You pass through a beautiful courtyard to enter two spacious rooms with barrel vaults in an 18th-century building. Arianna Veninata, who has run this restaurant for years, welcomes you and will explain the menu. The cuisine focuses on traditional Iblean dishes, respecting seasonality. Lots of vegetables, and grilled meats are the main courses. When Ibla is overrun with tourists, this is a quiet spot to savor tasty dishes.
