18/07/2025: Un giovedì sera di lunga attesa per delle pizze arrivate in ritardo e per giunta sbagliate . Essendoci un bambino al tavolo abbiamo chiesto che la sua pizza arrivasse prima e invece è arrivata per ultima!! Bibite arrivate con molta calma , ghiaccio richiesto più volte . servizio lento che deve essere sempre sollecitato . Ci siamo seduti alle 20:30 e ci siamo alzati alle 23:50. Consiglio di migliorare l’organizzazione… perché se in un semplice giovedì accade questo , non oso immaginare un sabato !

20/08/2025: I ate at this restaurant for lunch, and honestly, I could have found much better. First, the waitress was rude, and she bothered to repeat the menu to me twice (not everyone was there, and the others weren't informed). Second, the explanation for the set menu is somewhat questionable, given that they told us about swordfish or pork steak, and we got calamari and sausage (raw), justifying it as the chef's choice, but no one had informed us beforehand. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances, and a piece of advice: instead of getting upset and acting indifferent, be thankful that there are people who pay you for this terrible service.

19/08/2025: You’d be surprised that an apparent touristic restaurant facing the cathedral would have such simple ( in the best sense) and delicious food. Italians rarely get it wrong and our waiter Pablo made us feel quite welcome.

17/08/2025: A nightmare experience: kicked out to free up a table I've never written such a negative review, but the experience we had at this restaurant was nothing short of unacceptable. From the start, the service was rude and rushed, making us feel more like a nuisance than a customer. But the worst came at the end of the dinner. As we were finishing our last glass of wine and chatting, a waiter approached us and bluntly asked us to leave. The excuse? "We need the table for another group." It wasn't a polite request, but a full-blown eviction. We were shocked. Paying a hefty bill to be treated this way is simply unacceptable. It's clear that the management of this restaurant has no respect for their customers and is only interested in maximizing profits, treating people like numbers. I strongly advise against this place for anyone looking not only for good food but also for a modicum of decency and professional service. There are plenty of other restaurants in the city that are worth your time and money.

12/07/2025: I was there last year for my husband and son's birthday. I had left a deposit of €300. I had chosen a high-quality menu but I received another menu that we hadn't chosen. The food was so bad that I was vomiting. The pizzas were all cold. The sandwiches with ricotta and spleen were all cold and full of oil, almost soaked. The ones with the spleen were the first to arrive and the last to eat. It was horrendous. My in-laws and my parents had three days of food poisoning because the spleen wasn't fresh enough. We were so mortified with the guests and in the end the owner wanted to be smart. If I went to pay, I wouldn't even give her the money. Yes, my husband wanted to interfere and so the owner stole my money. I was so sorry that we ended up in a terrible situation. I don't recommend it and those people who say the food is divine, the food is good because in my opinion they don't know real food, real pizza and above all they don't give value to your money. but never again in a place like this

30/08/2025: Horrible experience, terrible staff, poor quality food, extremely rude, arrogant and there are no more words to describe this place....

30/08/2025: Terrible experience... Zero organization... Zero staff... Consequently, perhaps even zero food... Extremely long waits for seats despite having free tables... Priority only for tables for two and four people... As soon as there are 6 or 7 of you, you're screwed... You don't sit down anymore... Ask the staff and with a grumpy expression, they don't give you any explanations... In short, avoid.

17/08/2025: The only thing that was right was the dried mussels, including the carbonara without bacon or onion, and I had told her without cheese and she ended up with 3 kg of parmesan.

10/08/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't have a good meat-based meal. The food was of average quality. The first course was decent, although the seasoning wasn't clear. A bit messy. The scallops alla boscaiola were awful. I only had the meat, the vegetables were unrecognizable and all overcooked. What I appreciated was the service and the dining room.

28/06/2025: Intrigued by the positive reviews, we stopped for breakfast, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The croissant and cappuccino arrived separately and with a long wait, the cappuccino without sugar and after 10 minutes we had to get up to get it ourselves. In total, almost 30 minutes for a simple breakfast. A single waitress managed both the bar and the B&B, served the tables and washed the dishes: understandable, but the service suffers greatly. Finally, the POS was out of order and payment was only in cash, without notice.

01/06/2025: I strongly advise against the food at this place, the pizzas were poor, apart from the very nice, friendly and kind waiters and waitresses, the manager (the one who had the folder with all the evening shifts) and the girl with the blonde bob who collects the bill were very unpleasant, rude and agitated, the atmosphere was nice but too small, tables outside (especially those under the trees are not recommended) because as far as I'm concerned we had several misadventures, such as a bird falling on the table three times... prices too high for such decadent food and service

21/08/2025: Personally, I think this place serves the disgrace of Sicilian food. They serve you rustici and focaccia from the day before, not even reheated. The service is beyond reproach; there's zero politeness. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

21/08/2025: Terrible experience. I arrived with a desire to eat after so much rustic food. Poor service. It seems like you're bothering them. Ok, I'll have arancini and mozzarella in carozza brought to me. Believe me, they arrived cold and were practically from the day before. They didn't even bother to heat them up. A piece of advice: don't go there if you don't want to have a bad evening.

11/09/2025: Cute bar. Great selection of drinks. They have absolutely everything. Nice atmosphere. Cocktails average €13. Beer is €8 (quite expensive).

09/09/2025: 3.5 is not reflective of this hidden gem. Bam Bar is a tourist trap joke. Come here, unplug and enjoy a real experience. We came for lunch, then came again for a glass of wine to end the day. Perfetto!

12/08/2025: Too bad, with a view like this you expect the best and instead! Service needs updating, there were 5 of us, appetizers and pizzas took ages to arrive, we practically ate alone. Pizza was nothing special, the tomato and dough were unsalted. Needs updating.

23/03/2025: Twice ordered pizza. Once I ordered and collected it myself, I ordered it by phone at 5pm for 8.30pm and I left with the pizza in hand at 9.45pm while those who arrived at the pizzeria if they ordered it at the time were served and it was absurd but they also left before those who had ordered by phone hours and hours before. Another time ordered pizza to be home at 9pm and at 10pm the pizza still didn't arrive. I had to make myself a plate of pasta, that's all. I don't recommend the service. The pizza is good.

04/07/2025: Average sushi, fast service but watch out for flies We came on Sunday evening to this all you can eat: the place was almost empty, so the service was fast and precise. The sushi was good, average, perfect if you don't have too many expectations. The only downside: some annoying flies in the room that ruined the atmosphere a bit. For the rest, an overall positive experience.

25/05/2025: The beautiful black fake marble ceiling reflects, in contrast to a sunny spring day, the dull and dull faces of dozens of waiting customers. The food, although pleasant in absolute terms, is imbued with this vague atmosphere of malaise on the palate. And the saltiness of the soy sauce is barely enough to awaken dull taste buds, almost mocked by the irregular intervals in which the sushi arrives at the tables. The waiter seems almost drowning in the apparent confusion of the room (or perhaps, just of his head), and wanders back and forth, stumbles, turns toward the kitchen and then retraces his steps - and if you are lucky, he will have a plate in his hands. But if you are even luckier, immensely lucky, he will head as if through a labyrinth toward you, toward your table, and will serve you what you ordered 45 minutes earlier... Only to start the vicious circle of your wait all over again. And then, at a certain point in the day, the desperate hope that the remaining dishes will actually be served is replaced by the deep, dull certainty that nothing more will come. The only thing I feel like praising is the determination of the customers, who without any recalcitrance remain at the tables waiting, their eyes half-closed, their mouths contracted, sadly observing the tangled movement behind the counter, towards the kitchen, inside their hearts.
