18/08/2025: Pessina experience, they have no manners, I don't recommend it...

18/08/2025: I'm sorry to have to write this bad review, but unfortunately for my family and I, it wasn't a great experience. This is our second time here. The first time, my sister cut her finger and toe on a cut tile, and she was even accused of going there "on purpose." The second time, we called the staff's attention because the steps were completely open (broken), which could have been dangerous for children who could cut their hands and hurt themselves badly. The staff always underestimated this, and it was "fixed" with duct tape. Lastly, my dad came for lunch (he arrived at 12:30, in his work clothes), who only wanted to have lunch with us and not use the pool or deckchairs, but simply have lunch with us (he didn't pay the €10 for the deckchair, having arrived at 12 and not using the services). He also wanted to consume, therefore buy drinks and food from them, but they decided he couldn't stay and he was sent away. Terrible experience.

27/10/2025: Terrible experience, rude staff, they say they open at 6pm, and open after half an hour, poor quality hot food, even from the day before, and without seasoning!

02/10/2025: So during siesta me and the group were very hungry and came here because we thought it looked promising. I bought fish and chips for €15 which is too expensive for what I got (3 tiny fish bites and chips). I feel like things should be a lot more cheaper here or make your portions like good for the price. The workers don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate here. But yeah I swear u can get better anywhere else

30/09/2025: Horrendous prices for a comically small portion of exceptionally mid food. Service is tragic without mannerism (throwing fries around while carrying a plate is a bit too much) and overally it was the worst food choice I've done in Catania

19/10/2025: A very nice, mature waiter. A great place for an evening drink. We didn't eat any sweets or anything from the menu, but the drinks were accompanied by great snacks. A wonderful atmosphere in the evening.

18/10/2025: Visited multiple times for coffees, cakes and croissants. The comments about staff being slow sound a bit unfair since the service was no slower than other places. The language barrier seems to be the biggest issue around Catania since many people barely speak English. I would visit again.

06/10/2025: The location is ok, because it has a terrace. The food is ok, the service is slow. You don't really have any other options right at terminal C.

06/10/2025: This place scams people, I bought food at the set price put up in the store but when I got to the cashier, she charged more than what the set price was. I feel very wronged, and the cashier lady denied all evidence when I explicitly showed her the receipt. I personally got scammed 5 cents, but I know others were scammed 1€. The food was not bad, but the service offered by the lady put me off. Please keep this in mind if you come to terminal C, knowing this is the only cafeteria in this terminal. Very frustrating....

12/09/2025: Disgusting pizzas, not very fresh products. I ate a 4-cheese pizza and ended up in the hospital. My husband just had a little stomach ache. We just left the hospital. It's truly disgusting. Someone should do the necessary checks.

31/08/2025: I've been to this takeaway pizzeria that is no longer, even if the owner makes it seem like he has a luxury restaurant, we ate 4 basic pizzas, had 3 beers, a bottle of water he brought us the 2-liter one that at the supermarket costs 1.50 a pack and a plate of dry and turned potatoes that in my opinion believe me were reheated, moral of the story we paid € 70 absurd we didn't ask for the receipt because we understood that we would have made them uncomfortable but inevitably they stole our money we will not return and we will not bring anyone else you can't be such thieves but really brother pizza chef and brother servants Mimi and Cocò (subscribers we go to future Christians, but whoever comes once never comes back) now I understand why there was no one.... 😬 I would have looked at the other reviews first we would not have stopped. Goodbye.

13/09/2025: I arrived at the restaurant, politely asking to be seated. I sat down and ordered a Margherita and a Campagnola. After about 15 minutes, the pizzas were brought to us. They didn't look or smell good, but the worst came when my dad and I tasted them. The dough tasted like yeast, the sauce was sour, and the mozzarella had no flavor. The worst pizza of my life, truly awful. They'll never remember me again.

19/08/2025: The owner is lovely, and his wife in the kitchen concocts delicious Sicilian dishes. Don't hesitate; the few negative reviews are not true.

21/11/2025: They literally put a sweaty apron inside the toastie maker and the toast was right there! Disgusting disgusting disgusting, after this I will never eat at McDonald's again.

19/11/2025: Zero cleaning even though they cleaned the teaspoons they were still dirty I asked for the plastic ones the cups were full of flies that were going around in the meantime they were preparing absurd but more breakfast here

28/09/2025: Terrible experience, over an hour and a half late, despite the fact that we had informed them when we booked that we had two little girls and would have preferred not to order if it wasn't possible to meet the time. The pizzas that arrived had the wrong flavors, and one Margherita in particular was filled with chips, making it difficult to believe it was burnt and had holes in it. We called several times while waiting to cancel, but no one answered... We called again when the pizzas arrived, but no one answered either. I had already ordered from this pizzeria months ago, but this latest experience was disappointing.

