In Macchia di Giarre, CT. Viale dello Ionio, 14. Bakery, pastry shop, and snack bar offering a variety of baked goods and ready-made meals, with outdoor tables and chairs for customers. The menu includes breakfast, cookies, cakes, pies, appetizers, sourdough bread, pasta dishes, main courses, side dishes, snack bars, pizzas, and scacciate (a kind of grilled bread). The bread is good, and I buy it often. However, having grown accustomed to wood-fired bread since I was younger, I feel like there's something missing.

20/04/2026: I immediately fell in love with this location... We celebrated my daughter's baptism. Breathtaking views with Her Majesty Mount Etna in the background, a minimalist yet refined atmosphere, and truly delicious food. All the staff were fantastic, but a special thanks goes to Angela, the chef, and the maitre d' Giusy, who coordinated the entire event. Our guests were delighted. Thank you for everything.
18/04/2026: It's actually a nice, small, quiet hotel with modern rooms and a great pool. However, the rooms are not soundproof, and the restaurant is very noisy due to its architecture and the constant music. Many small things about the service were unpleasant (e.g., no coffee in the room, dirty balcony chair, unprofessional service staff). Breakfast was okay. There was an extra charge for an afternoon cappuccino on the restaurant terrace. At €220 per night for a double room, we expected more.

26/12/2025: We booked a company dinner for about 30 people. The location was beautiful and elegant, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had appetizers, pizza, and drinks, all served promptly. The pizza was excellent, perfectly cooked, and generous with toppings. It was very busy, so I recommend booking in advance.
16/12/2025: Positive pizza experience at Botanike. It was crowded, being Sunday, but the service was excellent and the staff were attentive and friendly. The pizza was delicious, and there's a wide selection of toppings and flavors to choose from. I can't give it a fifth star due to the inexplicable lack of disabled parking and restrooms in a restaurant of this caliber, even though the restaurant states on its website that it is accessible. The service I was told was narrow and even had a step, which I managed to overcome with the help of a kind waiter.
