Order scheduled for 9:45 PM. After more than an hour's delay, at 11:00 PM, they finally showed up—without a call, without an apology, without the slightest respect. But by then it was too late: order rejected and sent back.
Simply unacceptable service. We tried contacting them several times: no concrete response, just vague statements or silences. A sloppy management style that has nothing to do with professionalism.
In an industry where punctuality and communication are essential, everything is lacking here.
If you want to eat at a decent hour or simply not be ridiculed, do yourself a favor: avoid this pizzeria.
Never again.
02/09/2025: I called the pizzeria and ordered two pizzas for 9pm, but when I arrived at the place at that time, the pizzeria was closed. I can't understand why they responded by saying yes.

06/11/2025: They brought back a memory. Baked anelletti just like my grandmother used to make, with ragù, fried eggplant, ham (actually, my grandmother also used salami), and, to top it all, a hard-boiled egg. A hearty dish, rich in sauce, for just €2.50. In my experience, they're the best baked anelletti in Palermo, and at the lowest price. What more could you ask for?

Big words to describe an unjustified price premium on rustici. Especially since I've never seen an arancini cost more than a generic rustico. They justify it as "handcrafted and larger," when it's significantly smaller than average, not to mention the pidoni, which are tiny. What I can't stand is the mockery. I understand that the cost of raw materials has increased, but why charge more for less when everyone else has adapted to the market?
One thing is missing here: honesty.
03/06/2025: Personal opinion: for me they make the best focaccia in the area, and I can confirm it after years. (I also like the rustici, perfect fried).

21/10/2025: We entered this bar hoping for a quiet break, a simple moment of relaxation with two frothy coffees. Everything seemed normal until the bill arrived—and with it, the surprise: two glasses... charged.
Yes, you read that right. Two coffees, two glasses of water, and a bill that seemed to come from a Kafkaesque dream.
Glasses that usually accompany a coffee as a gesture of courtesy. Not here. Here, even the water "breathes" luxury, apparently.
A shame, really: a little common sense would be enough to transform any ordinary establishment into a welcoming place. But when even the water has to be paid for... the bitter taste lingers long after the coffee.

23/09/2025: Staff needs to be reconsidered. The gentleman at the pool repeatedly scolded our children even though they weren't doing anything except getting their feet wet. The food is good, but a little more courtesy wouldn't go amiss.
19/08/2025: Sloppiness, disorganization, interminable waits: an hour for two salads. Two people managing nearly 50 covers. Meanwhile, they try to ease the tension by interacting with neighboring tables, where customers discover their order has been lost.
Unfortunately, the situation worsens year after year, and I wonder why there's no desire to reorganize the service or at least try to be a little more welcoming to customers. If the problem is a character issue, then it's truly serious.
