11/05/2025: I have been several times, both lunch and dinner. What can I say? Carloforte in the center of Cagliari ❤️. Both for the welcoming environment, the professional, kind staff, always ready to advise you on the best. The food is very fresh, freshly prepared dishes and non-obvious combinations and typical Carloforte dishes. What can I say? Try it to believe it ❤️

01/05/2025: Booked at the last minute on the day of San Efisio, we took the opportunity to eat early at a time when there were no other customers, around 1pm. Friendly welcome with a very kind lady who with great emotion explained the tradition of the day to us. Spaghetto ai ricci very good, as is the fregola. The only flaw, being a holiday, the place filled up in a very short time, creating a bit of confusion.

04/06/2025: This hotel is beautifully situated in a secluded area. It is ideal for those seeking a relaxing, peaceful break backed by excellent service and catering. It is located in a hilly area and yet is only 20 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smerelda. The hotel is remote and a hire car is essential. The food in the restaurant was of a consistently high quality with good range of choices for all courses. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury items. The pool was of a size suitable for swimming with plenty of space surrounding for relaxation. It is slightly exposed in the event of breezy weather but this would not be a problem in high summer,

18/05/2025: Very nice place, we ate pizza and beef. Excellent meat, average pizza, nothing special, but in the context it is a place that I recommend without hesitation. Very kind staff.

14/05/2025: Historic place in Cagliari where you can breathe the air of Ireland. A point of reference for native English speakers. The style of the pub is pleasantly consistent with the 90s style (but not only). Composed of 5 main rooms or halls, it will leave you speechless especially the Crypt at the bottom right. Worth trying even just for an aperitif with friends but also to enjoy sandwiches and burritos! Also suitable for the younger ones who can take a leap into the past with the video game cabinet in the room at the back. Staff always available and courteous. The first room could be the noisiest also because there is a big screen to watch the games.

Nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno il servizio è stato rapido cortese e pronto a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. I piatti sono ben presentati con l’attenzione per la tradizione e con la cura per la scelta delle materie prime fresche. Ottima esperienza da consigliare.

This time, I was particularly impressed by the new addition to the team, Mauro. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable , a real asset to the place. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others!

15/05/2025: Excellent, the photos speak for themselves. I will more than happily return. Simple but very tasty spaghetti, clams and bottarga, very good and very soft horse steak, excellent mixed fried fish and octopus👍🏻 The wine is also very good.

02/05/2025: Place above my expectations. I was lucky to find a place, it's usually full, especially during events and holidays. They welcomed us with a nice smile and made us sit down. The menu is full of characteristic local dishes, including truffles. We had a finger-licking appetizer of melted pecorino on Carasau bread, a first course of homemade gnocchi with gorgonzola and truffle (to make a slipper with the bread, also spectacular) and a truly excellent mixed grill. Nothing to say, average price for a truly excellent lunch. We are not gluttons, but there was also the possibility of leaving with a full belly, given the extensive menu. I recommend it.
