29/10/2025: I went to this place for the first time on Sunday, and one thing I'm sure of is: I'll never go back. Poor service and food. I ordered a gluten-free boscaiola pizza (cheese, fresh mushrooms, ham, and shavings). My pizza arrived with a poor-quality base and missing ingredients. After telling me, they topped it off for me. After the first slice, I realized the base and mushrooms were raw. I only ate the ham and cheese, leaving the base whole. Despite this, the bill hadn't changed a single euro, and the rest of the table was unwell the next day. The only good thing we ate was the cake we brought.

21/08/2025: Imagine a bar in Italy that’s already nothing special, where instead of focusing on their lousy service, the owner and his friends thinks it’s funny to call a Black woman ‘ragazza negra’ and laugh about it. Pathetic, racist, and pitiful. No apology, no shame just a nasty boy giggling while humiliating a customer. That’s not just ‘bad taste,’ it’s systemic disrespect. A cheap bar with cheap morals. 🤡

18/07/2025: I usually don’t leave negative feedback but our experience was so bad that I really had to write something. The place is ok but the owner was extremely rude and impolite with us. He screamed at us and made a big scene out of nothing. It’s full of nice places in the island so better going somewhere else.

The staff is treated with arrogance and rudeness, and the tone in the dining room ruins the experience. 11/09/2025: I ordered 4 sandwiches and a coke, I only received the 4 sandwiches, no coke, all the sandwiches had cold and hard kebabs, bread that broke just by holding it in your hands,

19/08/2025: Terrible experience… We had made a takeaway reservation for three pizzas at 8:30, we arrived there at that time and they delivered it to us 1 and a half hours later, I must point out that we stood there watching everything they did and the pizza chefs wasting time eating and laughing, the owner gave them the order to have pizzas prepared early just because they were his friends or family… disgusting, I should add that they took advantage of it because they made the pizza small, it was something not to be taken lightly.

04/08/2025: To eat here, you'll need to arm yourself with willpower and tranquilizers beforehand: the wait times are inordinately long and unjustified, especially considering that subsequent orders are often processed first, or that priority is given to takeaways rather than dine-in customers. The pizza isn't bad, but it's not worth the long wait.

24/03/2025: So the pizza has been the same for years and it's delicious, but guys... more than once I come and find the pizzeria closed at 9:30 PM. Is that even possible? You set a fixed time. Is it possible that a pizzeria is closed at 9:30 PM on several occasions? Or is it closing?

16/08/2025: First and last time we'll set foot in this place. We asked for rotisserie chicken and were offered baked chicken. When we got home, we found a tray of tasteless chicken soaked in so much melted fat that it leaked out. We ordered baked potatoes and they gave us potatoes that were just as soaked in oil, all overcooked and tasted like mashed potatoes... all for an exorbitant price! We were terribly disappointed because we had to throw it all away!

10/06/2025: In the simplicity of their dishes I was able to appreciate the typical local cuisine, everything tasty, the service punctual and always corresponding to what was requested, Mrs. Rosetta very friendly and helpful, I thank her and her staff who for three days lunch and dinner always made us eat well. I highly recommend it.

05/10/2025: I've been there a couple of times, and honestly, I go back whenever I can because, for me, it's one of the best places in the city center that offers a complete service. It's right in the center, easy to get to, well-maintained, and very clean. A good menu with a few dishes, all very good and well-prepared, thanks to the use of top-quality ingredients and, above all, the kitchen, expert and very professional chefs, always available. Once, I asked for something off the menu, and the chef personally came to the table to better understand my needs and satisfy them. The drinks are excellent, the bartenders are skilled, and there's a wide selection of bottles of all kinds that satisfy every need, even those who want to drink well. The entire staff is generally very knowledgeable and attentive, and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The owners are also always present and very helpful and attentive to customers. The price, in my opinion, is fair, in line with what they offer.

16/08/2025: An experience to forget. We ordered three grilled meats, and were served fish. To avoid food waste, we avoided reordering. The waiter, who was very distracted, told us he would check the bill, but he didn't. The quality of the ingredients is below average. I totally don't recommend this place (the bathroom is shameful).

31/10/2025: We ate there in late October. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. The beer selection was very limited, and the spinach wasn't very cold. The view was spectacular, the atmosphere very peaceful, and the service was prompt. The restrooms were clean, although access was a bit awkward due to a narrow staircase.

26/10/2025: A lovely spot with a truly great view. We were the only customers, and after our visit, it was clear we wouldn't be coming back. The pizza was mediocre, and the salad was wilted/partially moldy. The server was grumpy and felt disturbed while we were watching football; we felt unwelcome. The tablecloths, made of a kind of paper fabric, were stained and wrinkled, and the cutlery with plastic handles was worn. It's a shame, the place would gain so much more charm with decent service.

26/10/2025: It's a terrible bar, the waiter is racist, they said so many bad things about us. That's why we're foreigners.

22/10/2025: Horrible experience. They gave me a "chicken breast" that was a frozen, overcooked boxed form, along with two grams of salad. My husband ate a whole melted ham and cheese dish soap. We spent 40 euros on a Coke and less than half a glass of wine. I mean, I've never ordered a supreme and they gave me a poorly cooked boxed breast. Don't go there.
