09/10/2025: I don't usually post a review unless I'm thoroughly impressed (I do not like to leave negative reviews that may affect people's livelihood -- everyone's got to feed their families!). The Penne Fibus was outstanding in freshness, taste and presentation. I would order this again even though it makes me want to try their other dishes. The staff was very polite and the restaurant has a family-run charm to it. Afterwards, I read a ridiculous google review that actually complained about a particular dish not being authentic. Was it authentic? I don't know and I don't care -- the food was outstanding! I'll definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

17/07/2025: 5* isn't enough 😅 Delicious kebab. A huge plus is that you can choose your own toppings. It's a great deal, huge portion, and a very low price! I recommend it!

04/08/2025: An elegant and tastefully furnished bar where you can sample Sicilian sweet specialties: granitas, ice creams, rustici, croissants, brioches, etc.

02/08/2025: The granita is among the best in Messina, especially the mezza con panna. Not to mention the croissants, delicious!

06/09/2025: Bar and restaurant in the city center. Everything is delicious, from sweet to savory; friendly staff, fast service. Tables inside and outside on the pedestrian street, covered by gazebos. The cannoli are excellent, prepared only upon request. I recommend booking for lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable.

29/10/2025: Seriously really good pizza and local prices! Note: the last 100m of the road there’s a couple of big potholes, easy to miss.

16/10/2025: Delicious pizza and warm service! We stayed at Mangia’s Brucoli resort nearby and ordered in pizza from here one night. The pizza was delicious, delivered within 20 minutes of ordering and with a smile. We wish we had eaten exclusively here rather than at the hotel.

12/10/2025: We were in a hurry, 20 minutes, so I came in and was asked, "Can I eat in 20 minutes?" The waiter was very kind. I ordered two club sandwiches, and they were ready in less than 10 minutes. They also offered us a delicious sorbet with the bill. Kudos to the entire staff. I forgot to try it, you won't regret it. They have a fantastic menu. I'll definitely be back to try more.

29/10/2025: 1. Review from about 8 years ago. For us - number one in San Vito Lo Capo. We come here many times for climbing. We've also tried most of the restaurants. All the food is excellent, the price/performance ratio is fair, and the service is top-notch. Even the ambiance is great. 2. Review from October 2025: Gna Sara has moved; the new name is Il Giardino di Gna Sara. Easy to find with the signs and Google Maps, even though it's a bit hidden. The food is just as excellent as before, the ambiance is beautiful, and the service is first-rate. It is and remains our number one here. A visit is absolutely worthwhile.

12/10/2025: The food is good. The first courses are excellent, with fresh fish and well-cooked to preserve the flavors. The location is truly elegant, and the dinner price is reasonable. Two things to note: the waiter poured the entire bottle of wine we ordered into all our glasses without keeping it on ice, and assumed we wouldn't have anything else after the first courses, so he cleared the table right away.
