02/11/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant. We're republishing our review after a year and a half because it was mistakenly removed. On the recommendation of our hotel, we went to this restaurant three consecutive nights. We became friends with the owners and their wives because it's a family-friendly environment. They always manage the kitchen, as well as the pizzeria and restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the service is prompt. We tried their pizza, but the first courses are also excellent, as are the grilled calamari and shrimp Marsala. The chickpea flour panelle are special. The desserts are delicious. We were very satisfied and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without over-emphasizing the sophistication of the dishes and the gourmet experience. It's family-friendly, but without neglecting the rules of the restaurant.

07/09/2025: The welcome was discreet, the food wasn't exactly to my liking, the service was decent, and the atmosphere wasn't at all comfortable.

21/10/2025: What a fantastic lunch! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was super friendly, and those views from the top of Taormina down to the straight of Messina, were just incredible. Such a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy a great meal — can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!

26/10/2025: I came to eat here because I once tried their takeout at a friend's house. The food initially tasted good, but it took them too long to serve it. In the end, I was a bit panicked and confused. The food arrived tasteless, perhaps because it was prepared in a rush, and everything got warmed up, making it impossible to eat with chopsticks. In my defense, I could say that the waiter said it was their first Sunday, and perhaps they're not used to handling so many people on days like this. I hope I can change my mind.

25/10/2025: This is our umpteenth visit and, as always, everything is delicious. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent and well-prepared. The owner, as always, is lovely. I highly recommend her.

20/08/2025: A hotel without too many pretensions, nice, clean with people who manage it very nice and kind, I have been coming here for many years and I have always found it good.

02/06/2025: Super friendly owners, and the staff is also very friendly and attentive. Excellent, typical Sicilian cuisine. Highly recommended for a relaxing aperitif on the sun terrace with a spectacular view! Parking is available right next to the hotel. Ideal for a few days' vacation with plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area.

19/07/2025: An experience never to be repeated! I bought some very tough chicken, and after cooking it, it shrank to half its size. This means they're full of hormones. Then, not satisfied, I bought some beef steaks that cost almost €30 per kg, and after opening them, they smelled rotten. I thought it must have been a coincidence and bought another super steak again, and no such problem. I'm in need of a check by the NAS! Never again!

25/10/2025: Total disappointment. We visited this pizzeria and, unfortunately, the experience was terrible. We had to wait almost two hours for our pizzas to arrive, with no explanation or apology from the staff. Once we were finally served, we ate quickly because after just half an hour, the owner came to our table to tell us we had to leave because there were other people waiting. I find this behavior truly disrespectful to customers. I understand that the place was busy, but it's unacceptable to make people wait so long and then rush them as soon as they've finished their food. I don't think we'll return, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxed experience.

22/10/2025: Three of us had dinner. As soon as we arrived, they sat us down. The place is country-style, but very old, and in my opinion, everything was very gloomy, not even a little music or a TV to keep us company. We ordered three pizzas, but we weren't happy; the dough was thin and hard. The pizza couldn't even be cut because the knives were dull. Then we had dessert: the lemon sorbet was very hard, the chocolate cake was decent. We paid and left. We definitely won't recommend them.

02/06/2025: Homely Sicilian seafood and pizza, tasty and reasonably priced, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Prompt and friendly service. Was busy with locals the lunchtime we visited - a good recommendation!

17/09/2025: The menu was very limited, with few dishes to choose from; the marinara risotto also required advance reservations. The seafood spaghetti consisted only of mussels and clams. At 9:30 PM on a Saturday, when we asked for spaghetti with clams, we were told they only had a few and it was better to choose the marinara spaghetti I mentioned above. The mixed fried fish was all fish; they didn't have scampi, calamari, or even shrimp or prawns. The prices for the few dishes available were also quite high; spaghetti with (a few) clams was €22!! Maybe we were unlucky, but we're unlikely to return.

09/10/2025: A quaint restaurant located near the San Vito seafront. Excellent Sicilian cuisine, very friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

25/08/2025: The pastry shop is a feast for the eyes and the palate. The Pignolata (and more) are exquisite, and the service is kind. I can't wait to return.

18/08/2025: Very cute and delicious pastry. My daughter tried a pastry with tiny strawberries and it was amazing, and I had the granite (which is a slushie with better ice) and I would recommend trying the lemon flavour (the almond flavour was very good to). We were on a cruise and stumbled on this gem. And the lady running the bakery was so friendly and patient in explaining everything to us.

27/09/2025: Good food and very friendly service. The waiter with glasses speaks English and is very helpful. I recommend both the service and the food. It's nice that they also sell ice cream.

26/09/2025: The food is very tasty, the staff tries their best, but the English is 50/50 :) The biggest attraction of the place are the cats, who feel at home here ✌️