28/09/2025: Pizza delivery: delivery took 2 hours instead of 1 hour as expected. A Margherita pizza with extra fries that we didn't order! It was also burnt and had holes in it! A tomb and onion with the onion literally raw! We couldn't even eat it!

14/05/2025: I leave one star because less is not possible. Two hours late, the slippers arrived not only with totally wrong condiments. In addition, a slipper was missing from the order made. Highly not recommended

14/05/2025: We ordered at 8pm. Arrived at 10:45pm after a reminder, we were told that they had run out of ingredients and that as an excuse they would give us some free fried food. The order arrives, 4 out of 4 sandwiches wrong, one sandwich that didn't arrive and...the freebies weren't there. We call for clarification, they tell us that they would call us back. Clearly that didn't happen. Never again

25/06/2025: Questo posto è da evitare per i seguenti motivi : 1) abbiamo scelto la giornata di Martedì per evitare la calca dei fine settimana ( venerdì, sabato e domenica ) sperando di essere Serviti in modo accettabile ... siamo arrivati alle 22:40 circa ed abbiamo trovato la Sala interna con soli 4 tavoli occupati e per di più tavoli con poche persone , i tavoli nella parte esterna erano di più, ma tutto sommato il locale si presentava con i tavoli già Serviti dalle pietanze . 2) visto la non tanta fame decidiamo di prendere i Menù da 19,90 l'uno proprio per degustare i piatti tipici della Cucina Romana , per poi farvi ritorno al più presto e mangiare gli altri piatti tipici ... .io chiedo un antipasto di polpette al pomodoro ( che mi arrivano con la salsa a temperatura 🌡 lava fusa e le polpette fredde all'interno ... senza parole ). Tra l'antipasto ed il primo passa un tempo siderale ( immagino come possa andare nei fine settimana ... tipo : dopo aver mangiato l'antipasto esci e fai una passeggiata , poi quando torni ti incroci con il cameriere/a che ti porta il primo , per il secondo conviene passare la sera seguente ... lo scontrino lo si puo fare in Acconto la prima sera ed il Saldo la sera seguente ... ) . Inoltre viene disattesa la mia comanda di Tonnarelli Cacio & Pepe , perché i Tonnarelli sono finiti ( di Martedì i Tonnarelli sono finiti alle 22:45 , di Sabato immagino che finiranno alle 20 e 15 ... ) , mi vengono proposti o gli Spaghetti ( pasta secca ) o le mezze maniche ( che a detta della Signora/ina è pasta fresca ... ), vengo talmente preso dalla delusione di non poter mangiare i Tonnarelli Cacio & Pepe , che di getto indico le mezze maniche ( pasta che purtroppo Non lega Assolutamente con la ricetta , nel piatto trovo degli spezzoni di Tonnarelli e trovo l'accopiata di gusto al palato perfetta , invece con le mezze maniche Assolutamente no ... credo che il Cuoco dovrebbe quanto meno Sconsigliare se non addirittura proibire un simile scempio ... ) inoltre avevo chiesto Esplicitamente : " con poco Pepe " ... invece il Pepe era stato messo come se non ci fosse un domani ... risultato ? Mi sveglio alle 04:15 della notte con lo stomaco che sembrava una fornace ... la cosa ancora più allarmante è stata la totale mancanza di tatto del cassiere , quello con gli occhiali 👓 per fare il distinguo con l'altro cassiere che mi è sembrato più consono al ruolo , lo stesso mi porta il conto al tavolo ( visto che il tavolo era vicino alla cassa ) lo porge alla mia persona , mi alzo immediatamente il conto in mano , glielo consegno , mia moglie si alza seguendomi ( perché voleva pagare Lei ) , io mi esprimo in modo perentorio : " pago io " esibendo la carta bancomat , mia moglie al mio fianco subito dopo gli porge una banconota ed il cassiere Non soltanto disattende quanto detto da me , ma tira la banconota dalle dita di mia moglie a gran velocità e con fare da super menefreghista ... Voto sotto Zero !!! Ai confini della realtà !!! Se potessi darei Zero stelle alla recensione ... Peccato , veramente peccato , avevo visto alcuni video 📹 realizzati nella Loro cucina di un Signore di mezza età che Simpaticamente mi aveva fatto venire la voglia di mangiare i piatti tipici di Roma ... ed invece è stata un'enorme delusione, veramente un gran peccato ... Servizio Scadente con poche persone ai tavoli, figuriamoci il sabato sera con il locale pieno ... ripeto Peccato perché gli ingredienti li ho trovati buoni , idem il rispetto delle ricette tradizionali ... Quando vado a mangiare fuori di casa per me l'aspetto fondamentale è e resta " il Servizio " ( assieme agli Alimenti che non mi debbano far star male ) ... e purtroppo qui il Servizio è alquanto pessimo ... spero che in futuro migliorino così potrò avere il piacere di ritornarci ...
