05/09/2025: Unfortunately the only restaurant available near Lu Impostu. High prices compared to quality and size of meals - grilled sea bass for 2 was way too far from size for 2 and priced 72 eur.

04/05/2026: Tested for lunch: the restaurant has been under new management for a few years. Parking is simple, but private, and I recommend using it. The dining room is medium-sized; the new management has made the interior much more pleasant than before. The cuisine is classic: fairly generous portions, top-quality ingredients, and excellent preparation. Prices are normal for beach restaurants like this, so higher than the city average. The staff is attentive and efficient. It's a shame there's no outdoor space; it would have been fantastic. I'd go back.

17/06/2026: Rude staff, annoyed by every request, especially when you pointed out they were in the wrong.
The pizzas were good overall. The fried fish was truly awful; in a seafood restaurant, it's absurd to find frozen, rubbery, and tough fish.
Exorbitant prices for an unpleasant experience, especially with food that was worth half the price.
I strongly advise against the restaurant, not only for the food but for the staff's utter professionalism and utter arrogance.
I'd give it less than one star if I could.

10/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Porto San Paolo!
We had a fantastic time at AQA 21. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, especially the fish, which is beautifully presented. The Sardinian cuisine is flavorful and generous, with dishes prepared with great care.
Special mention goes to the pasta: simply incredible, among the best we tasted during our stay in Sardinia.
Add to that a magnificent setting overlooking Tavolara and friendly service, and you have a place we wholeheartedly recommend. We will gladly return.
10/07/2026: We just enjoyed the dishes at this beachfront restaurant for the second time, and we gave it a 5-star rating without hesitation. Every dish was incredibly flavorful, and the love for its preparation shines through. Having traveled extensively throughout Sardinia, there's no comparison. Thank you! 🙏

26/11/2025: A great spot in Cannigione. More of an upscale, good vibe spot in town with great food and drinks. We ended up sitting outside during sunset. The food was delicious and very local. Would recommend for dinner or to simply grab a drink.
