05/07/2025: A "historic" bakery: that churns out many delicacies that can be eaten on the spot or taken away. Excellent pizzas, sfincione, desserts and the inevitable cannoli with Piana ricotta. Friendly and helpful staff. On-site consumption includes a couple of outdoor tables.

09/08/2025: We stayed in Pozzallo for 2 weeks in July 2025. We found this place by chance as it´s not on the main road that´s closest to the beach. We went to Cremi several times and we can highly recommend it. Everything is delicious and freshly made on the premises. Try granita with brioche or cannolo, which is definitely the best in town. Their biscotti (various kinds) just melt on your tongue. The owner is supernice and helpful, if you aren´t sure what to have. Worth visiting, don´t miss it!!!!

One thing I noticed, and what made me appreciate this pastry shop even more, was the attention to detail and meticulous cleanliness.

01/08/2025: We visited the Via Pagano location and ordered the pistachio and romanaccia pizzas, two truly delicious ones. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The atmosphere was warm, like a modern pizzeria, exuding deliciousness. Excellent, highly recommended.

01/08/2025: Sono venuto per la prima volta in questo locale con la mia ragazza nel mese di giugno e l’esperienza era stata positiva: avevo ordinato il tagliere con misto fritto e sono rimasto soddisfatto, sia per la qualità che per l’abbondanza del pesce, compresi i calamari, ben presenti nel piatto. Proprio per questo motivo oggi, 1° agosto, ho deciso di tornare portando con me anche un’altra coppia, certo di fare bella figura. Purtroppo, l’esperienza è stata totalmente deludente: il tagliere ordinato era visibilmente ridotto sia nella quantità che nella varietà, e dei calamari nemmeno l’ombra. Ho fatto notare la cosa con educazione al signore in cassa, che credo sia il titolare, mostrando anche le foto del piatto della volta precedente. La risposta, invece di essere professionale e orientata al cliente, è stata piuttosto scostante, con il suggerimento – altrettanto brusco – di ordinare un “coppo di calamari” a parte… al costo di 13,50 euro in più. Deluso sia dalla qualità del piatto che dall’atteggiamento ricevuto, posso dire con certezza che non tornerò mai più e, anzi, mi sentirò in dovere di sconsigliare questo posto a chiunque mi chieda un parere. Peccato, perché una buona prima impressione è stata completamente vanificata. Allego le foto per documentare quanto affermato.

01/08/2025: Personale scortese e poco gentile col cliente, il tavolo era al quanto sporco e nel momento in cui abbiamo chiesto di pulircelo, colui che si trovava alla cassa ci ha mostrato l’armadietto dove teneva straccio e sapone insinuando che avremmo dovuto pulire noi, CLIENTI, il nostro tavolo, dicendoci di non effettuare il servizio al tavolo. Inoltre, insieme al fantomatico tagliere da 30 euro con bibita inclusa, più della metà del menu delle bibite era escluso dall’offerta.

30/06/2025: We just went to Villa Gaia to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We are veterans of the place and explaining why is a must. Professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, and... wonderful and genuine food. Absolute respect for the raw material that exudes Sicilianness from every pore. Inebriating aromas of fresh tomato, basil and many other delicacies that for years now have made us dream and return. Mrs. Lidia is an exceptional hostess and will know how to make you feel at home together with the very sweet and smiling people who work with her with passion to make every experience unique.

06/07/2025: There were 2 of us I have always come and we have had a good time especially for the pizza Yesterday I wanted to have the mixed fried food Okay, everything has increased, from 15 it has reached 20 €, But reducing the quantity so drastically this is not possible 4 precise rings of squid 3 shrimps 6 anchovies 4 micro cod A bunch of octopus Unhappy to the max If I return maybe only for the pizza I'm sorry but only the mussels are left, I hope they are still full, because they are losing their soul by continuing like this

01/07/2025: We celebrated our baby's baptism. We had the outside room all to ourselves, it was beautiful! Francesca, in addition to being very sweet, is also very very helpful. We found solutions to everything. Delicious bruschetta and everything was excellent. The products are of excellent quality, the waiters are professional, kind and very helpful! Needless to say, we will return to the next event without a shadow of a doubt❤️ Thank you Team Anima e Cozze for making a special day even more magical ❤️

22/06/2025: My husband and I stopped to eat pizza with our daughters at this wonderful pizzeria! We had a great time, the staff is very nice and friendly. It was really hospitable. The prices are reasonable and the pizza is very good. When we return to Syracuse we will definitely stop to eat there again!

03/08/2025: While sitting outside for dinner, the gelateria upstairs poured water on us, completely ruining our meal. Shockingly, no one from the gelateria came to apologize. Even more disappointing was the response of this restaurant’s staff: they didn’t try to make up for the situation in any way. They simply took away our drinks that had been spoiled by the water and left us sitting there, drenched and shocked. This is not the kind of service or basic human decency you expect when dining out. The complete lack of responsibility, empathy, or even the most basic acknowledgment was appalling. We left feeling utterly disrespected and upset. Absolutely unacceptable — I would never recommend this place.

29/07/2025: This hotel is beautiful and has the perfect location in the city center. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The rooms are really good, although the beds might be a bit hard. But some people like it, others might not. The courtyard looks great with its fountain. Highly recommended.
