28/10/2025: If you're in San Vito lo Capo, Sicily, you absolutely must go to Macari and visit this cafe. It's like a cafe at the end of the world. Magical.

28/10/2025: A very good restaurant located on the main square. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. Since we came off-season, it wasn't very busy, which made for a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The menu is simple but effective, with fresh and delicious ingredients. I highly recommend the pizzas, which are excellent. They're the restaurant's specialty! But don't overlook the rest of the menu; everything is also very good. The prices are a bit high, but since everything is expensive on the island, it's still reasonable. In any case, I highly recommend this restaurant, both for locals and tourists.

27/10/2025: We had a Pinsa for lunch, which was very good. After our meal, we also received a map of the island and tips for visiting the magnificent island, without any commercial motive behind this unexpected approach to a restaurant. Thank you for the welcome and the meal.

10/10/2025: A historic ice cream shop like the ones of old. Delicious ice cream, they know how to make it in Sicily. We chatted with the owner and his wife, who impressed us with their kindness and expertise. Well done!

22/09/2025: The atmosphere is definitely there; sitting among the illuminated alleys of Mazara does 40% of the job. The service is there too, despite the owner's somewhat borderline attitude. The rest of the staff is kind and helpful. The food isn't bad, but it's not wow-worthy. €30 for a plate of couscous with four pieces of fish is a tad too much.

22/11/2025: The owners are very welcoming, the pizza is very good, and on Fridays the pork shank is absolutely delicious. I recommend it.

01/10/2025: 5++ stars for the atmosphere! On the balcony of the clear blue/green clear water of the ocean. We had beautiful fresh fish and shrimp.

23/09/2025: Eating with the sensation of having the sea beneath your feet...a priceless view. Add to that a young and friendly manager who knows how to make guests feel at home. Excellent food and truly reasonable prices. We stumbled upon it by accident, but I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

25/10/2025: Not satisfactory. A magical place, once my favorite, a trattoria that once served good, simple food. A room filled with old-fashioned tools where you could browse before sitting down to eat. I found it to be a touristy place, with a 5-euro entrance fee to the same room described as a museum. The food was standard fare for American tourists, and the staff didn't smile. A disappointment. Business is business!

07/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a few days with our family and had a wonderful time. The property is well-maintained, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for combining the beach and the city. The Peraino brothers' gourmet cuisine was nothing short of sublime. But what truly made our experience special was the extraordinary hospitality from the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but we were particularly struck by the attention they showed to our son: they immediately made friends with him, greeting him with a smile every time, and stopping to talk or play whenever they saw him. This made our stay even more wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their courtesy and kindness. We will definitely be back. With love, Maria, Flavio, and Salvatore.

17/06/2025: Ottimo cibo quello che ho mangiato era delizioso con piatti molto abbondanti. Il posto era carino e accogliente, un po' di caldo ma niente di che. Se vi trovata al centro storico di Trapani consiglio questo ristorante, non è nemmeno troppo lontano dal centro.

29/11/2025: This is one of those places that makes your day. Bar Oasi is a little lifeline for those like me who need gluten-free options. They don't make the "sad version" of gluten-free products here; there's plenty of choice, attention to detail, and you can even eat calzones!!! The staff is quick, friendly, and willing to explain the dozens of products on display, ingredients, and freshly filled cannoli... The coffee is excellent, and breakfast, lunch, and snacks are good. Adding the Oasi bar is always a guarantee, and calling it a bar is a real understatement! 😉

17/07/2025: Every time I return to Alcamo, my stop is Spizzy Pollo. The fries are excellent, as is the spit-roasted chicken. The only downside is the wait, even if you've booked.
