Exceptional! Dreamy gluten-free mixed fried food and a unique welcome ​We went to Putian del Cuoppo and it was a spectacular experience! We had the light and crispy mixed fried food, the Sicilian-style sardines (delicious!), and we tried fried ricotta for the first time: a true revelation, delicious! ​The owners are incredibly friendly, incredibly welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They make you feel right at home. If you're looking for quality, tradition, and impeccable attention to gluten-free options, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, which is fully equipped for gluten-free options. The sandwich was delicious, as were the cuoppi, and the fried food was dry and tasty. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and the owners are the real highlight of this place.
