04/09/2025: The products this place offers are exceptional. You can find everything from sweet to savory. I found the atmosphere truly welcoming; Chiara (the owner) is truly friendly, and the staff is very kind.

08/10/2025: The wood-fired oven is in plain sight, but behind the scenes at the back of the kitchen, they're making their way out of the electric oven. Not to mention the truly disappointing cold fried food.

14/09/2025: I was at La Locanda del Marinaio in Cefalù two weeks ago and it was fantastic! The food is excellent, with generous and incredibly tasty dishes, truly mouth-watering. 🍝🐟 The place is welcoming, and the owner Francesco is a wonderful person: kind, helpful, and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended to anyone passing through Cefalù.

12/09/2025: It was our night in Cefalu And we ended up having our dinner at this Restaurant. My God, What an amazing experience of flavours we had. I ordered their cod fish with Panko and eggplant mousse. It was so delicious. My husband had their fish pasta, which was exceptionally good. Though the portion size was small, I had still recommend this place for their delicacies

24/09/2025: We discovered the place by chance, passing by, we bought some biscuits and marzipan sweets, everything very good!

16/06/2025: The gentleman who served us (I think the owner) was very kind and super professional. He answered all the questions we asked and explained all the differences between one dessert and another. The shop is small but big enough to contain all the goodness they sell. I tried the almond paste and marzipan desserts but their specialty is the Easter lamb (as per local tradition) and I would be curious to try the panettoni because from what he described to us they must be a fairy tale. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to attach but I can assure you that the desserts are beautiful (as well as delicious of course). If you pass through Favara it must be a must.

17/10/2025: Really good ice cream and quite reasonably priced for 2025, needless to say, if you go to town every summer having your house there, one of the places you go to most often even before going down to the lido or going to Valtur, without a doubt it is Eden, the staff is also kind and knowledgeable and even if there is a long queue they don't rush you and try to prepare it well but quickly, really excellent.

05/10/2025: The ice cream was delicious, and the brioche tasted like it was homemade! Definitely one of our top three on our trip to Sicily!

The waiter told us we couldn’t eat because they were already closed.According to the their official website they close at 3:00pm: Aperti: A pranzo dalle 12:00 alle 15:00 A cena dalle 19:00 alle 24:00 Sabato dalle 18:30 alle 00:30 Poor service! Thank you for your reply, but you are confusing us. I am well aware that you are not a coffee shop, and at 2:30 pm I wasn’t asking for a cappuccino, but for a toast. Anyway — it would be helpful to mention on your website that you don’t take orders half an hour before closing time

23/10/2025: Very good sandwiches with several choices of bread (wholemeal, nut, etc.). Incredible selection of ingredients. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A good choice for lunch. Perfect.

07/09/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting this pizzeria and I must say I had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The real star, however, is the food. The pizza is simply exceptional: the dough is soft and light, perfectly cooked, bringing out the flavor of the freshest ingredients. Beyond the pizza, the cafeteria deserves a special mention for the variety of dishes offered and the undeniable quality. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza accompanied by delicious cafeteria dishes. I can't wait to go back!

25/10/2025: I came to dinner at Bazan in Syracuse with friends, and I have fond memories of it. The setting is elegant but not stuffy, well-kept, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. We started with an appetizer of swordfish arancinetti accompanied by Bazan caponata: a perfect start. The arancinetti were crispy, fragrant, and full of flavor, the caponata was sweet and savory at the same time, with that typical Sicilian touch that captivates. For our first course, spaghetti alla Siracusa: intense flavors, a perfect balance of sea and land, a dish that speaks of the city in every bite. The cod fillet in a potato crust with Sicilian cream concluded the dinner impeccably. Soft on the inside, golden on the outside, with a cream that added freshness and character. The service was attentive and kind, the timing just right, and the recommended wine paired perfectly with the dishes. Bazan is one of those places that combines taste, care, and authenticity. A cuisine that surprises without ever overdoing it. An experience I recommend to those who love good food and authentic Sicily.
