30/08/2024: We had a fantastic time at Aethos. The rooms were great and the view beautiful. The pool, gym and facilities were fantastic. We ate at the restaurant for dinner multiple times and really enjoyed the meals and service. With all the above being fantastic, the thing that really stood out was the service. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and pampered and this is the reason we will return. We would like to give a special shout out to Astrid, Nacho and Isabella who were absolutely amazing. They made us feel like part of the family and we are very grateful for that.

29/08/2024: Aethos Sardinia exceeded our expectations, they went above and beyond to take care of us and cared for all the small details. The service was perfect for a 5 star hotel. Would definitely recommend!

29/09/2023: Great location close to the beach with a nice atmosphere and friendly owners. We went there a couple of times during our vacation and always experienced a very good service, food, coffee and drinks.

15/08/2024: We had dinner with some friends. Everything is good and the welcome is excellent. I recommend going to visit the boulder behind the houses. It looks like a real temple surrounded by nature.

13/08/2024: Super location! In the middle of the Gallura forest. True farmhouse with animals and food whose ingredients are 0 km. Rooms perhaps a little in need of a review (perhaps better to put a mosquito net) but overall an experience worth repeating. The owners are very kind and it feels like family. Typical Sardinian dinner with more than generous portions.

24/08/2024: We had dinner during the White Night. The location of the restaurant is certainly excellent and overlooks the marina. The food did not satisfy me, the octopus in the "kraken" dish did not have a great flavor and did not taste fresh (even frozen food, when it is of good quality, tastes fresh). For the rest, I recommend considering hygiene more by specifically cleaning the tables between one customer and another and also setting the seats for those who choose to eat a sandwich.

04/08/2024: We always come here for breakfast after arriving by ship in Olbia. Very nice place with a wide choice of desserts and croissants. Friendly and helpful staff.

23/08/2024: Volete trascorrere una serata romantica col tramonto sul mare gustando ottimi piatti di pesce? Questo è il posto giusto. Sembra uno spot pubblicitario ma è tutto vero. Location spettacolare, personale gentile e professionale, cibi prelibati e prezzi onesti. Provare per credere.

29/08/2024: Cena: 81,50€ per due scodelle di paella squallida che sembrava conglomerato cementizio e due bicchierini di una roba che doveva essere sangría che nemmeno abbiamo toccato. Posto insignificante come ce ne sono a migliaia su tutte le coste italiane/francesi/spagnole. A completare il quadro, la musica agghiacciante di uno scappato di casa che cantava roba propria in sardo (terribile) sparata a tutto volume (non si riusciva nemmeno a parlare). Andateci, se proprio dovete, per l'aperitivo, ma non aspettatevi niente di più di un mucchietto di patatine vecchie. Oltremodo caro e di fatto niente più di un chiringuito qualunque. Sconsigliatissimo.

31/07/2024: Very pleasant experience in this Japanese restaurant. Friendly staff and very nice relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend tempura and sushi . Absolutely delicious!
