26/07/2025: Ho visto sui social il locale e ho voluto provare Personale accogliente e gentile Prenotato appena arrivati ci accomodiamo subito, vasta scelta per mangiare dalla classica pizza a quella elaborate dal locale Unica peccato per me che essendo intollerante a latticini e io volevo mangiare quei meravigliosi hamburger mi è stato detto che dato che li fanno loro la fondina e nell impasto stesso...e ho preso panino con straccetti di pollo che era buonissimo con l aggiunta della cipolla caramellata Misto fritto sempre preparato da loro buonissimo La mia compagna ha optato per una pizza, buonissima Consiglio di andare a provare

24/07/2025: Non è la prima volta che vado da caffettiamo .Martedì era la serata delle siciliane tutte a 5 euro e non era la prima volta che andavo a mangiarle .Purtroppo per la seconda volta le ho volute riprovare ma erano anche questa volta vuote .Allora la pizza che fanno è buonissima come altri piatti ma le siciliane erano vuote ,volevo dire se quando abbassano il prezzo risparmiamo nei condimenti meglio che lascino sempre lo stesso prezzo perché così non è una buona pubblicità.Mi spiace ....

14/10/2025: Very disappointed!! We chose this location, and specifically the deluxe suite, after watching the Quattro Hotel episode. First of all, the jacuzzi wasn't working, even though they offered us dinner (two courses). When using the sauna, every time you put water on the stones to heat the room, the electricity went out; there's probably some exposed wire underneath. Finally, what disappointed us most was the breakfast buffet: it was absolutely poor and lacked variety. It definitely didn't meet the standards shown on TV. Disappointing! Dear owner, thank you for your reply. Regarding the sauna issue, we contacted reception three times to have the electricity restored to the suite. In fact, I recommend you check the sauna system. Regarding breakfast, I'm sorry to say that we were already at the buffet at 9:30 and there was absolutely nothing left. It would be fair if you guaranteed a supply of various sweets until the end of the scheduled time, i.e., until 10:30 a.m., since it's right to ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy a proper breakfast until the time you specify at the property! It's a far cry from what was shown in the 4 Hotel program. We had also requested a ricotta dessert when booking, and were served a plate of ricotta without any filling. How were we supposed to eat it? Luckily, one of your employees kindly served us ricotta cannoli (aware of the inconvenience).

12/08/2025: Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. The garden is lovely, the pool is large. Warning: you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool... extremely strange, but oh well. The bungalow is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Warning again: water in the fridge costs €2! Now here's the catch: this is an event hotel, so expect really loud music EVERY evening until late into the night (1:00 - 2:00 AM...).

11/08/2025: Il ristorante era molto accogliente. I nostri primi erano molto buoni. I secondi anch'essi buoni. I dolci buonissimi, in particolare la crema al pistacchio.

06/08/2025: The location is unquestionably nice, Etna surroundings are amazing. The restaurant itself is nice and a kind of minimalist. Food is excellent and the local beers are very intriguing. Service is punctual and prices are more than acceptable.

06/08/2025: I ordered the same thing on Glovo and it didn't arrive! But will I get my money back? Do you know since it's already happened and I didn't see the reviews before? Damn me!

20/10/2025: A 1☆ is still too much. I've never had such a bad experience. The burgers were bone dry. The Coke had way too much ice, so you only had 250ml of drink instead of 500ml, and the Coco-Cola isn't Coca-Cola at all; that's an insult to the brand. The vanilla milkshake is an insult. Ugh, not recommended!! The service: it wasn't busy, but it still took a long time.

10/10/2025: Drove into the drive-in for a quick fix on the fries. Nobody took our order for over 90 seconds. Went around, nobody at the window. Parked in the special order spots to goget the fix, in 5 seconds the lady with the ear comm was outaide hushing us out of the spots to the already ultra full parking. Unkle Ronnie, you eFFed this one up so bad....

27/10/2025: Yesterday we had the chance to experience this place for the first time, celebrating my brother's 30th birthday. It's a place that's been highly rated by some of our friends. We were really happy with the lunch; we ate very well, everything was delicious. We had a blast with DJ Dino. These are the days you can spend in good company with guaranteed fun. These are the days we like. The owner is a wonderful person, always available and helpful. The waiters were a bit a bit unhelpful, but okay, there's always room for improvement. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

27/10/2025: Beautiful, well-kept place... but chaos reigns supreme... I understand that it's supposed to be fun... but the DJ's music, including the game, is very loud... the music in another room is blaring everywhere... the music at the bar is also loud... total confusion... It's not logical to have a party and not be able to talk... You eat, you turn the music down... Then I don't have to ask for cake multiple times... for liqueurs and coffees multiple times... and on top of that, I'm met with the disdain of a very young waitress... Never again...

10/09/2025: I've already tried the bakery's "too good to go" service twice, with great satisfaction. Unfortunately, on the third occasion, the reserved box wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. The counter attendant didn't even know what I was talking about, and the young man at the register, after ushering me out of the shop (!), with barely concealed annoyance, had a box made up entirely of pastries (croissants, donuts, and braids) using the morning's leftovers. Obviously, I'm not arguing with the contents of the box (that's exactly how the service works; you can find anything you like), but, aside from the fact that the croissants were old and burnt, so they probably wouldn't have sold them at full price, the attitude of the young man—I think he was one of the owners—was very indifferent; he even seemed annoyed that I was only there to pick up the box. At this point, I'd say it would be better if they stopped offering similar services rather than treating customers so condescendingly. A real shame.

27/08/2025: Of course, the kindness of the older woman with glasses leaves something to be desired. The younger lady is more polite. I understand that my northern accent might create mistrust... but... maybe learning from the young ones wouldn't hurt.

24/10/2025: On October 17th I was with my friends at a birthday party, and then I think that the customer service of the pizzeria staff is disrespectful and rude because you insulted us with negative words and in addition you scolded those who had done nothing without reason and in any case you do not treat customers like this and then you were exaggerated only because we had made a joke that seemed like a very serious thing while it was not all this goodbye never again

25/10/2025: Unlike other days, on Sunday I recommend booking in advance, especially for the lower floor, as there is no food counter upstairs, so you have to constantly climb the stairs with plates in hand and be careful of other people, especially on the stairs!

29/03/2025: The six of us paid €50 each (€300 total) for a basic meal of average quality, with less than excellent service. We even included a burger in our bill, which we neither ordered nor ate (which, of course, was removed from the bill after our observation). This is absolutely not a place that could afford such a high price. I'll never dine here again.

13/08/2025: Everything was great! Deducting one star only because the food selection is a bit limited (very few pasta dishes and no meat dishes with sauce), but what's available tastes great, it's very cozy, and the tables aren't too close together. The service was extremely fast and friendly.
