In my opinion, the best bakery in the area. They offer a wide variety of products, not only freshly baked bread multiple times a day, but also pizzas, rotisserie style, and hot food. They also produce a good selection of cookies and pastries. In short, a daily stop for fresh, high-quality products. Parking is easy. Excellent value for money.

03/08/2026: We stopped at this place by chance, and overall it was a pleasant surprise. The scorching heat forced the owners to use the indoor dining room, but there are outdoor terraces worth trying along with the cudduruni, which seems to be the house specialty. We ordered main courses with sides, and they were good.
27/05/2026: Let's get straight to the point...you have to travel a bit from Palermo to get to this place, but as soon as they bring you the cudduruni (especially the homemade version), you forget the road...the toppings are truly delicious and the dough is excellent. The place is well-kept, very spacious, and equipped with two ovens that ensure speedy service. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Nothing to complain about, not even about the bill...practically half that of a pizzeria in the city. Highly recommended.
