14/08/2025: Three of us ate there. The pizza was good and the price was fair. The guy who served us was friendly and worked well.

16/04/2025: We were a group of motorcyclists who crossed the whole of Sicily on dirt roads. Giacomino had to be closed at that time, but he didn't forget the rules of hospitality, feeding us all. I remember eating: mixed grill of meat, spinach, mushrooms and bread. I ate very well, as if I were at home. Genuine quality stuff... ✌🏻

Sadly, it's no longer the same....the cleanliness and politeness of the staff has remained the same....but I would like to rediscover those flavours of the past.

17/08/2025: I rarely write reviews, but this time I was truly disappointed. We were a group of six seated at the back of the room. Let's start with the fact that from the moment we sat down, we had to wait at least half an hour to order, after multiple requests. The waiters were inappropriately and unnecessarily sarcastic; in fact, while we were ordering, they would suddenly wander off to other tables to chat with other diners (something that happened again later in the evening). The appetizer was delivered on time, although one of the diners never received his drink. The pizza arrived after over an hour, after having harassed the waiters, and it was beyond mediocre: burnt edges, substandard ingredients, and some were even raw! Shortly after we finished our pizzas, a very rude waiter asked us to leave, not considering that one person was still eating (without even asking if we wanted dessert). When it came time to pay, they gave us a hard time because we didn't have change. The bathroom was dirty and lacked functioning doors and toilet paper. To recap: there are a thousand better places than these in Palermo, especially with better service.

17/06/2025: Bar del....pianto..but real crying!. It's a vape retailer. The cappuccino made with "gone" milk and 4 brioches. Asked for a cappuccino change, they only had that bag of milk...... In front there is a real bar.

We returned several times in the two weeks we spent there for the delicious food, fair prices, extensive menu, and incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional staff, who were always able to provide delicious alternatives to accommodate my lactose intolerance. Beautiful sea view.
