La Pentolaccia In Erice

A wonderful discovery in Erice. Delicious dishes and quality ingredients. Attentive and fast service. The atmosphere is elegant and quiet, centrally located in the village. Both the outdoor seating and the indoor dining room are pleasant. We tried the seafood couscous and the busiate allo scoglio, and both were delicious.

Food was absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly. You will not be disappointed by having dinner here!

The restaurant is spread across multiple floors, with seating available based on reservations. Despite being in a tourist area, the quality of the dishes is high and the portions are generous. Prices are average, lower than other tourist venues, but the quality is worse. Highly recommended!

Excellent food: wine, busiate alla trapanese, pasta alla norma, and meat rolls stuffed with eggplant. Everything was truly excellent. The service was excellent despite the large number of diners. The waiters were constantly running around, always maintaining a clear head and a smile. A truly positive experience.

The people there are so kind, loving, warm and passionate … We were searching for a place to have a glass of wine and first saw the beautiful terrace from afar so we went further down the alley and at the door we were greeted by Ignacio (the owner who also happens to be a total legend) who kindly invited us to go in and offered us wine, despite they were closing very soon. We drank really good wine and had a chat with people working there. It was so wholesome and cool. Because we are both musicians we kind of agreed to play and sing there the next day … if we find a guitar somewhere … Well we didn’t manage to find a guitar, so we just returned for dinner which was spectacular. Really amazing food for the gods. The whole experience reminded me again of how people influence and attract each other through simple acts of kindness and reason and how a vibe from someone or a place can instantly click and it is good to listen to that intuition and feeling. We are both very glad we were here, it filled our hearts. I higly recommend eating at La Pentolaccia. Next time we will bring a guitar. ❤️

We were so incredibly lucky to eat at this wonderful place. The experience was un spettaccolo! At first we came just before the closing time, but the really nice gentleman let us get our drinks on a lovely terrace. We then met the young restaurant owner Ignazio, and we instantly clicked. We drank superb red wine that night and totally connected with a lot of crew members of the restaurant. The next night we ate dinner here…the taste was SO GOOD, and their menu is very diverse, lot’s of vegetarian options. The prices are normal and we ate like kings. I HIGHLY recommend!

I wanted to compliment the kitchen for the excellent dishes. First, the "pentolaccia" and the other with octopus ragù, which I don't remember the name of, were truly excellent. I also wanted to praise the splendid work of CASSIM, the waiter, who, despite being ridiculed by other colleagues throughout our stay, demonstrated great professionalism.

I went with my partner for dinner.... the food was divine... Very attentive service Delicious dishes I highly recommend it
