Stunning place with an enchanting atmosphere, impeccable service and wonderful food. The only flaw I found was perhaps the wagyu tataki, where I didn't find the typical marbling and melt-in-the-mouth quality of the meat. In fact, at times it was a little, let me say, "rubbery" to chew. Perhaps it wasn't the best of the cuts they had. Otherwise, everything was perfect, I'll try it again.

Wonderful mean, fantastic creative dishes, lovely ambiance and a go to for locals. Top asian/asian fusion restaurant in Catania. Was recommended here by a local. The dishes are so unique, particularly loved the scallops (mango)! Wonderful unique dish that cannot be found anywhere else! A must try! Service was fantastic, beautiful ambiance!

Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. It's my favorite sushi place, but this time I found the place not very clean. From the windows to the bathroom. A place like this can't afford not to be clean. The sushi was good, but other times it was better. I'm sorry, but it didn't feel the best.

Caldera

23/02/2026: Caldera is a truly special chalet, immersed in nature and perfect for unwinding. The property is incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, but what makes the stay fantastic is everything the place offers: silence and a unique atmosphere. Plus, the accommodation includes two mountain bikes, perfect for exploring the surrounding area and fully experiencing the volcano on which Caldera is located: an experience that makes the holiday even more authentic and fun. Special mention also goes to Flavio, the host, who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always available with helpful advice and thoughtful touches that make all the difference. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return, because this is one of those experiences worth repeating (and enjoying even more).

07/11/2025: The coffee is ok. The service is poor - no usual hello, goodbye, please.
06/11/2025: Nice little spot for some gelato and Italian/ Sicilian sweets. Kept getting weird looks by the employees and their friends.
