18/08/2025: Excellent pizza, but the hot mixed salad (chips, panelle, and crocche) is pale and soggy. The place is air-conditioned, but the temperature is almost nonexistent, with fans running in multiple spots throughout the room. The outdoor seating is unbearable, with no fans and a glass window at eye level—a greenhouse. The fan grill at the cashier's desk is black. Could it be cleaned? Customers see everything, but the owners often forget. The wait staff is friendly, but they can't work miracles.

17/08/2025: The best pizza in Trapani, a refined restaurant with portions that satisfy the customer, go there. I'm renewing my review because for the eighth year in a row, they've served us good Trapani cuisine—not just pizza, but also the fresh smell of the sea. If you love mussels and clams, you'll truly enjoy something unique. Super Giovanni, you make me want to return every year.

28/08/2025: My experience was disappointing. I was told the bill was €100.60 (discounted to €100 from €106.60), but when I paid by POS, I was charged €106.60. This lack of transparency leads to a loss of customer trust. €6.60 doesn't change my life, but it's a matter of fairness and respect. The receipt was also not handled clearly. A huge disappointment.

16/04/2025: Ci hanno dato per cinque persone solo due microscopiche ciotoline con le patatine da sacco e spritz, ditemi voi se questo è un'aperitivo e oltretutto la vecchia gestione era più educata e garbata. Io avevo fatto una recensione su Google dicendo questo e loro mi hanno insultato VERGOGNATEVI e fate aperitivi decenti GRAZIE!!!

17/08/2025: Prices are not for a trattoria or osteria. It is overpriced for what the quantity and quality of food is. Prices for kg of fish is overpriced (50€/Kg for Triglia..). Also I suspect they falsify the weight of fish on the scale. I don’t recommend this place.

22/08/2025: Very nice and welcoming stuff, great location right in the city center which you can enjoy from the balcony (better at the first floor than our second). We missed the minibar which should be there due to booking, the rooms are bit older which you can experience mostly in the bathroom, but its a cute little hotel in the heart of erice.

19/08/2025: So I'll start by mentioning the only positive thing: the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Everything else was a 0, if there were a rating below zero, I'd give it. The rooms were old and very dated, the shower stall was broken and "repaired" with silicone, the air conditioning didn't work, the bed was half-sagged. Not a single thing was right. My advice is to throw everything away and start over from scratch.

07/08/2025: I stopped by the Plaza bar by chance for pizza, and to my surprise, it was excellent, not burnt, and had a great flavor. I was truly satisfied, and I'll be back with my wife.

09/07/2025: Questionable from a culinary perspective. Pasta was out of stock, some pizzas were unavailable. The pizzas served looked like frozen goods – no one ate more than half. Mozzarella salad came with jelly. No comment. Okay for ice cream and a drink. Better to go somewhere else for food.
