30/04/2025: Since Chef Trimboli is a nostalgic, he cooked the dishes upside down and we couldn't eat anything. If Chef Giovanni had attended the school instead of the fascist commemorations, perhaps the dishes would have been cooked better. Best regards (not from Rome).

08/06/2026: This restaurant is located inside the Katanè Hotel, both of which we chose for a business trip. The staff were super friendly and eager to accommodate any request. The dishes were beautifully presented, fresh, and flavorful. Even though I asked for a few variations, they were very accommodating. The prices were fair. I'll be back for a future vacation! I recommend it.

Besides the excellent pizzas, the fresh fish stands out (try the pepata and the bavette ai confini del mare). The owner is very attentive, even for gluten-free needs. The place is small, cozy, and perfect for any occasion. Very popular: reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Takeout and delivery are also available.
