23/07/2025: We've been eating pizzas from Pizzeria Roma for years now, and nothing has ever disappointed me, not even the Margherita, which in its simplicity is truly delicious. A few weeks ago, I saw the new entry "CAPRICIOSA 4.0" on social media. In my opinion, it's a pizza like no other, I'd say superb, for my tastes, obviously. It's not a revisited Capricciosa, which is hard to describe. The superior quality artichokes finish with a hint of truffle oil—in short, it's worth trying.

Even the table clearing is lacking; after queuing at the counter, you risk not finding a clean table. Extremely negative, perhaps even borderline for a public establishment, is reading the sign that warns that the bathroom is for staff use only!!! Improving the service could get the best reviews. The granita is among the best in the country.

14/08/2025: The granita with cream was good, but I paid €3.50 for a 1.5-liter bottle of water. The clerk, after charging €1, when I told her the bottle was large, not small, recharged me €2.50. For me, that was completely excessive, unjustified. The bathroom was obviously unusable, like in most places in Sicily. It's generally like that here: unwelcoming and very exploitative of tourists... what a shame.

Unfortunately, unlike my family, I experienced gastrointestinal discomfort in the following days, perhaps related to the seafood. For this reason, the overall rating is 3 out of 5 stars.

09/05/2025: Posto molto accogliente, proprietari simpatici e gentili, ben posizionato in centro nella bellissima Nicolosi, porta dell’Etna. Abbiamo iniziato con una zuppa di fave fresche, finocchietto selvatico e ricotta salata, accompagnata da crostini di pane! Una delizia per il palato, abbiamo ritrovato sapori e profumi di una volta! Abbiamo poi continuato con una carrellata di delizie (polpettine di verdure di campo, di ricotta, di patate, melanzane, carciofi, cavolfiore affogato, …) . Potevamo infine rinunciare al dolce? Questa sera assaggi di due torte magnifiche e profitterol , il tutto annaffiato da due liquorini (ciliegia e carrube). Ovviamente buon vino locale per accompagnare il cibo! Una serata magnifica, da ripetere!!! Lo raccomando a chi vuole rigustare i sapori buoni e genuini di una volta.

26/04/2025: trattoria non molto distante dall'uscita catenanuova sulla catania-palermo, offre svariati piatti di pesce davvero fresco e molto invitanti. Consiglio di prendere qualcosa alla carta e non il menu fisso (soprattutto per i primi). Personale simpatico e attento. Prezzi onesti.
