01/05/2025: Esperienza pessima, antipasto di mare discreto, due piatti di spaghetti alle vongole (40 euro) immangiabili, bisogna impegnarsi per cucinare un piatto di vongole così male, pasta cruda ed effetto colla, condimento vongole totalmente insapore, unica giustificazione era il primo maggio e c'era molta confusione, comunque, in base alla mia esperienza, da evitare. Se ti fai pagare 74,50 un antipasto, due spaghetti e due calilci di vino va bene, ma un livello minimo di decenza e di qualità la devi garantire, anche in giornate di molta affluenza.

06/09/2025: I ordered a sausage sandwich with mayonnaise yesterday, but this mayonnaise did not fit in with the sauces, it had a bitter taste and was very thick, in my opinion it was not mayonnaise but a derivative, it was a bit transparent and sticky, I don't know who works in the kitchen but this sauce is natural and fits in with the atmosphere of the sausage sandwich.

06/09/2025: Hi, yesterday I ordered a tub of chips and a truly shameful porchetta sandwich. After a couple of hours, I literally broke the toilet. The food was absolutely awful, for no good reason. I immediately felt sick. I'll give this nightclub one star because it's not worth it. The waiter was smelly, he looked like he'd just come from the sewers, and he was very rude. He gave me a 150-pound hard-on for this dinner, as if that weren't possible. He also tried to rob me.

04/09/2025: The food isn't gourmet, but it's good. Most importantly, it's warm. The service is friendly. As other reviews have said, it's perfect for a late-night meal after arriving in Sicily.

04/09/2025: The place was dirty and messy, it felt like a landfill. I was served by a child who looked like he was 12 without following any hygiene rules. The sandwich was poor quality and the meat was of questionable origin. It was very expensive compared to other competitors. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. It's truly dirty and poorly managed. Dirty tables, broken chairs... anything but welcoming.

03/11/2025: As others have mentioned, it was a complete rip-off. Far too overpriced, and then there was the €3 service charge per person. The food wasn't tasty, it felt like it came straight from the microwave, and it was too cold in places and way too oily. The server also couldn't add up three things. The most outrageous experience I've had in Catania!

16/08/2025: Let me start by saying I work with the public. A month ago, I went to this bar to get a takeaway iced coffee, served in a water glass, and it was fine, costing €2.50. A few days later, I went back to buy the exact same product, but once at the checkout, I paid €3.00, which made me wonder if I'd been mistaken for a tourist, given all the people coming and going at the station! Today, I paid €2.50 for a small onion with a card, when the price tags on the counter say "tavola calda" (hot food) €2.20 and "arancino" (arancini) €2.50. I asked the employee how much the hot food cost, and he embarrassedly told me €2.50. And the price tags??? What are they for? Or do you increase the price as you please based on how "Catanese" it seems, or do we have a surplus when we pay by card? I don't understand. It's not done.

16/08/2025: They set the prices on the spot and based on how you pay, whether you pay in cash or by card! They want to rip you off every time. AVOID THIS BAR!!!!

18/07/2025: la terza volta che prendo un pezzo di tavola calda ,questo era con spinaci acidi e pomodoro acido,alle 7 del mattino credevo che fosse fresca,ma credo che era almeno di 2 giorni fa! Mai piu

15/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati per gustare una pessima granita di caffè con panna e brioche, che io non ho completato di mangiare in quanto il sapore non era gradevole, abbiamo preso un caffè bruciato anche questo lasciato a metà, per fortuna aggiungerei perché nonostante questo sono stata male tutta la mattinata preferendo non pranzare, mio marito invece è andato due volte in bagno. Avrei potuto sospettare una mia indisposizione ma considerando il malessere di entrambi potrei imputarlo a qualcosa che abbiamo mangiato. Da non riprovare

23/10/2025: Shameful... I was urgently denied access to the bathroom while pregnant. I entered this establishment and politely asked if it was possible to use the restroom. I was told that access was only for customers, and therefore, a drink was required. I explained that I was in an advanced stage of pregnancy (ninth month, clearly visible), but I was still rudely denied access, arguing that "I'm misinformed" in believing pregnant women have the right to use the restroom. I would like to clarify that access to the restroom should not be denied to children, people with disabilities, and pregnant women, precisely because of their particular conditions, which entail urgent physiological needs. This is not a personal favor, but a basic form of respect and civility. While there is no national law explicitly requiring establishments to provide restroom access to non-consumers, refusing access in situations of objective necessity can be considered discriminatory and contrary to minimum standards of hospitality. This is the first place I've encountered such a refusal. Other establishments, even highly frequented ones, have always been understanding and accommodating in similar cases. An attitude like the one encountered today does not do credit to those who manage a public establishment. I hope this report leads to a broader reflection on the sense of social responsibility towards people in special circumstances.

20/10/2025: I went to this bar and ordered two first courses and a second course. Despite there being five people behind the bar, I had to carry everything to the table myself. One of the first courses was truly disappointing: the pasta was bland, seemingly prepared carelessly, flavorlessly, and without passion. The service was inattentive and poorly organized. I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I think it's right to give honest feedback. There's definitely room for improvement, especially in the quality of the dishes and customer service.
