27/03/2025: Went with a group of friends, I expected much more, instead banal food, double pasta, bucatini with sauce not cooked well and with an acidic flavour, instead tagliatelle with ricotta and good speck, ridiculous starters, even scrambled eggs with ricotta! So-so red wine, but their specialty was roast lamb that you cut with a spoon! But I don't like lamb and I opted for mixed grill. For so little you can't pay 35 euros! A few kilometers from there there are very different realities, definitely!😎😎😎

22/05/2025: I was at a birthday party that went very well: everything was very well-kept, the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming, the food was good and plentiful. It was worth coming from Rome, for loved ones it is always worth being there and the Circoletto was the right setting.

Raw fish of a touching freshness, fresh pasta that tastes of expert hands and tradition, second courses worthy of a standing ovation. Impossible to forget the amberjack: cooked to perfection, clean flavor, balanced intensity. A dish that alone would be worth the trip. And then he arrives, chef Calogero, a professional of rare humility and extraordinary competence. He told us about his creations with authentic passion, explaining the soul of each dish, the origin of the ingredients, the reason for each choice. It's not just cuisine: it's art, culture, emotion. The service? Impeccable. The environment? Well-kept, welcoming, authentic. Special praise also goes to the cellar: a truly surprising selection of labels, with rare and unobtainable vintages that tell territories, stories and expert hands. Each wine served accompanied the dishes, enhancing their flavors and giving us further emotions, as only bottles chosen with love and expertise can do. A wine list that alone is worth the visit. There wasn't a single dish that didn't give us pleasure, amazement and gratitude. From the first to the last bite we perceived love, care and very high quality. Our vote? Five full, sincere, deserved stars. And a promise: we will return to Sicily soon, even just to be able to sit at that table again and let ourselves be enchanted. Thanks Circololetto. 20/05/2025: Elegant, somewhat hidden and very tasty place. Prices a bit higher than is standard in Sicily (although I think they are more affordable than in other places in Taormina) but in the taste you could feel that they are made of high quality ingredients

14/04/2025: A bubbly and joyful young couple who run a nice place with excellent dishes, well presented supported by friendly staff who pay attention to detail The first and second courses of both meat and fish are excellent and the pizza is no different I recommend it on Friday evenings with karaoke evening 😁

Well cooked, low edge, quality ingredients, but above all neither limp nor chewy... therefore absolutely passed! They also guarantee digestibility, I'll find out about this tomorrow☺️

16/05/2025: Excellent in every way. I have been to this place several times. I have to compliment everything. Excellent and well-seasoned pizza, exquisite first and second courses of both fish and meat. The house specialty is mussels, I have tried them in every way. Very clean and attentive to the customer. The owner and the girl who works in the dining room are always smiling and welcoming. You can't ask for more. I highly recommend it to everyone. The food is good and the prices are fair.

08/05/2025: This is the third time we come to this restaurant! The mussels are cooked perfectly and there are many options!!!! Great, tasty, exquisite!!!! We ordered mussels with hot pepper and lemon and ginger, very interesting! Pizza, no words.... I didn’t have time to take a photo, we ate everything😉😉😉 integral flour, moderately crispy, we will be back!!!!! I recommend this to everyone try it❤️😍❤️

A huge thank you to all the boys and girls in the room, all very valid, tireless and professional. In particular Asya for her smile and her great dedication to work. She runs between the tables without ever sparing herself! Animation TH 2025 TOOOOP. Congratulations in particular to Aurora for the emotions she conveyed to us while dancing. A fairytale landscape, from which it is difficult, truly difficult to separate oneself.

08/06/2025: We have just returned from this wonderful little holiday..... I would have so many things to list but I will simplify them by saying only that we will definitely return, enchanting place, all the staff special, very helpful village manager, Manuel you are great, I definitely recommend it, I forgot we ate without brakes🤦🤦🤣🤣 Thank you ❤️

06/06/2025: per una cena elegante e formale è il posto ideale. Buona qualità del pescato, servizio in linea con lo standard del locale. Sufficiente privacy anche per parlare in maniera adeguata al rapporto con gli altri commensali. Ben inserito nel contesto del paese. Da ripetere sicuramente

06/06/2025: Avevo chiesto in giro un buon posto per mangiare bene. E mi hanno consigliato il Doppio Gusto. Effettivamente il consiglio è stato azzeccato. Buono l'ambiente, fine e curato. Ottimo ol servizio. Ma principalmente buono il cibo. Purtroppo le cose buone si pagano....e quindi...non è per tutti.

22/04/2025: Little place found by chance, during a motorbike ride. Really good arancino, moderate prices (even for drinks). I would also return for the courtesy and hospitality of the girl who served us

29/03/2025: Durante il nostro soggiorno siamo stati "adottati" dallo splendido staff di Loft che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Piatti tipici della cucina Siciliana cucinati con semplicità e gusto hanno reso la nostra esperienza eccellente. Dalla colazione alla cena (si l'ho detto che ci hanno adottato 😂) abbiamo assaggiato ogni pietanza, dolce e salata, non ce n'era una che non valesse la pena! Grazie di tutto e alla prossima!!!

30/09/2024: We went to this place to have an aperitif at sunset. We were welcomed with kindness and professionalism by the young manager who recommended an excellent Malvasia delle Lipari wine and introduced us to the exceptional beer no. 15, produced in Messina. We enjoyed the aperitif accompanied by excellent quality tastings, enchanted by a wonderful sunset over the sea and the island of Stromboli. In short, a dream atmosphere. I recommend everyone to stop here, it's worth the trip.

29/05/2025: The staff here were lovely and helpful. Treated you like a five star resort. The shuttle bus was extremely convenient for getting to and from town. The view from the room is stunning. The only downside is that you don’t have much privacy from your neighbors. I was on the phone speaking quietly one evening on my patio, and my neighbor came and very rudely told me she was trying to sleep.

20/04/2025: We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Villa Angela and would come here without hesitation if we were in Taormina again. The greeting was warm, welcoming, and informative about the area. A real highlight was that they pointed us to the shuttle service that they run, for a very small surcharge you can take their minibus down the steep hills into the centre of Taormina. This was great but I'd recommend booking on to your return trip before leaving the hotel if you're planning to come back at a busy time! The rooms are absolutely delightful, with gorgeous sicilian touches throughout. The room servicing was subtle and unintrusive, and kept our rooms looking polished to perfection throughout our stay. The breakfast selection is awesome, I really looked forward to it each morning. The breakfast room has a beautiful view over the city and the sea. You can see Etna from any room in the hotel, including from the bar or by the pool. This hotel is reasonably priced for the service and location it offers. We strongly recommend this to anyone visiting Taormina.

10/05/2025: Great bar with friendly and helpful staff, good products and average prices. Very nice internal room and possibility of meals for lunch, good pastries. Advised.

01/04/2025: In my opinion, the owner should replace the pastry chef, the croissants still come out unleavened, to be thrown away and inedible, a shame since they are made on site.
