friendly staff, always attentive to the customer. Renovated outdoor smoking and non-smoking area with side closures.

03/10/2025: We visited Pizzeria Da Salvo several times during our vacation, both for lunch and dinner, and we always had a great time! The beer (including the gluten-free one) and the Spritz are excellent. The pizza is delicious, both the classic and gluten-free versions: light and easy to digest. We also tried the parmigiana with chopped pistachios and dried fruit: spectacular! The panelle were also delicious. The staff is extremely friendly; the waitress was always smiling and helpful, and the owner was also very friendly. A plus is definitely the attention to those with intolerances; gluten-free options are always available, even the bread. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back!

17/07/2025: Every time I return to Alcamo, my stop is Spizzy Pollo. The fries are excellent, as is the spit-roasted chicken. The only downside is the wait, even if you've booked.

08/09/2025: Total disappointment. In our exhausting search for a Sicilian granita, we found this place, and it felt like an oasis in the desert. The windows proudly display the words "Handcrafted Granitas," but then you end up with a granita flavored with industrial syrup (especially the mandarin one). I don't understand the reviews that rave about the deliciousness and quality of these products. Not recommended for anyone looking for a true Sicilian granita!

13/09/2025: Fish soup was out of this world. Alessia was marvellous, service was excellent. We had a table for 11 and everyone was very happy.

12/09/2025: Family-run restaurant, friendly staff, and a charming internal courtyard. Delicious traditional dishes (busiate pasta with Trapani pesto and excellent seafood couscous), incredibly fresh shrimp, and amazing eggplant (both in the caponata, which here is served with chopped almonds, and in other dishes). Very fair prices. Excellent, actually excellent, considering the owners are two sisters! Highly recommended.

03/10/2025: We followed the Routard's advice. The restaurant is now called Aurora, and we understand that there's a continuity with the previous one. In any case, the comments still apply: it's very good, fresh, and fairly priced. We really enjoyed the bruschetta with fish and shrimp tartare, then the spaghetti alla vongole (delicious sauce!) and the pasta with tuna and bottarga. Several of the guests were island residents, which is a very good sign. Friendly service. Thank you very much!

18/09/2025: I ordered a portion of tuna with sweet and sour sauce. The portion was quite small, the sauce excellent - I had to wait for the bread that the staff forgot to bring; the tuna did not seem fresh...

19/09/2025: We had lunch there today and were very satisfied. The service was fast and very friendly. The food was very good and, considering the location in the city, very pleasant. The tiramisu was very good!
