The manager yelled at her colleagues, even using harsh language. To get three forks, I had to ask the girl handing out balloons to the children, who kindly took them for me. No one paid attention to the people waiting at the counter. I've never seen a McDonald's so disorganized.

30/06/2025: Teníamos grandes expectativas para Prestipino, pero terminó siendo la experiencia más decepcionante de toda nuestra estancia en Catania. Dondequiera que fuimos, la gente era increíblemente amable y acogedor, pero aquí, era todo lo contrario. Todos los camareros parecían molestos y eran antipáticos. Es una pena, porque el lugar podría tener potencial, pero la actitud del personal arruinó completamente la experiencia. Definitivamente no recomendaría.

23/01/2025: Pizza terribile, sicuramente surgelata e scongelato. Ne ho mangiato un quarto perché immangiabile e sono stata male di stomaco 2 giorni. Location squallida e fredda senza riscaldamenti. Posso da scartare. Consiglio vivamente i titolari di cambiare mestiere. Magari con l'edilizia impastando calce e cemento saranno più capaci.

Invito il capo del personale a selezionare con piu attenzione il personale, questa dipendente è altamente scorbutica, ineducata e non comprende affatto cosa possa significare il termine interagire con i clienti.

29/10/2025: Today around 2.30pm, coming back from out of town, as I haven't lived in Alcamo for quite a few years, I thought I'd stop here to get something to eat and I bought some pieces of rotisserie at the price of €2.20 and they're already very expensive here but oh well, they make them well filled, it's okay, then I saw a simple lasagna with just cheese or béchamel sauce, I say please a portion, they gave me so little that I almost didn't see it and let's move on, I go to the checkout €6.00 ​​for this tiny lasagna, come on then they'll say you're thieves, I'll think about it, you seem a bit too exaggerated, with €6.00 ​​I can make 4 lasagnas at home but oh well, it was and I won't be coming to you again

11/10/2025: This is the first time I've encountered such terrible service in Italy. What was it? A meal—lunch—for 35 euros? Cold potatoes, burnt octopus tentacles? Tomatoes chopped in a bowl? Are you kidding, without salt, pepper, or oil? Which wasn't even on the table? Horrible!!! And the waiter calmly took our money!!! Seeing that we'd barely tried the food and were indignant!! We should have left immediately as soon as we saw the waiter approaching us with an indifferent look. It was terrible, disgusting!!! Our mood was ruined. And we had something to compare it to; we'd received excellent food and service at another market the day before. But here there are crowds of people and such a... garbage dump. Don't waste your time or your mood on this place.

25/10/2025: Don't order at all unless you're willing to tolerate a 2-hour delay. We asked for an order to be delivered at 8:30 PM, and were told, "OK, 9 PM at the latest." It arrived at 10:30 PM. The food is good, but the managers lack the intellectual honesty to limit their order acceptance. Delays are routine for them; the priority is revenue, not customer satisfaction. They make up excuses every time to justify the delays, and they end up behaving the same way over and over again.

11/08/2025: Non lo visitato ma ho prenotato una settimana prima è non ho mangiato il giorno di pasqua quest'anno 2025 dicendomi che lo scenario gli è venuti un calo di calorie e non poteva più cucinare ,alle ore 15,00 ,tutto questo .ve lo sconsiglio categoricamente .io è mia moglie abbiamo trovato due arancine al bar . Questo è stato il nostro pranzo di Pasqua da nasca . Guardate che nessuno si è scusato anzi .
