31/10/2024: Shared a seafood platter. Staff were attentive when beckoned and the food was cooked and seasoned well. Nice atmosphere and the music was at a sensible volume unlike some of the other nearby restaurants.

22/10/2024: Nice service, average prices, and unfortunately the food was very average. We ordered a burger - it was ok, pasta - it was ok, but we received a different grilled squid than what we ordered - I was very disappointed, unfortunately it was very rubbery, almost raw.

06/04/2025: Nothing special. The pizzas are good, but the dough is "heavy". Service with little friendliness, they asked us to clear the table in an unkind way and the waiter literally threw toothpicks at the end of dinner. Prices do not comply with the service received and the table linen absent: there are some miserable paper placemats.

12/01/2025: We ate well, we were also satisfied! The quality and courtesy of the broken spaghetti with lobster are exceptional, but leaving full and happy still pays off! Congratulations, I recommend it to everyone

01/01/2025: After confirming the reservation for the evening of December 31st on TheFork, they canceled it without explanation that same evening. Result: we found ourselves wandering around Trapani on New Year's Eve, fasting and in the cold, with a 4-month-old baby in tow, slaloming among the firecrackers, and then returning to our room without dinner because we couldn't find a other place available to eat. Even if they left the reservations open by mistake, their behavior is superficial and unprofessional. We won't give them a second chance.

08/10/2024: We have been to this place twice, the first time we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes, the second time we had high expectations but unfortunately, perhaps the wrong choice of dishes, we were a little disappointed. We found the pasta a little overcooked and the dessert portion very minimal. However, I would recommend this place.

21/03/2025: If you don't plan to stay for food, don't bother. This is tourist trap, if I ever seen one. Wanna see salt mines? Go ANYWHERE else where you won't get ripped off for 3 euro /person.

15/02/2025: Per la prima volta ho mangiato un couscous fatto ad opera d'arte; "incucciato" a mano come da vera tradizione, con pesce di primissima qualità, pistacchio di Bronte e prezzemolo fresco, accompagnato dal brodo di rana pescatrice. Sublime, perfetto, buonissimo. Crudo di pesce spada e di gamberi rossi da togliere il fiato. Tanto di cappello, 5 stelle sono poche.

10/02/2025: Going to Mazzara del Vallo, you can't help but eat the red prawns of Mazzara and therefore I recommend this excellent place. In addition to the freshest fish dishes, with delicious recipes you will find attentive and very courteous service. The red prawn from Mazzara is divine, as are the pancetta and the tuna porchetta. Also try the couscous made with a traditional recipe. Trust me. For €48 per person we left happy and full 😍

08/04/2025: Cafè delle Rose, which I have frequented for many years. Assorted sweet and savory breakfasts, very clean room, very kind and smiling staff. Nice environment. A nice place to have an aperitif but also an aperitif or dinner. Yes, a really nice place. I recommend it.
