11/08/2023: Un menù fuori,ti siedi al tavolo ed ecco che ti dicono che puoi ordinare solo pizza perché lo Chef non c'è.. Ok.. può succedere.. Ritorniamo a pranzo e ci dicono che il menù solo la sera,torni la sera e ti dicono solo pizza..prendono in giro e non capisco che così il turista non torna!!!! Pessimo trattamento!!! Anche perché sarebbe più corretto coprire il menù e scrivere pizzeria!!!

29/10/2025: Good morning to the Every Time staff. Your morning welcome is already fantastic. Then I get to work, and around 7:00 I open the bag and find no croissant, BUT I FIND "THE CROISSANT." A big hug!!!!!

17/09/2025: The best cappuccino! The right coffee bean/roasting gives the coffee and milk the perfect balance of flavors! The milk foam is always excellent, as is the cappuccino temperature! Consistent quality! The pastries, granita, brioche, and croissants are also top-notch. Natural and delicious. Keep up the good work, thank you 💝

A short stay, but so welcoming it made us feel like we were staying with an aunt and uncle in the countryside. The kindness and hospitality of Silvia, Carmelo, and their son are extraordinary: they made us feel immediately at home with their helpfulness and attention to every detail. The food is excellent, prepared with locally sourced, high-quality products. Breakfast is superb, with a wealth of both sweet and savory options. Don't miss Silvia's delicious apple pie! Truly exceptional! The rooms are very comfortable and furnished in a rustic style, perfectly in keeping with the atmosphere of the place. The garden is wonderful, and the panoramic view is simply spectacular: the sea, the Aeolian Islands, and the village of Librizzi offer an unforgettable panorama both day and night. An added bonus is the presence of animals: dogs, cats, geese, peacocks, chickens, and ponies make the experience even more authentic and special, especially for nature lovers like us. A place where time seems to slow down and where serenity reigns. A magical experience that we will cherish forever and that we recommend to anyone seeking relaxation, authenticity, and a sincere welcome. The sea and beach are just a few kilometers away!
