17/05/2025: What a surprise! I am a pizza lover and I travel around Sicily to discover new places and instead right near my house I found the best pizza ever. It would be sacrilegious not to try it.

19/07/2025: Locale pulito e dotato di impianto di condizionamento rinfrescante ma non invadente (cosa più che gradita col clima di Palermo in estate, non proprio tutti ce l’hanno) Piatti in ceramica tipici siciliani arredamento semplice ed elegante. Il cibo qua é ottimo ed i prezzi sono modici, se prendete la pasta attenzione sono 200 g di piatto! Ottima! Ma molto abbondante. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti tutti da 10 e lode buonissimi. Caponata e parmigiana d’obbligo! Ma anche primo sale con acciughe e sarde a beccafico erano eseguiti a regola d’arte. I secondi: calamaro alla griglia senza infamia né lode, fritto misto buono. Il servizio, in particolare il ragazzo che ha servito noi é stata l’unica nota dolente, sembrava essere lì per caso girava per la sala con fare svogliato e non esaudiva nessuna delle richieste che gli abbiamo fatto, ne ci ha voluto prendere l’ordinazione ( ‘arriva la ragazza’ ma intanto non chiama nessuna ragazza e sono passati 20 minuti) ne ha notato che mancasse un coltello ne alla nostra richiesta ce lo porta. Abbiamo dovuto chiederlo 3 volte. A parte il servizio da migliorare rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, antipasti in media 5 euro e primi in media 8 euro per dei piatti della tradizione eseguiti molto bene. Da tornarci!

16/07/2025: 40’ di attesa e ci sta non avendo prenotato, ma quando si è liberato il tavolo per noi 4 (io, mia moglie e due ragazzi di 15 e 12 anni) la “signora” proprietaria ha deciso, tra lo stupore anche delle sue dipendenti, di assegnare il tavolo all’amica appena arrivata. A quel punto l’ho salutata, andando via, ma lei, probabilmente con la coda di paglia, ha continuato ad inveire dalla porta del suo locale, blaterando ad alta voce di vecchie prenotazioni, educazione e comportamenti scorretti, proprio lei, maestra di stile nel mangiare in faccia ai clienti che aspettano senza nemmeno rispondere al telefono. Classica sceneggiata palermitana, forse. Si mangerà anche bene (e lo abbiamo provato qualche anno fa), ma in quanto ad educazione ed accoglienza è da 0 punti. Meglio una delle seicento trattorie meno quotate, ma con personale gentile ed amichevole

19/09/2025: The burger looked good but unfortunately weren’t tasty. The servise was great. The chairs out side were extremely uncomfortable.

15/09/2025: Perfect for a quick lunch. The chicken burger was good. The beer selection is extensive. Service is fast, attentive, and humorous. The ambiance is modern. The shop is located on a quiet side street.

08/10/2025: This place is so good that over 2 weeks we have been back 4 times. We keep trying other restaurants but they don't live up to the hype. Great food, great service, great prices. The staff make most experiences great and this is no exception. Can highly recommend the fillet which we would call a Scotch fillet. Either with the green peppercorns or the porcine mushrooms. The pork knuckle is an eye opener. Ah and the wines... L'Amuri Nero d'Avola is our favourite.

08/10/2025: Dinner organized for friends from Lombardy passing through Palermo for work. The owner gave us excellent advice on the options, from the freshest seafood appetizers to the exceptional spaghetti alla chitarra with sea urchins. He personally took care of a guest with celiac disease, serving dishes suitable for her food intolerance. The staff were extremely friendly and prompt. Highly recommended, especially because it's located in one of Palermo's most beautiful and evocative squares.

06/10/2025: A traditional and very well-maintained restaurant. Salvatore, the boss, delighted us with his hospitality, and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. We northerners ate very well, and on our last night, in addition to zibibbo and biscotti, he also offered us Sicilian cannoli. We had a great time and hope to return soon. FABIO FROM VICENZA

10/10/2025: A simple but beautiful location, with a large, well-kept lawn, an indoor building (where the bathroom is located), and an underground mushroom farm that can be set up.

20/09/2025: This venue is simply stunning! The caves are an incredible natural spectacle, and the service was impeccable. We celebrated our son's 18th birthday here, and Cristiana was truly professional and attentive to our every need. She created a magical atmosphere and made our event even more special. Her attention to detail and her ability to understand our emotions made everything even more perfect. Large, welcoming spaces made the party as dynamic as we wanted: from the aperitif in the marquee to the buffet in the garden, and finally the disco in the caves! I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique and memorable place to celebrate an important event, because it truly is one of a kind!

06/10/2025: Overpriced calamari. Not enough toppings on the salads , just too many leaves. Side salad for the calamari didn't come, when I asked for it, they brought leftovers from the other salad ordered (there was literally a small chicken piece from the other salad in it). There was a random old burnt fry(?) in the chicken salad. Left the wine list and said she would come back without explaining that there was only one option for wine by the glass. 25 minutes before we even got drinks. Tuna millefoglie and desserts were good.

04/10/2025: Nestled in the village of Acicastello, where you can breathe in the sea air and enjoy the delicious local dishes... Excellent service, even more attentive and available to meet every customer request.

09/09/2025: Here, in addition to pastries, they prepare delicious hot dishes, typical of Catanian cuisine. The owners are friendly and helpful.

23/05/2025: Excellent ice creams, black chocolate ice cream: superb. The white cream and fresh fruit cake is very good. The chocolate cream breakfasts are excellent. The cartocciata is good. Average prices. Recommended The place is a bit small, only takeaway or standing on site. Parking is sometimes not easy.

07/10/2025: Nice evening, pub food, even gluten-free (sandwiches and dishes but not pizza). In line with the prices.

05/10/2025: I went to this place last night, and since it was a Saturday night, it was obviously packed, so we were pleased with both the service and the food. Recommended, especially for the smiles. We'll be back to try the pizzas and other dishes. Nice atmosphere. Oh, and I recommend booking.

27/10/2025: Such a great Catania surprise! We were fascinated by the decor and decided to stay. So glad we did! Our server Agata was so welcoming. She suggested a few dishes we would like and we did indeed!The preparation was perfect as was the presentation. And the sauce..superb! We also learned about the local Patron Saint…St. Agata! It was a memorable afternoon. Highly recommended.
